Place is really good for family. We enjoyed our stay and people around property are really good Thanks for a lovely experience

Cleanness and food is good host is really good and respectful

True to the name, cool and comfy little madhouses. Superb surroundings and Bhooti (the cutie fur baby) was the highlight for us. Hari bhai is an entertainer and cooks delicioys food. Would surely visit again

The washroom was a little small, that is all.

I stayed in 11 Gaon's other property and it was really good experience.

I didn't stayed in this property as it was under maintaince but owner offered another property which also belongs to him. Location was perfect, views and vibe was good. Also the food (paneer tikka) was amazing.

Everything was so great! Kudos to Shiva, Sittu, Akash, uncle, aunty and Ronnie for managing the property so well and taking care of us like their own family members! Food, cleanliness, staff behavior, location all 11/10 <3 <3 can't wait to visit this place again :))

Liked everything in there , the place was clean , quiet and received the best hospitality by the owner and the staff . The pet boti was super cute and friendly. Everything was great there , people must visit there and experience the beauty and peace of the place.

11 Gaon - a memorable and lifetime story. The location of both the properties is very good and is on the exact location from the Lansdowne and nearby places which makes it easy to commute without any traffic rush. If someone wants to experience and enjoy village life style of mountains for a while away from the hustle of cities you may stay in mud houses which give you the feel of village life style. However; if you want to stay in lap of nature with a cozy lifestyle than you can stay at the homestay. I must mention here that owner Mr. Sundriyal is a excellent host very much settle in nature. He tries his best to take care of very bit of his guest. Regarding the food he has one of the good chef's; i must say; Mr. Hari who exactly understand the fooding needs of his guest and prepares the food accordingly though a bit jokey in nature. Overall a good place to be there for a while and relax your mind and soul.

Newly built, so will take some time for all the facilities to be there. But the people there compensate for every issue they have.

The owner Akash was very friendly and helpful. It never felt like he owned its property. He was very humble and gave the feeling of an old buddy. The support staff was excellent. The tour guide Vikas Barthwal was the icing on the cake.

Aakash and his team are incredibly kind and attentive. Our trip was incredibly enjoyable and incredibly relaxing, especially for my children who loved every aspect of our stay. The food was delicious and felt like a home-cooked meal. And of course, we can't forget to mention ( Botee), Aakash's friendly dog who played with my kids. It was truly a wonderful trip. I highly recommend visiting this place and experiencing the warm hospitality of Aakash and his team.

Location is nearby highway, but this place is not crowdy. In fact this places very calm and gives you natural feel. Indigenous Uttrakhand's food and helpful nature of staff.
