El baño no estaba limpio, incluso había unas chanclas del cliente anterior. El agua nos duró la primera tarde, a la mañana siguiente no salía agua de ninguna grifo. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones hacía tanto ruido que no se podía dormir. La piscina sin ningún mantenimiento, el suelo estaba verde.

The place was clean and comfortable. Very close to the city centre. The host was very responsive.

No shampoo or body soap available. We had to go out and look for one.

The studio is nice and the check in process was easy. For us the location was fine since we went to the airport the next day.

Unfortunately the treadmills weren’t working in the gym.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Infomappe mit Angeboten für Tagesausflüge.

Das Internet reicht bestenfalls um Mails zu verschicken. Der Eingang ist auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes und nicht leicht zu finden. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Waschsalons und einfache Stores aber leider kein Restaurant. Die Lage ist abgelegen.

Clean and fully furnished apartment. Calm and quiet location. A few sari-sari stores nearby. Also padesal vendor next to sari-sari stores so we get hot pandesal with morning coffee 😋

Clean studio, cozy. Air conditioning worked well with the fan. Nice balcony to sit on. You can ask security at the entrance for a Tuk tuk to get around. Could book tours and van rides easily from the hostess. Cash only though.

Goede ontvangst. Alles wordt geregeld. Kreeg ook een WhatsApp van de taxichauffeur dat hij ons zou ophalen op afgesproken tijd. Fijn bed, super snelle wifi, netflix. Gym met airco en afkoelen in het zwembad. Restaurants iets verder weg mar wij houden van een wandeling. Veel tuk-tuks die je overal naartoe willen brengen.

Attention to all appliances being operational is needed. Tea/coffee maker should not be just a kettle!

Le logement est mignon, la résidence est sympathique, prendre les tuks tuks depuis le logement est très simple.

C'est un scandale, au vu du prix payé, on ne nous fourni qu'une seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 personnes et pour 4 nuits.. lorsque j'en demande un nouveau on me demande de le payer.. 170€ pour 4 nuits et je dois en plus payer le papier toilette ?! Service déplorable. De plus les AC dans les chambres font un bruit tellement insupportable qu'il est impossible de dormir avec, donc les nuits ont été très chaudes. Et les rideaux des chambres sont comme inexistants, prévoyez des masques de nuit! La propreté du logement était très moyenne.. bien trop cher pour la qualité reçue!

La dame a été tres arrangente avec nous, elle a déplacer notre excursion réserver via l'hôtel lorsque on a été malade.

L'excursion était vraiment moyenne. Nous avions pris L'underground river et nous avons passé la matinée a nous faire balader a gauche et droite. La partie river durait a peine plus de 1 heure avec le bateau.

Nice and clean place, quiet location, a bit further away from Main Street. Beds were comfy, water pressure was fine. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nothing open after midnight nearby, so plan ahead with buying water/snacks.

Atvykimo dieną neveikė baseinas, kas tikrai nuvylė. Pateikta info buvo, kad baseinas uždaromas pirmadieniais o mes atvykome trečiadienį. Kitą dieną baseinas veikė, bet vanduo buvo nešvarus.

The town had a powercut for a few hours one night, happens often in this area so make sure you have a torch and a battery pack. Toilet seat was broken and the pool really needs some seating options.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a hostel in Southeast Asia. From the very beginning, everything was a mess. We were denied entry because we couldn’t show a QR code that was supposedly sent in advance, even though we had no internet access and the hostel did not provide Wi-Fi at the entrance. We were kept outside for almost 20 minutes arguing with the security guard, who claimed he had no record of our reservation and refused to let us in. The situation was only resolved because the guard shared his own mobile internet. Completely unacceptable. We arrived around 1:15 pm, exhausted after a long trip from Bangkok with a flight delayed over 6 hours, having slept at the airport. There was zero empathy or willingness to help; they simply repeated that check-in was at 2:00 pm. They didn’t even offer luggage storage—we had to ask for it. We were told we could wait by the pool until check-in time. The manager personally saw us getting changed, but when we went down, the pool was closed. Extremely poor coordination and a complete lack of respect for guests. We waited without internet and under the sun, only to later realize that our room had been empty the entire time, in a place with clearly very low occupancy. Despite this, they showed no flexibility or common sense. Wi-Fi was only turned on once we entered the room (they literally switched on the router at that moment). To make things worse, the next morning from 7:00 am they were already pushing us to ask what time we would be leaving. It was raining heavily, and we asked if they could allow the van picking us up to enter the property. They refused with a ridiculous excuse: since we hadn’t booked the transport through them, they couldn’t “guarantee” it. We ended up leaving under the rain. This place clearly does not understand hospitality. Rigid rules, zero guest orientation, and an openly hostile attitude. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Small bathroom had lots of large bottles of cleaning products & cleaners shoes on the floor. Mould in shower. No hair dryer, one tiny piece of soap for the whole stay & host refused more.

