Reviewed Mar 20, 2025Great location, lovely apartment clean and well equipped. Appreciated the high chair.
Tiny things but important to a family with a baby. There were no bin bags, washing up liquid (dish washer and tabs were great but doing a quick wash in between is useful) or anti bacterial cleaner supplied we obtained these and have left them among the cleaning supplies but would have been nice to have them ready and in place,

The strong smell of cigarettes which must be embedded into the carpet. Couldn’t get rid of the smell in every room. Had no idea where the apartment bins where and only one car park and fob

The oven needs a good clean very dusty apartment otherwise was OK had a problem flushing toilet but man came and showed us how to flush it.

Too much security! Malfunctioning heating and inadequate bedding for the outside temperature when we arrived. ( there were no operating instructions) No coat hangers in one wardrobe. Black out curtains only fitted to one bedroom. Thus streetlight was a nuisance. Dust under furniture in the living room just an observation.
