the wifi was very bad, there were a lot of powercuts, ant in ice cream and food- although staff was kind enough to replace immediately. The pool had dirt and plastic bottles floating, in such nice locations cleanliness is a must

Location was good, as it come few km before Lansdowne and the property have parking on site.

There are few things which need to be addressed 1. Couldn’t take shower more then 30 sec as the water doesn’t pass the drainage at all, complained twice to staff and managers but list bother to even to check. 2. Breakfast was included in the package but was so bad every thing was diluted with water right from juice to sambar to potato curry when told chef and manager in restaurant “ reply was sir same complain was given by other guest as well, I think chef forgot to cook it properly wow”. We were there for 2 nights but morning breakfast was pathetic. 3. It was completely understandable if your charges were less, that you can only provide this much of quality in booking fees. Booking fee is no less then any 5 star property but nothing is revert back to customer in form of food and the facility. 4. We checked in around 2pm and staff without knocking enters in our room at around 3pm asking for room service. When asked how did you enter without even ringing the bell “ sir we have master key” 🫡.

Views are awesome. Property is immaculate and beautiful.

The location of the property demands a well planned functional kitchen to cater the guests needs as they cannot go out easily to other places to eat. But the kitchen is handled by a pathetic incharge who is incompetent and insensitive. Half the items mentioned on menu are just for the sake of display. The chef is some local guy who is useless and can’t prepare anything extra than North Indian dhaba style food. Don’t dare to dream anything continental or else.

I like everything. Manager was humble. The owner was great...he is jolly and welcoming

The staff was really really good, they were truly helpful and the environment of the hotel was cool & homely even the owner himself came in the morning asked for our feedback and experience overall. there was a girl & boy who helps in kitchen and house keeping were really helpful I was travelling with my 9 months old baby and they were really joyful and managed her cooking oats and other meal. I Loved my stay

Not customer friendly We were not happy with our stay. First, we booked 4 nights by mistake but informed the property at check-in that we would only stay for 3 nights. They assured us it was not a problem. However, at checkout, we were still charged for 4 nights, and when we raised the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and simply blamed Booking.com. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. Second, we were told they accept international credit cards, but at checkout, they insisted on Indian credit cards or UPI payments, which caused unnecessary stress. We had only international cards. Lastly, there was ongoing construction work at the property, which was never mentioned at the time of booking. We would not recommend this property, especially to international travelers expecting transparency and basic customer service.

Upkeep Cleanliness should be more

The property is located in such a place that you have a great view of the hills around. We were put up in the Buransh room and the room was lovely. The room was spacious and the toilets clean and big.

Much like movies that have very good 1st half followed by a dreadful 2nd half, so was our 1 night stay. When we came in it was raining and hence could understand that there was no current. But even after the current came back, the property is plagued with power fluctuations. The fan was running with a loud whirring sound and going from full speed to low speed. The whole night it was like this resulting in a very disturbed sleep for us. Due to the same, there was no hot water for us as well leading for a very cold morning shower prior our departure. We ordered food and there were such big pieces of chicken in the curry that resulted in the chicken being half cooked and the masala half done. The staff were plenty but in my view quite forgetful and inefficient. Our highlight from this stay was playing fussball and to say that was the only highlight is never a good reflection of a property. PS - Airtel does not get any signal here. Only Jio does. The wifi in this place, during our stay, was quite poor and intermittent

Overall, the stay was good with little areas of improvement. The dinner and lunch options were great but breakfast options could be more and less oily. Bathrooms could be cleaned better. Our phone wasn’t working and some of the furnishings in the room were worn out.

Absolutely loved our stay and really memorable . Kamaljot was absolutely incredible helpful. Had a lovely conversation with the owner and how he plan to unscale the property . the whole staff including the owner were so welcoming and reachable , it felt like staying at a relative's place . Would surely stay again.

