Reviewed Oct 31, 2025A wonderful experience all round. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The restaurants, shop, and bars were great. The views though- that's what it's all about. Oslo Fjord in the Autumn colours was stunning. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone. Copenhagen was a delight, with just enough time to wander into town and get a flavour of the place.
Nothing at all, can't fault it.

The intercom announcements were quite annoying - they woke me up in the mornings. The food was very expensive in the restaurants. There was a fee to pay for the pool which was not previously advertised.

Будьте готові до того що на кораблі ціни вказано у датських кронах ! Але це зовсім не мінус , це лише уточнення. І готівкою нам заплатити за вечерю не вдалося, лише карта .

Transfer costs quite expensive from both airport and ship to Copenhagen. Makes the inexpensive accommodation not such a bargain. Drinks on ship expensive. Breakfast not worth the expense only booked going, didn't booking sailing back.

Nave servita di tutti i confort. Io avevo una cabina solo per me, un qualcosa di veramente straordinario! Struttura pulitissima e viaggio super rilassante. Consiglio vivamente di fare quest'esperienza in questa struttura!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Everything! Such a value for money. The food and drinks were pricey, but that is expected, and it could have been worse. There are plenty of places to eat and a shop and a couple of bars. As well as a swimming pool and kids area. We stayed in the room, which had 4 beds, and it was spacious enough. Very clean rooms. Loads to do on the ship and the entertainment with Patrick were incredible. Had such an amazing night with the horse racing and music quiz. Will definitely go again.
Only complaint, I guess. More vegetarian/vegan options would have been nice. Especially on the buffet.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Двояке враження, але давайте спершу поговоримо про плюси: ☺️ Гарний, привітний персонал; 🛍️ Duty Free з великим вибором продуктів (брендовий одяг, аксесуари, косметика, алкогольні напої і звичайно солодощі). Не зважаючи на те, що розрахунок на судні в датських кронах DKK, мені здалось, що ціни значно дешевші ніж в duty free наприклад в аеропорту Gardermoen, Oslo. 🍳 Включені у вартість сніданки 10/10. Це фуршет з великим вибором смачної їжі. Із того що пам’ятаю, до вибору було подано: яєшня, сосиски гриль, лосось скибками, салямі, різного виду мʼясні нарізки, сири декілька видів, запечений паштет, порізаний скибками, овочі, фрукти в маленьких піалочках, багато різноманітних хлібобулочних виробів, в т.ч солодкі, молочні продукти, соки, фреші, смузі, чай/кава на вибір. Одним слово, голодними не залишитесь. 🧹Чистота 10/10 До прибирання відносяться дуже серйозно і відповідально. Це стосується як кают так і судна. В душовій кімнаті були передбачені шампунь, гель для душу та лосьйон для тіла, банні рушники. Не залежно від того, використаєте ви косметичні засоби за день чи за 3 дні, наступного дня вам покладуть новий набір. 🍽️ Ресторани. Особисто я відвідала Explorer і загалом мені сподобалось, було смачно, але мене трохи засмутив той факт, що за пляшку звичайної води потрібно платити. Ми, в Норвегії не платимо в ресторанах за звичайний декантер з водою;) Ціни на мою думку дещо високі, але можливо в інших ресторанах можна поїсти за більш приємною ціною.
⚓️ Каюта Commodore Class не відповідала заявленій на фото при бронюванні від слова зовсім. Звичайно, це було розчарування. Площа також була маленькою, абсолютно не виглядало як на фото при бронюванні. Я не розумію чому так?! Сама каюта була обладнана душовою кімнаткою (дуже маленька), ліжко, невеликий журнальний столик, стіл, крісло, шафа, телевізор і міні холодильник. На сайті вказано про відкритий басейн, який я насправді не побачила і взагалі мені здалось що це було судно закритого типу, без жодної можливості вийти на палубу.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Příjemná změna oproti klasickým hotelům. Díky plavbě máte možnost navštívit dvě města a země během dvou dnů. Zastávka v Kodani byla tak akorát časově aby jste si ve městě stihli dát oběd a projít si centrum města s památkami. Kajuty a paluba lodi byli čisté a z nabídky restaurací na lodi si vybere každý.
Komunikace s hostitelem a check-in by mohl být o něco lepší. Jelikož se jedná o velkou společnost a plavbu mezi dvěmi zeměmi vyžaduje se po hostech doplnit informace o cestujících přes email a to nejpozději 72 hodin před odjezdem. Na bookingu je chybně zadaný check-in a čas odjezdu, takže si doporučuji čas odjezdu ověřit u hostitele. Dále je na bookingu uvedená jiná cena za snídani, společnost totiž účtuje jiné ceny dle toho zda si jídlo (snídani a večerě) zarezervujete a zaplatíte dopředu (což skrze booking nejde udělat) či si je platíte až na palubě. V poslední řadě naše kajuta neodpovídala obrázku na bookingu. Byli jsme dva a měli jsme mít kajutu pro čtyři osoby (dvě výklopné patrové postele) s výhledem na moře (okno). Naše kajuta byla pro osob pět (jedna výklopná patrová postel a jedna pevná trojpatrová postel), takže jsme měli nakonec o něco míň místa. Bohužel k tomu naše kajuta byla situovaná v patře, kde bylo možné jít na palubu, takže se nám ostatní hosté mohli koukat do pokoje a ještě byl zrovna před naším pokojem záchranný člun, takže jsme neměli žádný výhled.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025We were lucky with the sunny weather during the whole cruise, that made our trip perfect. We didn't expect so many entertainment options, like disco, musical quiz, cool activities for children. It is not boring at all. Perfect schedule - 16:30 departure and 10:00 arrival. We had enough time to walk around Copenhagen, buy tasty food, visit shops and take photos.
The buffet was very expensive. It is a full price for a child of 13 y.o. who eats like a little bird. The common areas would be much more enjoyable if the windows were maintained better.

