Parkside Boutique 3 BBR Serviced Apartment - Ocean Blue - Near Airport

-Fantastic location, not just close to the airport if you’re on a brief business trip. But also a great location to stay while in Cairo in general. - Ashraf the house caretaker was amazing and helpful. - Arranged free of charge 24/7 garage access.

- no access to the pool despite having a great full balcony view of it. - no daily housekeeping service despite being advertised as “ serviced apartment “ - most important! No direct access to/from the main entrance of the hotel which is located in its building compound. Instead there’s a stairway you have to take every time from/to the apartment. But also there were considerate staff, they allowed my mom and my wife with kids to pass directly from the main entrance.

L'emplacement

Ashraf, property care taker is absolutely excellent person. He is very kind and helpful. He made our family stay very comfortable. I strongly recommend Ashraf’s apartment in Cairo and I am sure you will enjoy his hospitality.

Nothing

If you need to get fast to an airport, this will be one of the best locations

It could be more cleaner in the rooms, but not a critical.

Les lits ont bien dormi

L’accueil !

The location

The staffs there were mocking at my wife and children because of our luggages,my children felt discrimination and humiliated, I want Booking.com to step in and get my rights,I can't imagine this can happen to a guest,I hope the management will look into this matter as discussed with their GM

We got a whole different apartment than we booked. We did not get a chance to change it and we got 2 beds less than what we booked so one of us got to sleep on the couch. Super bad

Lovely large sized apartment with a big balcony.

We stayed 3 nights and it says serviced apartment. However, housekeeping did not come in to clean the apartment during our stay.

Our Host was able to help us out with our group arrival and our luggage. There were 6 adults just staying the night before we left Egypt after nearly 4 weeks. We had a lot of Luggage to re arrange and helped us out with a luggage scale too. Very clean, quite and basic for our short stay. Happily stay here again

No breakfast provided

Entrance and exit through hotel not allowed Therefore we needed to use stairs to get to apartment This was terribly inconvenient particularly carrying luggage Hotel staff not very friendly

close to airport, big rooms, convinient

Ashraf, a member of the staff, was exceptionally amazing! He was very helpful, friendly, professional, and available at anytime to provide his service and support. The location is perfect in regards to proximity to the airport, however, this property is more suitable for short stay, and for NOT for a city break to Cairo. The apartment is spacious with beds fit for more than 8 people. However, it wasn’t hygienic enough to meet the minimum standards. You just need to ask for a deep clean beforehand.

The facilities inside the apartment were decent and fine. Suitable for a family to stay near the airport in a calm atmosphere. That's all the good things to mention.

There are a few important things to note about our stay: First, communication with the hosts was quite difficult. There’s no 24/7 reception at this property, which made check-in a bit of a hassle. We were delayed slightly after arriving in Cairo due to spending time at the airport and stopping for food (since there aren’t any reasonably priced restaurants nearby). During this time, the host kept messaging us repeatedly to arrive and check in, which felt stressful. Apparently, someone had to come from elsewhere just to handle the check-in because there's no front desk setup specifically for this apartment—even though the building itself has a front desk, it seems unrelated to the unit we booked. Secondly, don’t be misled by the listing when it comes to the swimming pool. Access to the pool is not included in the booking, and this isn’t clearly communicated in advance. We specifically chose this apartment—even at a higher price than similar listings in Cairo—so our kids could use the pool. However, upon arrival, we were told it would cost 400 EGP (around $8 USD) per person to use it. When I contacted the hosts on WhatsApp, the response was dismissive. I then called, and the response was even more frustrating and unfriendly. When I expressed my disappointment about the lack of transparency and overall experience, their response was to say that they are offering free cleaning service—as if it’s a special favor. Basic room service or cleaning is expected in any hotel or serviced apartment, and certainly shouldn't be framed as a bonus. Even more surprisingly, no cleaning or room service was done during our entire three-night stay, which is honestly quite shocking.

Dealing was very easy and they did all what they promised me to do. Early check in was granted.

I was looking to use the same apartment I used last stay, which was not available at this time.

Very clean and spacious apartment

Nice big apartment, very close to airport, the host was amazing and very helpful he helped with my baggage’s and provided a 5 star service.

It was all good

honestly, it is by far the best one i had ever live in for an apartment that i've booked in booking.com! IT WAS HUGEEE AND CLEANNN 😭❤️ it was around 15 mins to the airport, the living and dining were huge, very clean, the lifts work just well, you just need to walk a bit before arriving at the apartment but it was only a short walk. host was very easy to communicate, each room have their own bathroom and more importantly, it is so safe. there were guards that will guard the apartment morning noon and night, thank you <3

the swimming pool wasn't included with the price given :( we need to pay extra 400LE to have the facility but its okah the host told in the description anyways.

The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and friendly. And the apartment was close enough to the airport which is what we were looking for. Thank you

The host and his helpers did make certain things more complicated and longer than they needed to be, but this wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Big, clean, friendly people

Not good enough wheelchair access. Everything is with extra charge.

There was nothing to like about our stay. Staff were rude, location unclean, TV not working, poor wifi, bathroom leaking, plumbing issues, and we were regularly having issues.

There was nothing to like about our stay. Staff were rude, location unclean, TV not working, poor wifi, bathroom leaking, plumbing issues, and we were regularly having issues. We were not allowed to use the lift from the main entrance despite the advertisement stating access to lifts. We were stopped by security everytime we tried to use lift. When I spoke with the manager and requested a refund, he became rude and unpleasant to deal with.

They put on the description pool access but the actual use of the pool is very expensive as additional charge.

The kitchen in the apartment had a bad smell and I told the staff about it. It's was ok for only one night.

This is a very spacious apartment, with a large size balcony, great furniture, very clean, and everything as described in the apartment description. The host of the apartment (Mr. Asharaf) has a great personality, very cooperative and always available to answer any request. This was a great booking via booking .com

There is nothing negative about this apartment.

the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

nothing

Very fair host -> our fligh delayed, we can not arrive so he cancel reservation without penalty.

The property was close to the airport and was used as a short stay option when traveling through Cairo. It was clean and well kept, had sufficient space and a nice kitchen / lounge area.

Unfortunately at the time, the pool area was closed for maintenance. We were unable to use the pool which we were looking forward to.
