L'emplacement est super accessible au plage et au médina, l'ameublement est cozy le confort total.

De locatie is ideaal! Met een grote supermarkt op loopafstand en vele cafés en restaurants op de hoek Het appartement is ook erg ruim met alle gemakken voorzien zoals een magnetron een wasmachine een vaatwasser en een strijkijzer ga zo maar door De bedden liggen ook comfortabel wat erg belangrijk is want je bent hier natuurlijk voor je rust de gastheer is een topper die je overal bij helpt Hij reageert erg snel op vragen en het inchecken verliep snel en soepel

L’hôte est exceptionnel : réactif , attentionné, très bonne communication L’appartement est très propre, assez spacieux pour une famille , nous avons apprécié l’accueil quelques courses déjà préparées , l’accès wifi très clair Il y a le minimum attendu pour un séjour (vaisselle, couverts, lave linge etc …) Le restaurant en bas de l’appartement permet de s’alimenter très correctement sans efforts L’emplacement du carrefour market et plusieurs restaurants à proximité Pour les enfants un espace extérieur type parc à deux minutes de l’appartement top pour passer des nuits sympas avec les enfants après le dîner Le service ménage et réparation au top également

La salle de bain est un peu étroite notamment le bassin de douche et prévoir un budget pour les déplacements car on est à 25 minutes à pied de la plage (moins de 10 en voiture) - 15 minutes à pied du souk (5 minutes en voiture)

L’accueil était chaleureux, le logement très propre et le quartier agréable. Les commerces à proximité sont un vrai plus. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les places de stationnement juste devant, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on séjourne dans une location. Rien à redire, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

The location was good as everything was within walking distance.

Firstly, once we reached Agadir, the manager sent us to the wrong apartment and gave us the wrong location because he had double-booked us. Thankfully, with the help of someone at the apartments, we were given a new location and directions to a different apartment, which was in a good location. Despite this, moments after we entered, the electricity went out and I had to fix it myself. This problem continued throughout our stay at least twice a day. One time, the power went out at 4:00 AM, and when I called the manager, he actually asked me to go outside to the main electricity box to fix it using a fork and spoon! The only reason I was able to fix it safely is because I am an electrician myself, and I obviously did not use a fork and spoon. The manager was in America and was barely any help. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken from the beginning, the bathroom basin was blocked, and a cupboard in one of the bedrooms was broken. We were also promised cleaners as part of our package, but no one was available during our entire four-day stay. On the positive side, the water pressure for the shower was okay. When I booked, the manager knew the reservation was for six people, but the elevator could barely carry three people, and the lights would randomly turn on and off. To make matters worse, about 10 minutes before we checked out, the power in the entire apartment went out again, leaving the hallways pitch black. This was a major safety hazard for everyone, especially since we were on the third floor. Initially, I was happy with the booking because the manager replied quickly to my messages and reassured me the apartments were well-kept. Based on that and the good reviews, I trusted him. However, once we arrived, he barely replied and was no help at all, especially during the blackouts. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing, though at least we had AC in the lounge and one bedroom.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten und sicheren Gegend, und in der Nähe standen ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was für uns besonders praktisch war. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Küche war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, was man nicht oft findet. Auch die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schade war lediglich, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Mohamed est un hôte formidablement gentil, attentionné et très humain. Merci pour tout. Logement conforme à l’annonce, proche de toutes commodités, simple d’accès. Appartement spacieux avec une literie de qualité. Petit plus : excellent restaurant « le Madina » au pied de l’immeuble.

Appartement idéalement situé, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le séjour a été très satisfaisant et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort ainsi que la qualité de l’hébergement. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour agréable et sans souci.

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Gut ausgestattet, gut möbliert. Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, weil wir am nächsten Morgen früh am Flughafen in Agadir sein mussten.

Es war schwer zu finden, Google Maps setzte den Zielpunkt um die Ecke in eine andere Straße.

Appartement spacieux , super literie, vraiment confortable et moderne. L'hôte est très sympa il a même acheté un lit bébé pour notre venue car le sien ne convenait pas. Très serviable, réponds rapidement aux messages.

Rien tout était ok. Peut être mal insonorisé car on entendait la circulation et les voisins mais bon c'est partout au Maroc .

Very modern well furnished apartment with self check-in. The owner was easy to communicate with. Everything is modern and a well equipped kitchen and large tv. Served with lift. Around the area is modern and full of restaurants. Pity we only stayed 1 night.

Weit weniger sauber als erwartet (nach lesen der bewertungen) - vor allem badezimmer. Kissen für meine vorlieben zu hoch und hart - das is aber geschacksache. Würd alles in allem trotzdem auf jeden fall wieder hier buchen!

Mohamed et Youssef sont incroyablement serviables. Ils nous ont dépanné dans un moment critique et ont toujours été présents en cas de besoin. Un tout grand merci à tous les deux. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et confortable. Il ne manque rien. Il y a des restaurants à deux pas du logement et il est facile d’héler un taxi dans la rue adjacente.

Really nice apartment! Very clean and well kept! Really comfortable with everything we needed

Everything was perfect! The only thing is it was hard to find- however Mohammed the host was really communicative and helped us with everything we needed.

Wat mij het meest beviel aan de accommodatie was de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaar. Daarnaast was het appartement heel mooi, ruim en modern ingericht, waardoor ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. Ook de ligging is ideaal, met Café Madina onder het appartement — een fantastische plek om te eten met zeer vriendelijke mensen.

Er waren een paar kleine puntjes die verbeterd kunnen worden. De kastdeurtjes van het badkamermeubel waren beschadigd en mogen gerepareerd worden. Daarnaast was er wat kalkaanslag in de badkamer, wat met een grondige schoonmaak verholpen kan worden. Ook zouden extra theeglaasjes prettig zijn om te hebben.

Wir haben 8 wunderbare Tage im Golden Apartment verbracht. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Mohamed sehr herzlich empfangen. Er war immer verfügbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps geholfen, Agadir zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet mit moderner Küche, bequemen Betten, Klimaanlage und einem hellen Wohnzimmer. Besonders positiv war, dass während unseres Aufenthalts sogar ein kostenloser Reinigungsservice angeboten wurde. Die Lage ist ideal: ein ruhiges und sicheres Viertel, in der Nähe von Geschäften, Cafés, dem Souk und der Strandpromenade. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi erreichbar. WLAN und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Kurz gesagt: Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment wärmstens für einen Aufenthalt in Agadir, ob mit Familie oder Freunden. Vielen Dank an Mohamed für seine Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität!

L'appartement est très bien situé, on peux se rendre à pieds à Agadir Bay ce qui est très appréciable vu la circulation :). Il dispose de tous les éléments pour passer un agréable séjour. This apartment is new , with very nice decor, each floor it has only two apartments, which means it’s very quiet all the time. We are family of 6 , we find this apartment is very comfortable and amazing. Is beds are comfortable. We stayed for 6 days . The price is amazing. There is elevator 🛗 is ur concern how to carry ur luggage’s . The host is amazing person anything u want he will help u . There is cleaner will come the apartment if u request from host . I’ll definitely recommend this place.
