Comfy Stay Close to City Center

Jay was kind enough to let us check in earlier than the standard time. House is clean. Location is very close to everything.

We flew in on an international flight and we were too tired to carry on driving home so we booked last minute . The accomadation it self was nice and tidy. It had everything we needed and it was very central. I messaged the host to see if we could have a late check out as we arrived fairly late to the accom but unfortunately we couldn’t . The host responded to my message pretty fast. Overall well worth the cost.

Having to check out at 10am when we arrived so late but understandable as the cleaners have a set time to come in.

Beautiful home. Quiet warm and cozy. Child friendly. Plenty of space. All amenities available for use including washer, dryer. Cooking facilities. Will stay again.

A bit difficult to park our suv in gge with the vehicles of opposite homes parked on yellow lines. But managed.

Nice place but hot upstairs because there no air-conditioning. Downstairs is nice with the air-conditioning. Convenient for everything.

Location was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and was great.

House was a great location and close to supermarket. Communication from the host was good. They made it clear there was slight damage to a door and table i the room and also to the front door.

Parking was abit of a mission for our ute.

The front door was boarded up, unable to use the front door entry. But provided alternative. with a very tight squeeze driveway, and way too close a proximity to the neighbors on the opposite side.

Lovely host. Great location. Met our needs for one night. Five adults. Garage bonus.

There was unfortunately some damage done by previous guests rendering front door unusable. Also new towels were not pre-washed as a lot of blue dye came out.

Clean and tidy. Great location, walking distance to supermarkets and city centre. One car garaging a bonus.

Unfortunately due to previous guests there was some damage and the front door wasn’t able to be used which was a minor inconvenience 😂

On the Thursday & Friday nights there were cars parked on the yellow lines for houses 3 & 5, opposite 6 and it was very difficult to get into the garage.

Very happy with the accommodation. Owner was easy to contact in relation to getting into the accommodation.

The parking is quite small however it’s not built for big cars it’s a complex in saying that if the neighbours parked correctly it wouldn’t be as bad

Unfortunately the people in the night before us trashed the place and the cleaners were still there when we arrived at 3 and could not get in until 4. The front door was broken, toilet seat broken, toilet rool holder broken, shower rail missing etc. This was not the hosts fault. However putting this aside the place was generally run down especially given its age, lots of marks on walls, carpet etc and general cleanliness was poor. The host gave us a $50 refund which was appreciated, but we did not feel this was enough.

Had difficulty accessing the key from the lockbox. Previous occupant had been disrespectful.

The cleanliness was high standard. The property was perfect for my family group. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. Supermarket around the corner. Bonus! There were items for guest use in the pantry.

With sleeping facilities for six people it was disappointing that the couch sat three guests at a push and the dining table sat four. Two slice toaster. Mesh on the coffee plunger damaged.

Very good location. Tidy accomodation and had a good night's sleep on beds. Was a good option for my family that offered a few more comforts to make our stay a bit better.

Check was confirmed for 3 however cleaners were there until 4.30 so we had to wait outside. One of the beds had hair and dirt in it, another had 1 towel and 3 face clothes. The hand rail on the stairs was sticky and grimly and there was obvious layers of dust and grubby walls. It needs a thorough clean

The bedding was clean, and the room was tidy. The shower was good, and the pressure of the shower was good. There were extra blankets, and the rooms were warm.

The house smelled like urine when I first opened the door. After we opened up all the windows, the smell went away. There was an awful smell coming from the heat pump. The recycling and rubbish bins were full. And the neighbors were arguing early in the morning, which woke us up. Also, the neighbors were parked all over the place, so we couldn't use the parking, and the neighbors would not answer their door when we wanted to ask them to move.

I'm not sure there was anything to like

To be honest, upon arrival we were greeted with neighbourly cars parked all over the road where it was near impossible to get into the drive & garage. After finally parking my 10 year boy went to turn the TV on after taking our bags upstairs & spotted a vape under the TV cabinet. The little garden in front looked a mess, had cockroaches in the master bedroom as well as the main bathroom, also you need to be quite petite and small to fit in the ensuit bathroom. Beds were kind of hard, unless you really like the strong smell of curry I would stay away from this place as it was just over powering from, I'm guessing all the neighbour's Also the window in the main bathroom behind the toilet should be tinted not frosted, you basically can see people in the toilet & shower.

Lots of spiders inside, and on your alarm sensor so best to get rid of them.

Private parking in a close garage. Walking distance from the beautiful Hamilton Lake, playground, and shops. 2 bathrooms & toilets. Quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable and clean. 10 minute walk to the river, 15 minutes to town/restaurants etc. Supermarket just around the corner. Would stay here again.

Tiny, cramped, and the most uncomfortable place we've stayed in for quite a while.

Having Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was ideal for us travelling as two couples. New-ish building and facilities.

Needs a bit of maintenance. Toilet didn't flush properly. Stain on the carpet but these can be rectified easily.

House was close to everything and was well appointed.

Didn't feel that clean. Duvets did not have covers and were stained. Living space is very small.

Place was good enough. Fairly close to town. Quiet. Newish build. Friends of the owners were there when we arrived.

Check in was confusing. Place was smaller than the photos looked. Layout was awkward. No tv aerial so only Netflix available. No outdoor seating or coffee table. Visually tidy but felt quite dirty and some broken things needed repairs. I would expect more for the money charged.

Nothing about the property but difficult to park in driveway especially if you have a big car as the roadway is narrow and neighbours block the road with their parking.

Property needs some maintenance to clean dirty marks on walls and chipped paint. Drains were smelly in the en suite and kitchen. No blinds on a few windows meaning the neighbours could see straight into master bedroom from driveway. There were no instructions how to use the hob so I had to google and watch a you tube video before using. Parking appears to be an issue with lots of the neighbours parked on yellow lines meaning it was difficult for us to get our car in and out of the garage. Overflowing recycle bins left on back deck filled with a huge amount of beer and wine bottles.

Spacious, great value, quiet block of apartments. Everything we needed for our stay in Hamilton.