Relaxing and private, but I hope that the pool will be used during the new year and that it will be well maintained

Great apartment block at good price. Pretty much everything you need, including bike and car rental.

Be careful booking taxis with security at the gate. They double or triple the price. This angered me that the hotel allows this to happen and spoilt their reputation. Pre book or flag one down.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i salon, świeża pościel i ręczniki, basen na terenie obiektu. W miarę schludny pokój, lecz to nie to, co na zdjęciach.

Dostaliśmy zupełnie inne pokoje niż z rezerwacji. Dwa pokoje oddzielone karton-gipsem. Cały obiekt jest dosyć stary, nie wygląda tak świeżo jak na kuszących zdjęciach. Głośna klimatyzacja. Pracownik z ochrony chciał prywatnym telefonem robić zdjęcia paszportów pod rygorem zakazu wstępu do obiektu. Pozwoliłem żeby spisali dane z paszportu bez robienia zdjęć to przez prawie godzinę trzymali nas pod bramą wyjaśniając sprawę z szefostwem oraz każąc mi skanować kody QR z jakiejś pogniecionej kartki aż zagroziliśmy, że zaraz odwołamy rezerwację poprzez interwencję booking i dopiero nas wpuszczono. Szkoda, że w zasadach nie wspomnieli o takim śmiesznym wymogu. W łazience sterta brudnych baniaków na wodę.

It was very average. No strong likes

Weird smell on the lobby area. Bed in the second bedroom is very small - slightly larger than single bed. Not ideal for two adults. The living room is tiny too. The staff not responded to my texts or call during checkout time - which meant we were running a bit late for airport. Had to go to door security who called the owner to leave keys with them. Pool was not clean.

I booked a 2bedroom for 2pax and paid the its full rate for us to have a spacious bed. however, we ended up to a 1bedroom unit🫩. Beds are on its standard size.

It was gated with security and easy enough to check in. It was pretty quiet, and there was air con.

The shower drainage was terrible, so we had to manually sweep water into the drain using our feet which felt dirty. The toilet seat was broken, however the owner helped fix it. A bit disappointing that just over one roll of toilet paper was provided for 3 people over 3 days - extra rolls were not provided when requested. Lastly, my friend and I got many bed bug bites which we noticed the day after checking out. This was the only property where we stayed together, so we suspect this was the cause. I am extremely uncomfortable even now as the bites have not yet healed.

I had a bad experience with this apartment. First the toilet wouldn’t flush, then the water didn’t stop running in the toilet at night and flooded the toilet while we were sleeping. The internet is so slow that it is basically unusable. Sadly, I had a bad experience with this stay.

Beautiful building and surrounding area. The apartment itself has everything you need to either base up for a couple of days or layover. Incredibly comfy bed, in fact the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in over my 3 weeks in the Philippines. Clean smells nice would stay again in a heart beat

My biggest pet peeve was the manager Emilyn who only spoke through her staff by phone. I accidentally broke a glass and the charge was 300 pesos for a 50 peso item. I thought it hat was unacceptable and ridiculous frankly. Emilyn told us through the staff member we could go to the mall and buy one if we like knowing we were in our way to the airport. This attitude and money grubbing, short term thinking ruined things for me. I hope other reconsider. These people at this place just care about ripping you off when possible.

It was a clean apartment, quite spacious, comfortable beds. It’s located quite close to the city centre and to the airport. The pool looked very nice, even though we didn’t use it. There’s an elevator in the building, which is very convenient. We also had the opportunity to book a taxi ride through the owner at 2:45AM so we could catch our flight. In conclusion: it’s a bit basic but it does what it needs to do.

The AC was loud, so you need to sleep with earbuds. It also was difficult to set the right temperature on the AC: you had to choose between being cold or turning off the AC completely. Location: it’s close to the good spots, but the building is located in a remote street so there are almost no tricycles driving by. You need to ask the guards to call someone to pick you up.
