Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Large and spacious apartment. Each room has a large window and small balcony. The gym and pool were convenient. Beds were comfortable.
Checking in was a bit strange, with a very unwelcoming guard. The location wasn't ideal for us ...but if you need to be in Mount Lavinia it's probably the best option.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025We loved the apartment. We usually book hotels and this was the first time we booked an apartment so were a little apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with great sea views. Ac and hot water worked well and wifi was good. For what we needed the location was also good. The rooftop was fantastic with amazing views and a lovely pool.
The check in process was a little confusing but was dealt with quickly. It is important to remember this is a primarily residential apartment block amf not a hotel so the staff were not the most welcoming.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024No food was provided. Short walk to the Galle Road for breakfasts of our choice. the rooftop floor with pool was a lovely quiet place to relax in. The view was a treat and there were no mosquitoes. Top marks for the AC. never let us down in the humidity. The supplied drinking water was a surprise, very convenient. Priyanka gets a special word of thanks. always smiling, and available to open the gate no matter how late or early the hour.
Only one bath towel per person. We expected two for each person One to use while the other was in the wash. A clothes dryer would be good. Too warm at night for a quilt, a top sheet on the beds would have been a more comfortable option. For four adults having only one main door key caused problems.
