The location is great. Good communication with the host although took long time to get some responses and sometimes with missed communication.

Our room does not look like in the pictures. The air-condition compressor is very loud. Eventhough is outside but its just next to the bed. We are 3 but we only have 2 big towels. In the kitchen only have 4 coffee cups, no glasses. The bed are not comfortable at all. They are quite hard. Since we were during summer but the blanket is very thick.

We weren’t given clear instructions on checking in or opening the door. It took us two days to figure out how to open the door correctly.

The place was so bright, clean, spacious , beautiful and the location was perfect. Wasn't too noisy considering in the centre of it all. Public transport access was amazing. Everything you needed was there minus the washing detergent but that's super easy to go get from the store (you can get washing sheets for cheap). Getting to and from the airport was so easy and cheap. You dont need a driver if you stay here for real! Honestly best place to stay. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Had a little difficulty finding the place even with the drivers help but managed to get help from a stranger showing the the instructions provided. If I came by train it would have been much easier and going back to the airport, it was so simple. Type in Dunkin donuts at 157 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea and your sweet. Had a few issues with booking the place but everything worked out perfectly in he end. Highly recommended 👌🏽

The location of this apartment is outstanding. I was situated on the top floor of the building and views of the city are incredible. Furthermore its 3 minutes walk from 2 subway station entrances making it very accessible and easy to find. The host messaged me 24 hours before my stay with a code to access the room and directions to the property which I really valued as it was my first time visiting Korea plus I was traveling solo. There were 2 comfortable beds in the room and as a solo traveller I found the room to be spacious with all the basics like shower gel and shampoo, a microwave, fridge, wardrobe, slippers etc. to make my stay comfortable.

Nice and extremely convenient location. The apartment is basic but very well equipped. The host was helpful and responsive with issues.

Confusing instructions for garbage disposal. Some better curtains would be nice - they let a lot of light in and it was too bright in the morning.

Do not trust the claim about the 17th floor. It is very disappointing when listings are misleading like this. I would strongly recommend choosing a different place. Very disappointed. I paid extra for a 17th-floor view but got a construction view on the 6th floor instead. The room looks terrible and is not shown in the listing photos at all. The shower was leaking, management ignored it, and we had to use all towels to dry the floor to avoid slipping. Closets were filled with personal items and unusable. Don’t trust this listing—look for a better place.

У апартов два плюса. Первый - локация. Минута от выхода из метро. Район престижный, динамичный, яркий. Рядом десятки магазинов и кафе. Хорошо, что есть лифт. Второй - перед заездом была проведена хорошая уборка, ни пылинки, ни соринки, благодарю. По корейским меркам неплохая ванная комната: размер, душ не льется на пол, а отгорожен стеклом. Из косметики и бытовой химии в номере только: гель для душа, шампунь, средство для мыться посуды. Все. Мыла, зубных щёток, пасты нет.

Апартаменты очень старые, я бы сказала "убитые". Фото не соответствует реальности. Самое ужасное - это матрасы. Пружины впиваются в спину, ощущение. что лежишь на металлической решетке. В нашем номере обои на потолке отклеились и немного провисали, неприятное зрелище. Вся мебель старая. Каждое утро примерно с 7:30 утра рабочие в коридоре начинали строительно-монтажные работы. Спать невозможно. Дверь в номер очень тонкая, слышно всех. кто идет по коридору. Огромный минус в том, что нельзя воспользоваться шкафами в номере, т. к. в них хозяин хранит средства для уборки. Судя по количеству этих средств, для уборки всех комнат на этаже. Т . е. ты открываешь дверцу шкафчика в надежде положить туда свое белье, а там все забито флаконами с бытовой химией, пачками салфеток и перчатками. Ощущение, что ты живешь не в квартире, а на складе бытовой химии. А еще в этих же шкафчиках хозяин хранит запасы резиновых тапочек, видимо, для всех гостей этого дома. Стояло примерно 10-15 пар. Мой номер используется как склад. Это очень неприятно. Это неуважение к гостям. Я недовольна.

