The bathroom is very small

Specious, very clean it had everything I could need when traveling. Location was perfect - local shops 100m, bars and restaurants many for sure everyone find something( don’t worry about noises it’s very quiet). Owner very helpful with great communication

Dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, dirty bed, no bed cover condoms in night table, broken entrance to the bathroom very sharp and dangerous, no escape route. Very unsafe apartment.

Clean and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Cihangir! Fantastic location - lots of great restaurants, bars, and sightseeing nearby. Had a wonderful stay here.

Small kitchen and tiny sink in it, and small bathroom. Rather noisy. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Нам здесь нравится все, мы останавливаемся уже не первый раз. По расположению - много куда можно дойти пешком или дойти до Таксим и дальше - на любом транспорте. Такси останавливается прямо у отеля - это очень удобно, не надо обходить с чемоданами половину улицы.. Нет громких звуков из мечети в 5 утра, можно нормально выспаться. Выходишь из отеля - и на выбор несколько классных ресторанчиков со вкусной едой, с завтраками и тд. Нас 3 взрослых, обычно берем апартаменты 2-комнатные с дверью) Кухня небольшая, мы не готовим в Стамбуле, поэтому не подскажу по посуде, но чтобы поесть фрукты, попить чай и тп - все есть. Зеркал хватает тоже, чтобы нормально всем собраться. Мест для чемоданов тоже. Рядом есть супермаркет. Район приличный, не страшно сюда возвращаться вечером. В общем, все классно!

Подушки высокие и жесткие, но я нашла выход - надела наволочку на маленькую подушку декоративную и было ок) Нет лифта (у нас просто всегда много чемоданов, а лестница винтовая и не широкая). Это единственное, что не дает поставить 10 баллов.

Really easy to get the keys and enter the appartment, great location, air conditioning great and well equiped!

Wifi was a bit slow during my stay and the bathroom was extremely small (hot water also limited), but I confess was a great cost-benfit :)

Суперские апартаменты прямо в центре стамбула, до площади таксим буквально 5 минут пешком. При этом сами апартаменты в ОЧЕНЬ ТИХОМ переулке, рядом так же множество тихих кафе с приятным кофе и завтраками

Well located in the heart of Beyoglu, at a walking distance of a lot of bars, restos, cafes, and convenience stores. The area is lively and by night you can find lots of fun everywhere. Metro and funicular are not that far and makes it easy to combine your trips everywhere. The venue has very confortable sofa and dining area, a kitchenette and a washing machine!

The bathroom is very small/flat. If you are a big person you may consider this, as it may not be confortable. The bedroom is good, I’d place a more cushioned matress for a better sleep. The rest is perfect.

+ Very good LOCATION with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and just a few mins by foot from the main square Taksim + QUIET and good soundproofing, despite its central location + Friendly HOST via WhatsApp + AIRCON was working properly and was relatively quiet

I have stayed at the accommodation multiple times in the past years and had been happy before, but this stay was unfortunately significantly worse than previous stays, for the following reasons (staying in the standard apartment (number #1) this time): - WIFI wasn't working at all throughout the stay - after writing to the host, I was given the WiFi access code of the next-door restaurant but the signal/speed was mostly poor (especially in the bedroom), so it only worked properly while sitting on the couch - BATHROOM of this apartment was in clear need of renovation and proper cleaning, several things were broken and the floor in the shower was quite dirty in the corners (see photo) - besides this, the bathroom was very tiny and narrow (like all the other apartments in the building of which I was aware from previous stays at this place) - CLEANLINESS was not on the level of previous visits (especially the bathroom had several areas of improvement) and the sofa as well as all seat cushions had visible stains (or burn marks in the case of the sofa, see photo) - Given the shortcomings and condition of this particular apartment, the PRICE was not justified anymore

Apartamenty w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko do placu Taksim, do ulicy Istikal, w sąsiedztwie można znaleźć dobre śniadanie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Łazienka trochę mała ale da się unkcjonować :)

The flat looks as advertised and the location is fairly central.

There is no wifi. We exchanged briefly with Ali before my arrival and I mentioned that I'd be late because I was having issues getting a sim card (I went to City's İstanbul mall and all the telecom shops tried to charge me 2500TL—for a sim card only). I ended up giving up on getting a sim card on the day of my arrival thinking I'd have internet once I arrive at the flat. When I arrived, the wifi wasn't working. I messaged Ali about it the next day using the wifi from one of the cafe down the road. He said that the internet provider had told him the entire street didn't have any internet. I ended up spending the entire week with no wifi (I checked everyday to see whether it worked or not). I highly doubt that it's what actually happened and I also think he knew about it prior to my arrival. This affected my trip quite a lot. I'm a solo traveller and heavily rely on the internet. I ended up getting a cheap sim card the next day but the bandwidth at the flat was not the greatest. This also made the TV ornamental. The boiler needs to be repaired. The water in the shower was alternating between freezing cold and lukewarm. I was lucky that it wasn't cold outside. The spatulas in the kitchen look like they have been used and not cleaned afterward.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo klimatyczna dzielnica. Wszystkie wymagane urządzenia były dostępne w apartamencie. Mieszkanie przez tydzień było całkiem wygodne.

