Quiet, effective air conditioning. Fridge was a little noisy, but I didn't need it so I just turned it off. Bed was comfy, generous sized room, comfy outside furniture with a power point conveniently located outside as well. Breakfast on the 3rd floor with shaded and not-shaded table options. Friendly kitchen staff.

The shower head needs replacing, with blocked nozzles shooting water all over the place. Small inconvenience, but easily remedied by the property.

It is an okay place for one or two nights. The location is quite good. Close to the beach, and all the shops. The staff is friendly.

The room was okay. The bathroom didn’t feel clean, even the flowing water. The towels were old and with stains. Overall, should improve the hygiene.

A 5 min de la playa, buena relaciòn calidad- precio , hotel tranquilo con pocas habitaciones, en la piscina estuvimos solos. Cerca restaurantes y tiendas. El dia del check out nos dejaron quedarnos unas horas en la piscina y un baño.

Desayuno poco variado. Poca presiòn de agua en la ducha, grifería oxidada. Muchas hormigas en las instalaciones

Breakfast was good, unfortunately had to walk 3 flights of stairs, 42 steps each morning for it.

Posizione ottima per passeggiare alla sera e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Stanza in ordine e pulita, rifatta tutti i giorni. Staff gentile e disponibile. Avevo bisogno di un asciugacapelli e me l’hanno prontamente fornite. Colazione all’ultimo piano all’aperto sul rooftop molto bello. Bella la piscina ma non ne abbiamo usufruito purtroppo.

Asciugamani e lenzuola molto ingiallite anche se profumate. Avendo la camera vicino alla strada, di notte si faceva fatica a dormire, c’era molto rumore, perché in bagno c’erano delle finestrelle in alto che non si potevano chiudere in alcun modo, perciò non era ben isolata. Anche il condizionatore molto vecchio vibrava e faceva molto rumore durante la notte e ti svegliava. Colazione un po limitata. Dopo due giorni di succo di anguria abbiamo chiesto di cambiare e non c’era altra possibilità.

The staff were friendly , it was in a unique position right in the market area yet quiet. Restaurants and shops really close by. Breakfast choice was good. Very comfortable and felt homely.

Perfect 10/10 stay! My family and I absolutely loved it! Very clean rooms, spacious, comfy beds, and even a large bathroom. The pool is well-maintained and feels fresh every time we go swimming. Awesome location too — in the center of Seminyak but away from the noise of party clubs and the crowd. There’s a money exchange right in front, a spa and a cafe right beside it, 5-10mins walk to the restaurants and souvenir shops, and a 3-min walk to Ku De Ta beach. They offer 4 kinds of breakfast (toast, omelettes, fried rice/ noodles, or pancakes) that comes with fruits and coffee/juice served on the rooftop. Easy to book a Grab coz the location pin is accurate. The tour vans were able to pick us up from the hotel with no problems. Best of all, the staff were all kind, thoughtful and accommodating to my family’s needs. They speak and understand english well. Overall, we loved it! Definitely recommend!

Amerta exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the staff preparing it were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. The shower was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Amerta to anyone staying in Seminyak.

Not so much i didn't like but the bed was very very squeaky and it did wake me up a couple of times during the night. Its minor but hopefully something can be done about it.

I liked the location and that it was very close to a lot of local shops and also had a massage place right next door.

There was nothing that I could complain about. I had a really great sleep here better than all of the other places we stayed in Bali. Even though it’s very close to the road.

Shower taps etc could be upgraded, newer pillow cases needed, (didn't fit the pillow), freezer needed defrosting, room and bathroom were clean and large. Perhaps a PowerPoint near kettle would be handier.

Very hospitable employees. Near money exchange. And not too far from main shopping mall.

Please invest to newer bed sheet/cover. Trust me it is worth it. You are ruining your review ratings for sake of stains bed sheets 🤦‍♂️ Invest in card door key too. Small changes are critical.

The location is excellent, close to shops, beach clubs, and restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the pool area is very pleasant.

The bathroom is spacious, but its design is not particularly inviting and detracts from the overall experience, making the room feel less appealing overall. The breakfast is very limited, you can only choose one main item, along with fruit, coffee, and juice.

Personnel à l'écoute, gentil et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons eu besoin d un médecin et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour que dans l'heure qui suivait nous ayons la visite du médecin. Bien situé, les restaurants à proximité et pourtant au calme.

The Staff there is amazing they treat you with much respect, professionalism and friendly manner. I like it so much and made my staying very pleasant.

I dont have much to add here besides the breakfast variety. Im very happy with my staying.

there was a good choice of breakfast options each day. The location was idea - 350m from the beach and surrounded by places to eat.

The room was a little dark opening onto a view of other more fortunate guests.

We stayed here because we had to go to the airport the next day and wanted a place near the beach with some activity. The town center and the beach are close, so it's perfect for a stopover. The hotel is clean and includes breakfast. For the price, it's 10/10.