There was initial confusion: we paid for commodore cabin with sea view and got one without window. After a short argument in which cruise staff blamed booking.com for confirming it and fortunately I showed a saved message from DFDS also confirming sea view, we were given a right cabin after departure.

Service was not that friendly.. We could sense that few waitresses weren't happy to help ..rude behaviors.. Info on shuttle bus and the drop off pick up point was not shared it was very difficult to locate the pick-up points in cophenhagen. What if we had missed the cruise. Cruise should make sure to inform the drop off and pick up points to guests..

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025Bardzo fajny rejs, szukałam noclegu w Oslo w przyziemnej cenie i trafiłam na tą opcje, dwa dni na statku ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami i to wszystko taniej niż pokój u kogoś w stolicy :). Jestem zachwycona :). 12 pięter atrakcji, basen, sauna, jaccuzzi, restauracje, kluby, muzyka na żywo, a dla najmłodszych miejsce zabaw :). Wrócimy napewno
Szkoda, że na bookingu nie można wybierać standardu pokoju np. Z oknem itp. Tu chyba z automatu przydzielają kabiny bez okien, ale na stronie DFDS, są opcje do wyboru :).

Сніданки дуже смачні і великий вибір їжі. 6 годин для того, щоб побачити Копенгаген. Усім задоволені, обов’язково ще раз поїдемо!

Food choice was limited. Supermarket didn’t have much choice either. Biggest challenge was before we travelled as there was limited information about the trip given. I had to get this from the cruise website

Reviewed May 25, 2025Очень понравился круиз. Отдых оказался дешевле, чем снять жильё на 2 суток. Огромный корабль, с 10 этажами. Есть несколько ресторанов и баров, вечером живая музыка. Теплый открытый бассейн-джакузи на 10 этаже, и закрытый на 6.
Цены немного завышены - толи это курс конверсии такой, толи очень завышены цены! 😂 Банка колы 20nok = 12 zł. Завтрак, который на сайте предлагается за 62 zł по факту выходит 93zł.

Reviewed May 14, 2025Die Schiffahrt war sehr schön, es gab ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen im 7 Seas war wirklich grandios. Die Kabine war sehr sauber.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war durchwachsen, eher aufgesetzt. Besonders in "Mini Italy" wurde anscheinend mit zweierlei Maß gemessen (warum z. B. gab es bei einigen Pizza Margherita frisches Basilikum, bei anderen getrocknetes aus der Packung?) Preis-Leistung in Verbindung mit unfreundlichem Personal ist hier eher fragwürdig, wir würden es nicht empfehlen.

Reviewed May 1, 2025Great value experience for a "Scandinavian cruise". The cabin was compact as you would expect but well equipped and not noisy. We booked with our kid so stayed in the family "bubble zone" and it was not overly noisy.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2024Las instalaciones son espectaculares y muy elegantes. El personal es amabilísimo y los precios de la tienda están muy bien.
Los restaurantes no son nada asequibles, no presenta una oferta para todos los bolsillos, por tanto comer dentro del barco resulta complicado. Solo hay un solo enchufe en una cabina de 4 personas, ilógico