地點非常好 弘大2號出口走路3分鐘可抵達 2號出口有手扶梯 對面的8號出口附近有電梯 購物買太瘋也不怕不好拖行李 仁川跟金浦機場都能搭機場線直達 走去對面就是弘大買藥妝的戰區 購物超方便 但隔一條馬路 民宿這區就非常安靜 完全不會被熱鬧的人潮影響👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 因為是搭晚班機去 本來很擔心民宿入住有時間限制 但自助入住非常非常便利 且Check out 後 天使房東超好的還讓我們寄放行李 房間很大 我們一人一張雙人床 可攤開4個28寸行李箱沒問題 有廚房流理台微波爐跟超大冰箱 很大的桌子 買東西回去吃也很方便 （民宿還有貼心有餐具喔） 浴室水壓夠 熱水夠熱 也很大 跟旅伴們都覺得超讚已列入首爾住宿名單首選✨✨✨

1.已告知會在15：00-16：00之間入住，Self-check in資訊整個忘了給，留言後16：25才回覆提供 2.廁所馬桶入住時水箱就無法集水沖水…屋主一直到隔天中午才修理好 3.4人入住5天4夜提供廁所衛生紙只有2捲，第3天早上即將用完時告知隔了一天才回覆，已自行採購

The location was excellent, the building main door is near the Hongdae Station Exit 2 (the main shopping street) and the back door is next to Yeonnam-dong, which is another vibe. Also, the lift in this building was good and effective.

The condition of the bathroom equipment was terrible. The toilet was blocked and the water had not gone down since the morning of the second date (Thursday, 1 January 2026). We tried to contact the owner to fix the toilet problem but her replies after nearly 2 hours were "we should pay 100,000 won for calling a repairman to fix the toilet problem immediately because 1 Jan is a public holiday in Seoul/South Korea; she was far away and didn't bother her on the public holiday." She had recommended that we use the public toilet on the ground floor and/or the basement level 2. She promised me she would handle the problem in person the next day (2 January 2026). But we found that the public toilet on the ground floor kept closing at night. Around 3 a.m. on 2 January 2026, the cupboard in the kitchen (open kitchen setting) was suddenly leaking water with "unknown brown water" which made us anxious because we all were afraid that the water pipe(s) would burst while we were sleeping. Luckily, we "safely" woke up at 8 a.m. and contacted the owner again and it seemed that she kept refusing to reply to my responses until 10:30 a.m. A repairman arrived at the room and fixed the toilet problem. However, he was unable to determine the reason for the leaking water in the kitchen. Although the toilet was fixed on 2 January 2026, the toilet was not smooth to go down the water starting from the night. Sometimes, the toilet needs to be spent for 2 to 3 minutes to complete the whole "flush".... The owner will defend later and will shift the blame to us. Pay attention to read all comments if you wish to book this apartment.

The host was very patient and helpful, and stayed in constant contact with us. They also provided a place for us to store our luggage. The environment was very nice. There is a bus stop and a subway station right in front, making transportation very convenient. Hongdae Street is just across the road.

bed was not too comfortable, due to sudden cold, it got quite cold in the unit, but host fixed it right after she was informed.

Location was great walking distance to transit, shop and restaurants.

We had to contact the host via WhatsApp to get check-in instructions, which took a bit of back and forth before we could access the apartment. The beds were quite uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Otherwise, the stay was okay, but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

The apartment is clean, very comfortable and has all needed furniture and equipment.The view from the 19th floor is absolutly fantastic, especially in the night. The location is the best, close to the metro station, shops and restaurants. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

It is very close to the University of Hongik station. We can get straight to the station from the airport. It is very convenient and the train ticket is considearbly cheap.

The apartment is clean and have all the basic kitchen utensils that you need and the location is superb. 3 mins walking distance from exit 2 of Hongik University station. Everything is within reach, Daiso, Olive Young etc..would like to stay here again.