Niestety, wi-fi nie działało.

2nd time staying at the property. The location is fantastic. It’s out of the way of the heavy tourists, but the local neighborhood vibe is amazing. Lots of shops to pop in and out of and great food everywhere.

The apartment needs a little maintenance. The shower head was broke, but Ali came right away and fixed it. Internet. I had no internet the entire 5 days. This was the building and street. This wasn’t Ali’s fault. He actually helped compensate as I had to use all my data while there.

Great location, the neighbourhood is relatively quiet with a supermarket very close and some nice cafes and restaurants. Close to Taksim Square (bus to the airport). The host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check-in in the middle of the night was not a problem (my flight was delayed).

There was no WiFi the entire time we were there, this was really inconvenient, but the host said that there was no internet in the whole neighbourhood. When I arrived there was no hot water in the apartment, because the boiler was turned off. Also unfortunately there was no Istanbul Card in the apartment, because the previous guests forgot to leave it behind...

The location is amazing everything beside you and close to Taxsim very nice and safe area. The apartment is clean and good value for the money.

No WiFi. The bathroom is very small one person hardly fit, especially if someone with a bit of weight you can fit.

A very cozy and comfortable apartment on the last floor of the building. What I enjoyed more compared to any other hotel rooms or apartments booked in the past was the fact that it was very quiet. For those people they want to isolate and get some rest while traveling, without any noise, it's ideal. The apartment was equipped with almost everything that someone needs to spend some days or even months there: a double queen size bed, very comfy (I give extra credits myself having a back-pain issue), a small sofa bed, a small table for 2 persons, a full functional kitchen, and a bathroom. There was a washing machine too, ironing system and hairdryer. I would definitely stay again.

The fifth floor was a bit challenging without a lift so someone can go up and down anytime, but this is normal for an old block of apartments with no infrastructure. I only had a small backpack myself but if visitors travel with luggage, they better workout a lot to lift them. The narrow bathroom was not so comfy, although very ergonomic.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD. CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE. HOST IS A VERY NICE GUY WHEN THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING AND HE TOOK VERY SERIOUS AND FIXED IT ASAP. APPARTMENT IS CLEAN AND A LOTS OF SPACE. PREFECT FOR US.

BATHROOM ROOM & KITCHEN ARE A BIT SMALL AND KITCHEN'S FAN DID NOT REALLY WORK.

很好的公寓，设施齐全，性价比，位置也不错，Ali也很友好。

网络问题：我们住的四晚中，三天的wifi都是无法正常运行的。Ali努力去解决了，但是并没有解决问题。我们在土耳其的三天三晚都得使用自己的流量。 浴室淋浴头有点小问题，但并不影响。

I think the apartment is quite spacious; communication is good; location is great.

The only downside was the WiFi was not working for a couple of days. But this is the area problem not the property.

Apartamentul a fost peste așteptări. Curățenie foarte bună, mobilier în stare foarte bună, paturi confortabile. Strada este relativ liniștită seara, fără foarte mare agitație. Multe magazine în zonă, atât mici cât și Carrefour. Piața Taksim este la aproximativ 500 metri distanță pe jos. Parcare cu plată la 50 de metri de apartament.

Ori nu am știut cum sa folosesc TV-ul pe posturile locale, ori el funcționa doar le YouTube.

Veel basics waren matig onderhouden. Douche moeilijk te verstellen, kastdeurtjes die scheef hingen en gordijnrails die het niet lang meer houdt

Super Lage in sehr schönem Stadtteil, gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Die Küche und das Bad sind ziemlich klein, dafür ist das Wohn-/Esszimmer sehr groß und schön. Der Vermieter Ali war immer erreichbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert! Absolut empfehlenswert!

I like this area of Istanbul - clise to Istiklal street, small caffes, no noise at night. Room is clean, it has 2 small balconys. Easy check-in / check-out. Absolutely value for its money.

Location is great - near shops, restaurants, cafes. Taxim square is about 10 minutes, T1 stop - 12 minutes. Checkin and checkout were simply. Apartments looks same as in description.

Lovely, homely stay. QUIET which is such a miracle in Istanbul and my main concern when booking. I quite enjoyed the view to the back gardens (with the morning cats). Kitchen was super useful to us too! Bed was comfy and location was nice and lively without being too busy (The stairs did kill us but such is the nature of the city, though maybe rethink staying in this neighbourhood if you’re not fit)

Only complaint was not enough toilet roll or cloths was left for us so we had to go ahead and buy our own. Key was a bit tricky too.

Отличный отель! Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности с основными достопримечательностями. В номере есть все необходимое.Хорошая локация, до метро и другого транспорта минут 10 по уютной улочке. У отеля прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё и не раз. Рекомендуем - отличный отель.

