Sheraton ocean 603 - Without Pool access

Номер сподобався дуже. Дві кімнати, гостьова, кухня, дві ванні кімнати. Все чистенько і гарне. Кафе на території з смачним капучіно. Не далеко на таксі великий мол де є все, що треба. Дуже задоволена цим номером. 100% просто рекомендую.

The beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

I was told to contact Flamingo travel for a ride to the property. They had no idea what I was talking about and a scammer taxi driver told me he knew where to take me for the ride. I was charged seven times as much as a taxi ride should cost to go one mile from the airport. Beware this is not a Sheraton- that is the name of the town. The apartments are called Ocean Blue and they are located in Sheraton.

It’s was clean and the location good

Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. When we arrived at the apartment, there were no basic essentials such as tissues, soap, shampoo, and other necessities. When we asked the host about these items, she responded that she doesn't provide or refill them, even though they are usually expected to be available — and they definitely weren’t there when we arrived. In addition, the internet was not working, and when we messaged the host, she did not respond. On top of that, the bed was broken, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

El personal de este hotel es un chico muy amable pero los de “seguridad” del hotel principal son super groseros, simplemente queríamos pedir una información en la recepción y nos gritaban que no podíamos “pisar” el hotel principal ya que este era a parte

حجزت لعدد 5 اشخاص شقه 603 وتم تغير الحجز بسبب يوجد ساكن بالشقه ونقلنا لشقه 505 ولم يكن اسره اضافه او بطانيه ومع اننا طالبنا طول اليوم ولم يرد احد اداره سيئه جدا وتعامل غير مؤهل .

Big apartment with lots of space! It was very clean.

The floor was cleaned with Bleach and was not dry when we arrived. This was also not told to us. Our Clothing (Socks and trousers) have changed color and can not be used anymore!!!

The space of the apartment was nice

Check-in wasn't smooth. We had to wait for 2 hours until we got the apartment. The bed sheets and covers were not clean, and they were old There was a bad smell in the kitchen There was no hot water in the kitchen They don't provide free toiletries, tissues, or housekeeping

it was clean and tastefully furnished. there was sufficient supply of plates and crockery. The location is away from the hassle and bussle of Cairo.

There is no hot water connected to the kitchen. The shower cubicle has no door to prevent the water from spoiling outside, which can make the floor slippery.

Location, facilities in general. Communication with the owner was easy.

The kitchen could do with more facilities like a plate rack, washing up liquid and scourers, and an oven. The ironing board needs updating (new cover), balcony needed cleaning, hallway and room walls need maintenance, and bathroom tub and shower need screens. The swimming pool is not free with the stay.

I was requested to pay extra to clean the apartment. The decoration light around the electricity sockets cannot be switched off and they can annoying if you can only sleep in a dark room

It was all just a disaster, starting from late check in and zero services inside the apartment and ended by electricity disconnection from 10 AM at the checkout day This apartment didn’t include even a bottle of water or one single soup And however I made booking for 4 persons, there were only 2 beds for the 4 adults I requested an iron and I received a dirty one that left stains on my shirt I can just say it was a disaster by all means

The Apartment is extremely spacious, well equipped and decently furnished. They have a large balcony on the 3 bedroom apartment. The living and dining area was huge. The host was extremely friendly and supportive. We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it! Thank you Ms Kholod and Mr Ahmed Mamdoh for your support. There is also free parking on the front of the apartment. The location is also amazing , close to airport.

There is a special entrance for service apartments from the basement and we were not allowed to use the main entrance as it belonged to the hotel.

The staff especially Kholoud and Youssef were super friendly and helpful and respectful. They were literally there 24/7 for me, responding to my requests and doing everything to make me feel safe. The apartment is very elegant, lighting is very nice, there are 3 air-conditioners in the apartment. There are soap and towels and tissues in bathrooms. There is a pool downstairs. The apartment smelled so clean when I entered it and everything was clean and tidy. It was a great stay and as mentioned, the best thing about it was the customer service

The view of my apartment (603) wasn't very pleasant (facing the street not the pool). The AC in one room was leaking sometimes. The bathtub overflew one day when I used it. For some reason, the residents can't go to the reception upon arrival

Hotel was very clean. Pool facility for kids is good . There’s a charge to get into pool however it isn’t a life changing amount.