住宿地點還可以，離地鐵站1號出口近。弘大熱鬧的地方在馬路對面，所以不會吵雜。

房主擅自換房，很不尊重人，詢問為什麼這房址，跟我們訂的房地址不一樣，對方說是幫我們升級，但是我們並沒覺得有升級，還擾亂了我們的行程規劃；因為訂車接送都是原訂的房址去安排的。并且感覺有用A房的照片騙人訂後，提供B房的嫌疑，這樣的行為是詐欺吧！

位置方便距離弘益大學站走路3分鐘、設備齊全、舒適、屋主人很好

左右兩邊有床，要進中間的小道弄插座，右邊的床角比較低且突出很容易撞到，撞到不止一次（不同人都有撞到過）甚至有傷口出現🥲給屋主小小的建議是那個角可以用軟墊覆蓋比較不容易受傷

The property was at the heart of Hongdae. However, property was represented on the ad by the stay included free airport taxi but they said I had to pay for it myself.

The location. It was the heart of the central located between two subway exits.

The host was responsive. And location are very great specially when you go to the train station and bus station a 3min walk.

Maybe consider to give big towels, hand soap and kitchen tissue. Also we recommend to change the color of the linens into white to brighten up the room. Thank you!

расположение отличное. 5 минут от станции метро Hongic University. автобус в аэропорт останавливается прям напротив дома. хороший вайфай

много что не понравилось. выбрали эту квартиру, так как было указано, что ее площадь 100 квм. по факту оказалось квадратов 40. на 6 человек, из которых 3 детей, было довольно тесновато. это одна большая комната с 3 двухместными кроватями. номер 810. когда я попросила инструкцию как добраться - мне выслали фото с названием станции и номером выхода, а куда идти дальше - непонятно. нашла по карте. код к двери обещали выслать в 14-00, так как заезд в 15-00. в итоге мне пришлось писать хозяйке в 14-50. единственное, что я получила подробно - как сортировать и выкидывать мусор. все. кондиционер не справлялся, видимо для этого был оставлен также вентилятор. я просила хозяйку наладить его, чтобы кондиционер не гонял воздух, а остужал его, так как во время нашего пребывания в Сеуле была аномальная жара. но ответа не получила. внутри кондера была плесень. на ночь выключали, так как сильно шумел. дополнительные вентиляторы были предложены за день до нашего отъезда, но ставить их некуда, мы не с рюкзаками приехали. чемоданы разбирали си собирали по очереди. мало места было. на кухне достаточное количество чашек и 4 тарелки. была одна кастрюля, она же сковорода. соли, масла не было. считаю что можно поставить, так как нет смысла покупать, если приезжаешь на 2-4 дня. мы купили масло и оставили следующим гостям. ремонт старый, было пыльно, я аллергик и чувствую это сразу. мы видели другие квартиты на этаже и разница колоссальная не в пользу нашей квартиры. пол в ванной скользкий, вода попадает с душа на всю ванную комнату. сын упал раза 4. мыла тоже не было. на 1-2 дня пойдет, больше я бы не останавливалась.

We booked this property as the rating review for cleanliness was over 8 but the place was not clean. We found hair in the bedding and along the outer sink. The floor, mirror and overall room was not as clean as we've experienced at other rentals. I was trying to get something from under one of the beds and it seemed was not cleaned for a long time. The bathroom sink was backup up and we were only given 3 small towels for a 13 night stay for 2 people so the host told us s/he would come at 2pm the next day. We changed our plans to be there and host was a no show and did not respond to many messages. The host came into the room the next day without permission when we were not there even though we messaged that we could not be there till a few days after. The host also asked us to sort and remove trash on the 11th day of our 13th day stay even though we paid a cleaning fee and this was not part of the policy and contracted the sign on the front door, to not remove trash as there will be a 300,000 won fine. Overall this was our worst experience at a non hotel rental. I messaged booking.com 2 times to let them know of the issues but never heard back. Caused a lot of stress on a vacation that was meant to be relaxing.

Had to ask for door codes on the day - not proactively sent by host. Was told we had been upgraded to top floor apartment even though the apartment was half way down the building and further down than the unit number specified in Booking.com. Unhelpful with questions on general rubbish disposal - did not say put in special bag and where to leave but lots of messages about fines for not disposing of rubbish. Room felt tired and needed maintenance - bathroom sink needed unblocking. Only provided small hand towels - no full size towels. Minimal kitchen utensils and plates/cups. General cleanliness was limited.

The room is spacious and neat. Transportation location is very convenient, only about 2 minutes to the subway Hongik Univ. station. And the host is also very kind.
