Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, disponibles et à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour. La villa est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et très bien équipée : rien ne manquait. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

Villa was great, exactly as advertised. Good, clean facilities. And hospitality from Hans and Soukaina was exceptional.

Cannot say anything bad about the Villa. Only small thing is the location is about 20 mins drive outside main Agadir centre and beach, but this is not a problem if you have a car or driver.

Une extraordinaire villa tout équipée avec une très belle piscine. L’emplacement de la villa par sa proximité nous a permis de profiter pleinement d’Agadir. La sécurité des lieux nous a également permis de profiter du confort de la villa, nous avions l’impression d’être chez nous. Hans et Soukaina ont été aux petits soins avec nous et de très bons conseils. Merci beaucoup à Hans et à Soukaina. Nous nous reverrons bientôt.

Very clean and tidy, staff were excellent and so attentive. We added a cook and a maid to our booking which was reasonable priced.

Everything was good , pool was clean , gated complex was good. id rent a hire car if coming back or use local taxis. Only problem was no beer although the owner did bring a crate which was good of him

Hans & Soukhaïna are great and very attentive hosts. They did everything to help us and accommodate us.They were always asking after us and making sure our stay was perfect. The villa 10 is a stunning villa nestled in a quiet place (the birds songs will wake you up in the mornings):). This villa is the perfect getaway if you want relaxation and tranquility with your family. The garden and the pool create a serene and peaceful atmosphere .You can relax on the sun loungers ,our daughter made the most of the private heated pool. The spacious Villa has 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds, high-quality linen. The villa offers you a fully equipped kitchen ( the Nespresso coffee is a must for a coffee purist :), comfortable living room ,a dining area also an outdoor shaded dining area ,sun loungers. Villa 10 is a beautiful Villa that offers the perfect combination of relaxation and tranquility for a restful stay. It is ideal for families or groups of friends.

We had an amazing stay for a long weekend break at Palmeraie Golf Agadir, the villa is stunning and spotless. We were welcomed personally by Hans & Soukaïna, who are so nice and welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure your stay there is one to remember ❤️ the personal touches were also so sweet, upon arrival we were given fresh fruit, chocolate, water, fresh bread as well as our items for breakfast. We opted for having our breakfast made for us at the additional charge which again was beautiful especially the pancakes, would recommend doing this xx we will 100% be back again Kelly & family x

This vila is very beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is clean and warm. It’s very safe with security at gate and two lovely dogs. The living room and dining room is spatial. Garden is equipped with nice furnitures to chill. Hans the manager and her wife are extremely friendly and helpful. Our wishes were well taken care of. We always get fresh bread and beach towel. Also got professional gold class through Hans. Would definitely love to come again.

I would recommend to rent a car if you plan to go out frequently during the stay. It’s easy to drive in Agadir and difficult to get a taxi/indrive without getting scammed.

Nice and clean Villa with nice fournitures, big garden and private Swimming Pool. Everything was great and safe and we had a lovely stay. We thank Soukaina and Hans as well the Concierge Majid for their hospitality and transports as everything was well organised from the beginning. See you all soon again! Family Mulijin👌👌

Amazing stay! We had a great stay at the Villa and everything was just amazing. The villa is well located in a secure residence (only 5 minutes from the city and the beach) and everything was clean and very well equipped with WIFI and Smart TVs. The owners Hans and Soukaina welcomed us personally at the villa for check-in and prepared us fresh fruits and chocolate for free. We prepared our breakfast ourselves and everything was in the fridge as well as toast and fresh bread. All in all, it's been a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you!

The cook in the morning setting the table, all though it stated on booking.com, that breakfast was included we still had to pay for each day requested.

The fact someone came into our villa and stole our UK money as well as Moroccon dirhams, In the first night in a supposedly gated and secure residence. Didn't really feel safe after.

Superb villa with its own pool, private parking. Hosts were exceptionally helpful. The villa was spotless and excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this property.

we liked everthing!

Great, central yet very quiet location. We got an amazing night's sleep and a touch of real Morocco. The gated community offers a sense of safety and comfort. There are multiple nearby shops and supermarkets. Plage d'Agadir is around 10 minutes driving distance from the villa. Souss-Massa National Park is also very close and takes under 30 minutes to get there by car. Hosts Hans and Soukaina are great at what they do and a special shout out to concierge Omar who went the extra mile to help me with all my needs, including finding a car shop.

There is a washing machine at the villa, but it's not accessible by guests. The offered washing service is good and cheap, but having to wait for someone to do what you can do yourself is not ideal. There were no extra blankets or towels freely available, which is good to have with children.

Amazing. Owners and Omar were very kind.

The property is okay if you want to be made out to be a criminal. Be aware of the armed military in the complex who the hosts says are watching your every move.

We were spoke to like trash. The host lied about the beds. We booked for four and were told there would be four beds. There was only 3. Advert mentioned breakfast included we were told that it would be extra money to have cooked foood and just given raw ingredients but no access to utensils to cook. We were in the villa for under 1 hour before we left and went to Atlas Amadil which is a top hotel.

The surrounding and the villa itself and the hospitality, 5 Stars Used the hosts driver. Again 5 Stars
