Mooie rustige locatie en toch vlakbij de cafeetjes en de restaurants

Schönes B&B mitten im Ort. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Schokolade und eine kleine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, weitere Getränke gegen Bezahlung verfügbar. 3 Fernseher, Bad mit separater Toilette, Klimaanlage, Jacuzzi im Garten. Wunderbar!

Die Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster, uns hat es nicht gestört.

Umfangreiches Frühstück in einem Korb vor der Tür, etwas fleischlastig!

Ein schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Apartment! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle (z. B. nach Amsterdam) ist in der Nähe. Es ist herrlich abends nach einem Ausflug auf der tollen überdachten Terasse zu sitzen und zu verweilen. Von der vorhandene DeLonghi-Kaffeemaschine waren wir täglich begeistert! Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter! Danke Vincent für die schöne Zeit!!!!

De locatie was super! Daarbij was het prettig om met 5 personen een appartement te delen, in hotels moet je dan vaak 2 kamers boeken.

Det eneste lille minus er at det ligger i en kælder med hvad dette indebærer af indeklima, og at det eneste vindue er i indgangsdøren. Der er dog airconditioning, så det er ikke noget større problem.

Tout! Situé au calme au à proximité de tout! Charmant accueil. 2 chambres confortables ((aveugles mais ça ne posait pas de souci) équipées de climatisation, peignoirs et serviettes de bain, frigo, savons partout, shampoing, agréable terrasse équipée. Pour 4 personnes, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Volendam est une escale recommandée et le B& B l’est à 100%. Enjoy!

Toplocatie, we voelden ons dankzij de host meteen thuis met onze hond. Goede bedden en de jacuzzi is een leuke extra.

Unieke locatie midden in Volendam, gewoon een heel bijzonder authentiek stukje van Nederland. De B&B prachtig nieuw, van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke koffie en thee en comfortabele bedden. Het ontbijt was zalig, warme broodjes, lekker sapje, gekookt ei, kaas (zijn vegetarisch) en jam bezorgd in de B&B. De gastheer heel vriendelijk en meedenkend en de mensen in het dorp heel vriendelijk.

The accommodation met my expectations and provided a very pleasant stay. The owner was very helpful and even assisted me with directions upon arrival. It was possible to stop directly at the property to unload luggage, while the parking area was about a five-minute walk away, which was convenient. The owner was already waiting for me, and communication before arrival was good. The cottage itself was cozy and charming, with a lovely small garden and a jacuzzi, although I did not have the chance to use it. The location was beautiful — with a sea bay and harbor on one side, and picturesque houses woven through water canals on the other. In the evening, the town seemed lively when tourists arrived, which added to the atmosphere. Getting to Amsterdam by car was easy and took about 30 minutes. The accommodation itself was very nice, and a major advantage was having two separate bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

Overall, I enjoyed the accommodation, but there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. It was a pity that the property does not have a sea view, which would have made the stay even more special. Also, regarding the bedrooms, they have no windows at all, which did not feel entirely comfortable and made the rooms feel a bit closed in.

De B&B had beter schoon gekund. En de tijd staat vol met prullen, les is more!

Het schone appartement en de beschikbaarheid van koffie / thee / frisdrank etc. Fijne warme douche. Ruim voldoende leefruimte voor 2 personen Rustige omgeving, maar toch heel dichtbij het bruisende van Volendam

Loungebank buiten qua hygiëne, maar het weer was er ook niet naar om daar gebruik van te maken.

Heel gemakkelijk. Goed contact met de Host via de chat en telefoon. Host stond te wachten toen we arriveerden. Heeft zelfs nog meegedacht toen de oorspronkelijke parkeeroptie geen mogelijkheid bleek te zijn. De ligging van het huisje was perfect. Erg genoten van de jacuzzi.

Er waren geen zaken die tegenvielen.

Zoveel aandacht gegeven aan alles! Het warme welkom, drinken/snacks beschikbaar, jacuzzi, zo schoon, midden op de dijk. Maar vooral de gastheer Vincent en de Rituals maken het een 10 waard

Gezellige B&B, perfecte locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, goeie bedden en een Supervriendelijk gastheer. Jammer dat we geen tijd hadden om van de jacuzzi gebruik te maken.

Slaapkamers waren erg warm, omdat er geen ramen inzitten die open kunnen. En we misten een haakje in de badkamer om badjas/handdoek aan op te kunnen hangen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en geweldige locatie

Geen raam in slaapkamer wat ook niet mogelijk is op deze locatie. Prima airco hoor mocht het te warm zijn.

Il B&B a Volendam è eccezionale, in una posizione da favola facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto o a piedi, comodo ai mezzi pubblici anche per Amsterdam o altro. Non si può parcheggiare davanti alla casa ma c'è parcheggio gratuito (cosa rara in Olanda) a pochi passi. La vasca Jacuzzi è eccezionale, ci si sta comodi in 4, acqua calda e a completa disposizione. Il centro di Volendam è straordinario e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, vicino alla casa tutti i servizi necessari e bei locali dove mangiare o fare acquisti. Purtroppo non c'è tanta possibilità per cucinare poichè c'è solo bollitore, microonde e macchinetta tipo bar per caffè cappuccio etc., ma cucina comunque attrezzata di tutto il necessario per mangiare (stoviglie etc). Il bagno è diviso in due stanze, una con wc e una con lavabo e doccia (prodotti Rituals in dotazione). Davvero un'esperienza unica! Eravamo 2 adulti e 3 bambini.

B&B bellissimo! A 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Volendam e dal molo, con un parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi (lo indica l’host all’arrivo). A disposizione 2 stanze con letti matrimoniali grandi, una toilette e un bagno, una cucina con lavandino, frigo, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Fuori un giardinetto e la Jacuzzi a disposizione privata. Vincent super host: accogliente e disponibile. Prezzo ottimo per la media olandese.

Very clean and well managed B&B. The location was absolutely great. Great host who is always available for questions if you have any. All in all a very good B&B definitely a recommendation!

The location of the property was excellent, you are right by the beach front and the town. The B&B was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing on a cold night. The host was very nice. Great stay.

They had Christmas decorations put on.

First of all, there wasn’t breakfast available because as they informed us, we should have sent an email before. Meanwhile, we had sent an email with some special requests and it was never read. Secondly, the bedroom had a very strong smell of mold and you could see it on the walls. The entrance of the house was also very slippery, due to the mold. Last but not least, the day of our departure they entered into the house while we were getting ready and started cleaning all around - and it was not because they were expecting another arrival. On the good side, they gave us a small discount for all the inconvenience.

A little bit difficult to find

VERY nice place - wish we would have had more time there... extremely clean with all that was necessary for a great stay. The location is super with only 5 minutes to shops and restaurants/cafes. Has own courtyard to relax in too! Vincent was very accommodating and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

The bed was very comfortable, bedroom dark and very quiet. Best nights sleep.

Nice quiet rooms close to all of the lake side restaurants. The option to purchase drinks and snacks was a great idea. Our host Vincent was very accommodating. The local shops and restaurants were great with excellent customer service. Volendam exceeded my expectations as we had been on a bus tour, and it didn't do the town justice.

I mustn't have read the ad correctly as I was expecting waterfront views. We found the TV's hard to operate as the default language was in Dutch.