Все супер! Лучшая локация, в пешей доступности 5-7 минут все что нужно, Галата, Истикляль, Таксим и т.д. Отличный душ, кухня маловата, но не критично вообще.

Пора сделать мелкие замены (гладилка, сушилка), диван починить, но это мелочи

On the very first night, there was a leak in the bathroom and they couldn't fix it quickly. I had to clean up the flood twice a day with towels on my own

Schoon appartement, makkelijk in checken, snel contact met de eigenaar als er iets aan de hand is. Dicht bij winkels en restaurants.

Keuken en badkamer zijn heel smal, kan maar met 1 persoon in staan, lokale tv kun je niet zien. Best gehorige : veel straat geluiden maar als je de ramen dicht laat valt het mee.

Понравилось буквально все) Отличное соотношение цена - качество! Хозяин Али всегда на связи и готов помочь в случае необходимости. Квартира чистая и теплая. Довольно просторная. Месторасположение - отличное, недалеко от Таксим, при этом довольно тихо и много кафе вокруг. Однозначно рекомендую и буду ещё выбирать этот вариант!

Ganzes Appartement, freundlicher Gastgeber, viel Platz. Top Lage in Istanbul in einem gut angebundenen, kleinstädtischen Viertel mit vielen Lokalen. Ideal für ein paar Tage Citytrip zu zweit.

Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Self check-in. Cute quiet street with some nice cafes and several supermarkets. Be ready to climb up the stairs. If you carry big luggage, probably won't be a good fit. The room was comfy, clean, kitchen is equipped and the washing machine is good to have. Had quite a struggle because of the problem with the clogged pipe and shower tap, so Ali was kind enough to offer another more expensive property at the same price. Thank you Ali! We loved both rooms.

La posizione dell'alloggio era molto buona, l'appartamento era dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e tenuto pulito. Recuperare le chiavi è stato facilissimo grazie alle indicazioni di Alì.

Alcuni dettagli dell'arredamento (cucitura del divano tagliata / bruciata) ed il soffione della doccia mal funzionante, il bagno è effettivamente molto stretto, ma rapporto qualità prezzo complessivo è buono.

Great location. 8 min walk to Taksim station and lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and warm. Very strong hot shower.

Too many stairs 😅 I got the top floor apartment (3rd floor) and the stairs were pretty steep (as all the other stairs in Istanbul). Not suitable for large suitcases. I don’t mind the small bathroom but can imagine it being awkward for some.

Unkomplizierter Check in! Lage des Apartments nur zehn Minuten Fußweg zum Taksim Platz und zur Istikal Cadesi und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen! Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte quasi direkt vor der Tür! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber unkompliziert. Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmachine vorhanden…! Oberes Apartment mit Loggia und Blick auf den Galsta Turm! Kann ich nur empfehlen…

La ubicación es perfecta. Muy limpio y agradable. El baño un pelín pequeño pero compensa todo lo demás. Los anfitriones muy pendientes y serviciales. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Un poco más grande el baño sería Mejor

Ali egy segítőkész házigazda. Egy pár órára elment az áram. Ami természetesen nem az Ő hibája és megoldásként, hogy a napi tisztálkodást meg tudjam oldani, biztosított egy közeli szálláson egy szobát. Erősen ajánlott, csalódás mentes szállás.

Personal gut erreichbar per whatapp. Schon eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles bestens.

Der Zugang war bekannterweise und ausreichend kommuniziert ein enges Treppenhaus, welches mit großen Koffern eine Herausforderung ist. Die angebotene Hilfe hätte ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Vermutlich nächstes Mal.

Всичко беше чудесно. Местоположението е перфектно, на тиха и спокойна улица, близо до кафенета, ресторанти и на 10 мин. от ферибота за азиатската част. В стаята е топло и светло. Определено ще отседна отново на това място. Имаше всичко необходимо, сешоар, ютия,Дъска за гладене, сушилка за пране,климатик, телевизор, хладилник, интернет, пералня.

Настаняването е чак в 4 часа. Това, че няма асансьор. Банята е мъничка.

Отличное расположение, чисто , доброжелательный хозяин

Есть все удобства , кухонька очень маленькая ( впрочем, как и во многих других объектах). Чистое белье , посуда .

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη! Πολύ κοντα στα μέσα μεταφοράς, ήσυχη γειτονιά, με super market, φούρνους, μαγαζί με πολύ καλό πρωινό ακριβώς δίπλα, όμορφα μπαράκια σε απόσταση αναπνοής! Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον 5ο όροφο, (χωρίς ασανσέρ), με θέα στον πύργο του Γαλατά και την Αγια Σοφία.

Està ben ubicat amb tots els recursos necessaris a prop i amb bones connexions amb el transport públic. Està ben mantingut, es pot descansar no és sorollós i hi ha bona comunicació amb l'amfitrió i cobreix les peticions

La cuina i el bany son petits, la cuina té els utensilis bàsics però per a més de dos dies és una mica just. És un edifici sense ascensor i les escales són de cargol, no ho sabia abans de fer la reserva i anant amb un cotxet de nadó es fa difícil.