The apartment was super clean, the balcony was a must, easiness to park down the apartment, very close to the Airport and the city center. I have a very good experience with this apartment owner. He is very friendly, fast responding, and helpful. Always addressed my concerns as much as he can. Definitely will always choose to stay in one of his lovely apartments. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Property felt very safe. Immediately off the main Road and close to hyper market. Images shows a pool, but there is a 14 euro daily charge to use it. The front door handle is in need of repair, over all a decent stay for the money.

It’s part of the Sheraton property but privately owned so you don’t get any benefits

The information that we had at the check in wasn't clear. We weren't thrilled to give our passeports to a stranger even before leaving our taxi. The staff wasn't clear about the pool the opening hours (to swim) and the additional fees .

The location, cleanliness, and apartment were all almost perfect, except we were missing a hair dryer, a toaster and a microwave.

Our early check-in was confirmed, but the room had other guests, So we were put in what can be described as a studio with partition walls, for a family for 4 we had 2 single beds and 2 2people sofas that you could not relax on. After a few calls we were told we could move into the room paid-for at 1400. We went out with friends for breakfast and received a call to be back at the property within an hour to move, we arrived 35 minutes later to find our bags and personal property on the stairs with had our passports, 3Ipads, absolutely no respect for personal property, after being told to be back at an agreed time! On our final day, we were given a late departure, and half-way through the day, the host demanded $80 for the delay, I agreed to pay it to his representative at the location. When we were leaving we still could not find her and asked for her at reception, but the man reminded me that was not employed by them and therefore it was not their problem to fix, so we departed.

Really close to the airport, lovely modern property with functioning aircon. Attentive to messages, helping with queries and concerns

They charge you $10 USD for a one way transfer from the airport but an uber is around ~$3 USD No option for late check out (check out 12PM which is not what property says on booking.com) which is understandable but no where to leave luggage so had to take luggage with us when flight is not for 4 hours.

It was clean, comfortable, near the airport, a very secure place, and the stuff especially kholoud was so friendly! Highly recommended

Perfect apartment if you want to stay near the airport, it is a 5 minute ride by car. We booked it for the night before our flight as we had an early flight (7 am). The flat was very spacious for a family of 4, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. The decor was very stylish, new and clean. The bedsheets and towels were brand new and fresh. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and Netflix so it is well equipped for longer stay. We haven’t used the kitchen but it looked fully functioning and had few pots and pans. There is a security guard at the entrance of the building and a reception so it feels safe enough. Ms Khalid was very friendly when she welcomed us and showed us around.

Unfortunately there were too many barking dogs outside. Also we couldn’t figure out how to turn some of the lights off. Some part of the building are still under construction so some of the nearby flats look like a building site when you arrive by elevator. It didn’t affect us as we left early but we were told the check out is at 7 am, that is a bit early, in my opinion.

Very beautiful aparment, and very nice atencion. Near to airport, and near to shopping center, you can also take delivery food of pizza, burguer or anything. Free wifi/ netflix. 20/10❤

Ahmed and Kholoud made our stay great!. The flat was clean. Collection of the key was so easy. We even had to request a late checkout and Ahmed was so kind to arrange this. We enjoyed our stay..... We will definitely come back again!

Large apartment, very comfortable. Large swimming pool in the complex. Staff very friendly and responsive. Groceries store close by. Convenient if you need to be close to the airport.

although it’s called « Sheraton » this isn’t a hotel or a resort contrary to what the pictures look like. There is no lobby, restaurant or any facilities. it’s actually an appartment in a residential complex the buildings are unfinished, with literally holes you can hurt yourself in. Communication is impossible since english is llimited. I was offered transport from the airport for 25$ US. we waited more than 30 minutes while being harassed by dozens of taxi drivers. the ride took 5 minutes so it’s wasn’t even worth the price. I was then asked to pay cash instead of putting it ob my bill (it’s not a hotel). finally i was charged twice. horrible experience

The apartment was dusty, needed clean. Enough utensils to cook but knife was missing.

