Reviewed Sep 19, 2026In particular, the location and the comfort of the apartment. It was well-equipped, with a variety of food items in the kitchen, and quality products in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. There was free parking and being set back from the street, no road noise. Pak'n'Save was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. And then there was Rex - a very friendly, elderly tabby cat, who seemed to have part ownership of the apartment and made us feel very welcome.

Reviewed May 31, 2026We totally enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the bath towels were of a great size, and well equipped with utensils. Bathroom was spacious and provided well with the essentials for bathing. The extras in the cupboard e.g. sugar, salt glade wrap etc. awesome. The booklet with the instructions was well appreciated on all the 'do's & don'ts'
For me, I but only have 2 issues 1. When I received my letter with the address, it was confusing and this is how it read 2/76a Palmerston Street. Had to keep asking for directions, cause AI was not leading us to the right place. 2. Due to our age, the white sofa was a little low for us, struggled to get down and up. But otherwise everything else was perfect.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Very well appointed unit that appears quite newly renovated. Very clean, fresh and modern. Kitchen was great with everything we needed and more. A very quick walk to the nearby supermarket . Bathroom was excellent, lounge was comfy and a nice touch were the games under the TV.

Da wir erst im dunklen angekommen sind, hatten wir unser Appartement nicht sofort gefunden. Vielleicht wäre ein markanteres Symbol im Fenster oder Beleuchtung an der Tür hilfreich. Sonst fanden es einfach super !

The location was perfect—Pak’nSave was only about 5 minutes away, making it very convenient to buy food and essentials, and being right in the city center made it easy to get anywhere. The facilities were spotless and felt almost brand new. The interior was warm and comfortable, and I especially loved the view of the camellia flowers from the kitchen—it truly made me happy. Even after check-out, when I realized I might have left something behind, they kindly helped me check without any trouble. I really appreciated their thoughtful assistance. They were so kind and accommodating, which made my stay even better. If you’re visiting Hamilton, I highly recommend this cozy and beautiful accommodation.

Everything worked and I like how the kitchen lights were sensor-dependent, so they went on if you went to the kitchen and went off after you left. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. TV also had a sound bar which was great!
The mattress was really soft - I prefer medium softness but not everyone is the same here - its highly subjective so this shouldn't change the rating of the place

The front door automatically locked but would have been nice to have an inside lock to be sure it was. But that is probably just me being untrusting of auto door locks.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The accommodation is really beautiful and modern. We loved all the thoughtful touches, especially the sensor lights in the master bedroom closet, bathroom, and kitchen. It was super convenient having a washer and dryer on-site. A lot of amenities are within walking distance, which was a big plus. We were in Hamilton for a BJJ competition at the YMCA, and it was an easy 4km walk around the lake from the property. Meeting Rex was also a highlight of our stay—my girls absolutely loved him!
The bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but that might just be because there's nothing quite like sleeping in your own bed
