This villa was 10/10 ✨💕 Everything was what we expected and we enjoyed staying 3 days in this villa.

There was a dangerous gas leak in the bathroom. The owner refused to let me change rooms. She was aware and didn’t arrange for a plumber to come. She promised a refund as I left early and refused to take responsibility for putting my health and safety at risk. Disgraceful behaviour.

It’s not centrally located but accessible to other areas.

침구가 너무 편했고, 주변이 조용해서 숙면을 취하기 너무 좋았어요. 사진 그대로의 룸컨디션!! 깨끗하고 직원들도 정말 정말 친절해서 만족스러운 호텔이었어요. 최고의 가성비, 최고의 선택!

아셔야 할 점은 위치가 스미냑 시내랑은 조금 거리가 있다는 점.. 드라이어기가 구비되어 있지 않고, 샤워시설이 좀 아쉬움.. 하지만 이 모든걸 뛰어넘는 가격 메리트!!

Le manque d'équipements dans les chambres... 😭 Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de serviette de mains ou visage, ça pourrait grandement améliorer le confort des chambres Mais sinon c'était très bien

Beyond expectations! 😃 Spotless, comfortable rooms, bed and incredibly welcoming staff. Massive thanks to our driver, who patiently waited at the airport despite our 3 hours flight delay from Singapore and a 2 hours delay at immigration. Fantastic experience!

Nothing.

We enjoyed how close the accom was to amenities, restaurants, Seminyak village and square. The staff were very accommodating and tried to be as helpful as possible which was very much appreciated. Loved the laundry service and quick response to queries and requests. Always easily contactable - also very appreciated. The pool right outside the rooms was a bonus and kept nice and clean on the daily.

We were very disappointed that we did not get the same standard of rooms particularly since we paid the same price. We had rooms 3, 6 + 7. We felt our rooms should have all been the same as room 3. The water pressure in Room 6 was ridiculous to be honest and flushing or showering became quite stressful. I felt a new room would have been appropriate especially when I had to call maintenance daily to try and mitigate the issues in the bathroom. Having to have cash to pay for additional services is inconvenient in this day and age.

جيدة قريبة من كل الاماكن في سمنياك بمجرد خروجك من الفيلا للشارع تجد الكثير من المحلات والمطاعم والصيدليات .. موقع جدا جميل ومناسب.. الموظفين جيدين وودودين في التعامل

نظافة المسبح توجد حشرات في المسبح الفلتر لا يتم تشغيله 24 ساعه يغلق في الساعه 7او الثامنه مساء .. يوجد حشرات ( ناموس ) في الفيلا لا اعلم من اين تاتي .. نظافة الغرف ينتهي وقتها الساعه 4 عصرا يجب ابلاغهم قبل هذا الوقت

As always, the service, staff and surroundings are wonderful.

The shower in room 4 was dreadfully slow. Was only a 4 day trip, so I put up with it. But for longer stays, it could become quite annoying.

Great location, just outside of the alley of the villa is convenient store and just short motorbike to any happening area. Spacious room with 1 bedroom, one changing area, 1 bathroom with great shower (and very nice smelling shower gel) and direct access to the pool. Bed, blanket, and especially the pillow are amazing. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Slight stain here and there (curtain, floor) but doesn’t really impact cleanliness), they restrict the water bottle 2pc per day, the main road is one way only and the only road leading to the main road usually has horrible traffic jam so plan your trip accordingly especially if using car

Bellissima struttura non lontana dal centro di Seminyak. La nostra villa aveva un'ampia camera da letto e una bella piscina. Comodo anche il bagno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo provato la colazione una sola mattina ed era discreta.

我遇到有點多設備問題，不過不影響住宿體驗 （水龍頭手把壞掉，冷氣滴水） 不過服務人員都很快來協助解決

I wish they had restocked the toilet paper daily when cleaning as there wasn’t enough and we had to go ask for it a few times but other than that everything was absolutely perfect!!

This was my 4th stay at The Eight Villa and Rooms in Seminyak. Staff were incredibly helpful, rooms, spacious, clean and beds super comfy! Quiet location but in close proximity of top notch restaurants and Sundari spa.

The Eight Villa and Spa used to have no children policy but now more families are staying there, using the pool which becomes quite noisy at times.

Le balcon au 1er étage; la gentillesse du personnel, le calme; les draps changés à la demande. 3 supermarchés à proximité et le mini frigo.La douche italienne dans une grande salle de bain.Beaucoup de pressing dans la rue parallèle avec le fameux restaurant naughty et les glaces gelato, un peu plus loin

il manque des rangements, des cintres et des endroits pour poser les valises.

Really loud at night time - sounded like renovations in a neighbouring room - drilling, banging etc until 11pm. It is understandable that a building needs to be built, however, had i known this, i would have booked elsewhere.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Nice deco and most importantly clean ! Not too far from the main area for restaurants and shops also if you catch a grab.

C’est juste un petit bémol mais il y’avait un problème de chasse d’eau du coup l’eau s’écoulait toute la nuit pas très gênant mais quand même pour ceux qui ont le someil léger

Great staff and very cosy “hotel”

A clean and beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great. The pool is well-maintained. We were very satisfied. I especially congratulate the owner; he has assembled a great team.

The water flow in the showers is low. Perhaps the bath towels could be better. Also, there is a lot of noise and music coming from the back of the rooms.

Zimmer sind groß und schön, einige Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Pool ist super.

The one way road

Had a private villa for the first 5 days of my trip, which was awesome. Just booked this room for one day as I had a flight late that evening and wanted to chill until leaving for the airport. As always, the rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful and the value for money is 👌