Property was very clean and tidy. Management was super helpful with any issues encountered, which were very few to begin with. They gave us a warm welcome and were very personable and kind. Property manager/owner Ahmed Mamdoh went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and has made our trip thoroughly enjoyable.

Score 10+++ without any discussion. 1. Convenient location when traveling to the airport, or from the airport. 2. Communication. The hosts begin to communicate immediately after the order, and after departure they ask if everything is fine. 3. Convenient settlement - automatically withdraws from the bank account, no cash is required. 4. Deluxe apartments, in the center of Cairo the situation is worse and there is nothing like this room. If you need comfort, amenities and a lot of space - then here that option is the best. 5. There is access to swimming pools (lost due to lack of time). 6. There are three bedrooms, two bedrooms of two single beds (large and comfortable), one bedroom with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, three separate toilets. Separate huge kitchen. A separate especially large site with TV. 7. There is everything you need - towels, wifi, air conditioning, even UK-type electrical outlets.

It was a little tricky to orient myself and find it. This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a huge hotel, and the hotel is under a different name. At the reception explained everything, there was absolutely no trouble. But this is simply a vanishingly small trifle.

Luxury and spacious apartment! Comfy, clean, quiet and safe. Location is good: 10 mins taxi to airport, 5 mins walk to Suncity mall, 5 mins walk to local supermarket. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain at all

The location is good because it is very close to the airport however they need to write the full address on Booking.com as it took me ages to find the property.

Check in time at the time of the booking on booking.com and in the confirmation email states that check in is available 24 hrs from 00:00 to 00:00 and I requested an early check in between 8 am and 9 am, they acknowledged this and said that they can do it subject to availability. However when I arrived around 10 am as I was lost for a bit, I found out that no one from the property is available and I kept trying to contact them until 12:30 pm when the receptionist arrived, when I complained to her about this, she told me that her shift starts at 2 pm and that she is coming early just to meet us. Then she said that the apartment was occupied and that check out is at 12 and check in is at 14:30, I told her that booking.com has different timings, then she answers that this is the correct timing but the question is why does Booking.com have different timings? Check in time at booking.com itself has 2 different check in times and all are before 14:30. Any how she said that we can leave the luggage with her however they don’t seem to have a luggage room as she was leaving my luggage in the street beside the security guard. She said that she will contact us as soon as they are ready however she hasn’t called until we called her around 2pm and she said that the guests who are occupying the apartment have not checked out yet and that they are not in the apartment and she said that we can come around 3 pm and it should be ready by then. When I complained to one of the owners, he was trying to be nice and apologetic in most of the conversation however he said that if I like I can cancel my booking and that he will give me a full refund because they don’t like to check in people who will keep complaining to them, this really annoyed me as I made the booking a long time before the arrival date and he wanted me to cancel at the last minute and all price has gone up so much and we don’t have enough time to keep looking for a new property as we were staying only for 1 night.

when we got there it became a bit awkward. the people before us were stil in the apartment. I knew that beforehand, but I asked the host if we could store our baggage somewhere. That went a bit wrong. There weren’t enough towels, unfortunately we couldn’t reach the host. So we had to ho out and buy some. I feel like they should have compensate it, but yeah..

Spacious, well appointed and has a nice pool

Excellent location, close to the airports. 15 mins drive. The apartment was well furnished and clean with AC in each room. The kitchen was equipped with brand new items. The pool was available for our use too. open to kids till 6pm. Modern furniture and lovely pool view made it really welcoming and it was a pleasant if brief stay.

Nothing! I would recommend you take toilet roll and washing up liquid or if these could be provided by the host that would be better to ensure everything can be washed and cleaned and put away.