The people and the place were beyond perfect! Navjot, Arif and Sunny are the stars of the property and not to forget Mr. Dalip, the owner is no less .. didn't feel we were staying out of home . They made us feel and our anniversary celebration just straight out of movies. They actually did justice to the phrase ' home away from home!"

Little care has to be taken on regular cleaning of the rooms. The taste of the food is on point but the pricing has to be re-checked for some items . For ex - two pieces of bread butter costing 100 is just way above....and bread is always included with eggs .

Very beautiful property. Excellent views. Food was really good and the staff are extremely helpful. Especially Arif. I went with my family and they enjoyed it thoroughly.

The bathroom was not very clean. The commode especially. And the water through the taps and shower was muddy at all times.

- The staff’s hospitality. - Location is good, but there is caveat.

- A massive construction project is underway right behind the current building, so be prepared for dust and loud noises from early morning until late evening. - I stayed in the King’s Suite with my parents for one night, and unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep at all. Early in the night, hotel staff had a loud quarrel that involved shouting and lasted until midnight. Things only got worse when some guests started causing chaos—playing deafening music, singing in the corridors, banging on doors, and throwing things around. This went on until 5 a.m. To our surprise, there was no hotel staff available to address the situation during all of this. Overall, it was a pretty chaotic and unpleasant experience.

The drive up to the property is a little steep (last 300 mts uphill) and needs skilled drivers.

Property is good but it's a startup and needs to perk up more..

Mr. Rohit himself came along for a treck behind the hotel. That was a good gesture. The room with attic was good.

It is at a high altitude above the main road which makes it difficult for vehicles to navigate the turns upto the hotel. Service was very slow and no change if towels were provided. Bed wasn't even tucked neither the room cleaned every day. Staff didn't wake up till around 7 am so before that if you need anything you are helpless.

Everything is great about this property. Highlights were the Mountain View, food, attic room and hospitality.

WiFi is weak when there are lot of guests.

Everything we liked as stay and food , hosts (including staff) were really nice guys and they treat all customer as a family members and highly recommend for vacations stay like a home

The location is little on the outskirts of Lansdowne, before you reach the centre of the town. But since it is on a hill-top, the view is amazing from the room.

Walking up and down the hill will take an extra effort, especially for the aged. And there is nothing much to do if you come down too. Not all car drivers will be comfortable on the ascent and descent.

Location though it was uphill and away from the things to do. Amazing breathtaking view.

Proximity from the city, no staff at premises in the afternoon and after 10-1030pm.

It’s the best property in Landsdowne. The host is exceptional and the view is breathtaking.

Nothing much, If i have to be critical yes! they can work on the Bathrooms and go for centralised water heater. everyone enjoys a long shower during vacations.

It’s approach is very steep and difficult to manage for a non hill driver. Also there is huge construction going on due to which there is lot of dust and noise at the property. You can avoid this one and go for properties near Mall Road or central location.

The property was very good and comfy. The interiors and amenities were well put in the room.

Few more options for in house activities should be added.

Amazing location

I've come across few properties that truly match their photos. This one exceeded expectations in the best way possible. The serenity, warmth, and comfort were unexpected delights. Mohit and Keerti were exceptional hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable in every way possible. The food was super yumm. The local pahadi dal (I think it’s called badki dal) is a must-try. You can feel the love and dedication in every corner of the property and in every interaction, whether with Mohit, Keerti, or the staff. I’m definitely coming back again and soon :)

During monsoons, the weather can be tricky. Be prepared for the rains.

If u have ur own car or cab u can go easily. But without car apko bhout upr chadna padta ha property Tak Jane ke liye taxi or bus apko niche main road tak hi drop karte ha

It's a beautiful property ( exactly like the pictures) situated 7 kms from Lansdowne city. Very artistic colonial decor. Mohit, the host was very affable and catered to our needs very well. We were a group of 4 and stayed in duplex room.. Food was excellent. We loved the nawabi biryani. Will definitely visit again
