Nice 1-bedroom apartment in Heart of the City

No había prácticamente limpieza en el apartamento. La ropa de cama y toallas sí que estaba bien.

I feel like the pictures didn't do it justice. I had expected a much smaller space, and when I arrived, it was such a cozy apartment! The hosts were absolutely lovely and responded very quickly, helping me out with storing my luggage before checking in. The bed was so cozy and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Access to public transport is only 5min walk away, there's a Joker supermarket closeby as well.

My only issue with the flat was the lighting. The lighting was so low, that I couldn't see much in th evenings, but that might also just be a preference question.

Location was good - ability to walk to the centre of Stavanger fairly easily. Off- street parking very convenient. Host was communicative.

Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No tea towel, chopping board or sheet for the base of the pull out double sofa bed. Owner suggested we use a bed cover which looked very worn and stained. We used duvet covers instead. Tumble dryer did not work but owner explained where we could find a clothes airer. Too many personal items left around the place.

L'appartamento era sporco e poco curato, con odore di fumo di sigaretta.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum miasta i sklepów spożywczych. Parking pod domem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Mieszkanie stosunkowo duże. Wbrew wcześniejszym opiniom mieszkanie czyste.

Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia. Ściany były nieco brudne a meble dość stare.

Beliggenhet ok. Veldig møkkete på kjøkken. Dvs kjøkkendøren, kjøleskap, matrester i komfyr, mugg på badet og hele leiligheten bar preg av svært dårlig renhold.

Renhold burde vært gjennomført. Og mugg burde vært fjernet. Det var svartmugg på bad.

Afstand tot het centrum. Snelle reactie op vragen. Badkamer was redelijk schoon. Groot tv-scherm met veel programma's. Het apartment zou een hogere beoordeling krijgen als het overall veel schoner zou zijn.

Keuken was niet goed schoon. Ondanks dat er een vaatwasser stond die goed werkte waren veel pannen vuil. Ook het keuken meubilair zat vol met vlekken, hebben eerst een half uur schoongemaakt. De vak obder de oven was ronduit vies.

This property has safety issues. An electrically dangerous double socket in the living room with a 5-way extension cable attached, taped to the wall to keep it in place. No smoke alarm detector, which is mandatory in Norway. The cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment left much to be desired The host and booking.com customer service refused alternative accommodation.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna, wiele atrakcji turystycznych , wszystko można zwiedzać na piechotę. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uczynny. Gorąco polecam na City Break.

Appartement heeft een prima ligging, net buiten het centrum (op wandelafstand) met gratis parkeerplaats. Vriendelijke host.

Het appartement was niet heel proper bij onze aankomst.

Cleaning could be better

The apartment is very close to the supermarket, it's just 2 min down the street. Fast self check in details given by the owner and fast to respond when you need help.

The location it's about 10 min walk up hill from the bus station. The apartment is quite noisy at night with some pumping noises. Not able to dry our clothing after machine wash as the dryer tripped, so we just let it dry under the heater. The floor quite dusty when we check in.

The instructions of the key could have been communicated better and we had to ask for towels

Pincode was not working but we were informed about it in forehand and got in to apartment like advised.

It wasn’t dirty but it could be cleaner
