Villa Nine84 Mirissa

Excellent Stay at Nine84 Villa Marissa I stayed at Nine84 Villa Marissa for two nights and it was one of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka. The villa was exactly what I was looking for as I needed to work online - clean, quiet and the perfect place for me to work online as the wifi was excellent. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything spotless and very well maintained. The property is set within beautiful gardens, where I enjoyed breakfast each day. Although it is only a few minutes from the city centre, it is tucked away in a peaceful location, making it wonderfully quiet, especially in the evenings. The owner was warm, welcoming and always happy to help, while still giving me complete privacy. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable base in the area.

It’s was so nice staying. The villa is new and has all facilities. Very convenient location, near to the beach and to the bus station. There are small local stores where you can by some friuts and water. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They stayed in touch all the day and supported with all requests. It’s very convenient to have kitchen, it gives you flexibility about your mornings and evenings. You have all you need. Rain season can bring more mosquitoes, you need to take with you sprays before and after bites. In the morning you might see different monkeys jumping on the trees.

Super Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden, sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Traumhafter kleiner Garten in dem man Tiere beobachten kann.

The loveliest hosts - I got food poisoning the morning we were leaving for our night flight home and they let us have a very late check out free of charge and kept making sure I was okay (even after we left!). The kindest people, I would recommend based on their hospitality alone! But it’s also the perfect place, great location (just off the Main Street, so quiet but also very close to the beach and restaurants), very comfortable and spacious. There even provided mosquito spray for the inevitable mosquitos outside which we didn’t have anywhere else we stayed. Thank you to the amazing hosts for our incredible stay, you made it very hard for us to say goodbye 😊

Sehr viel Platz, wir waren sehr froh um die Küche. Sehr bequemes Bett. Kleine Oase vor der Tür.

Klimaanlage hat seltsame Sachen gemacht. Teilweise Tiere im Bad, aber nichts weltbewegendes.

Совершенно чудейснейшее место. Вилла расположена в прекрасном саду, где хорошая тень, тишина и полное единение с природой. Регулярно можно наблюдать за животными, которые тут спокой но разгуливают. И вместе с тем это все в 5 минутах от нашего любимого пляжа. Сама обстановка в доме просто очаровала, пространства много, светло и все так удобно. Кухня прекрасно оснащена, там не просто есть посуда, но и еще разного вида стаканы, фужеры и даже чайный сервиз. Особенно порадовало наличие блендера. Все нужные мелочи предусмотрены. И поразительная чистота и забота хозяев. Уборка регулярная. Все настолько понравилось, что сразу захотелось написать отзыв.

A hidden Paradise walking distance to the beach. Just steps away from the main road, you are protected from the hustle and bustle. We spent 9 nights here and we couldn’t be happier. The hosts are so sweet and kind, and very helpful if you have questions! The Villa is large, kitchen well equipped, the garden is stunning and providing fresh shade. We’ve also seen 3 peacocks (including a little one), monkeys and an iguana, so amazing! Also, the place is spotless and they provide cleaning during our stay. It’s truly the best value for money in Mirissa. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!!

Нам очень понравилось проживание на этой вилле. Здесь по-настоящему уютно, чисто (уборка проводилась каждые два дня), а хозяева - отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди. В номере есть всё необходимое, но главный плюс лично для нас - это полноценная кухня. Можно спокойно готовить, для этого есть все необходимое: газовая плитка, чайник, тостер, мультиварка, холодильник, посуда с утварью. Отдельно хочу сказать про расположение. Вилла находится в стороне от главной дороги (поэтому здесь очень тихо), но при этом до пляжа, магазинов и ресторанов рукой подать. Территория просто утопает в зелени. Из-за этой близости к природе к нам частенько заглядывали гости: обезьянки, вараны, певучие птички. Чувствуешь себя в уединении с природой - именно этого мы и искали, выбирая жильё, и наши ожидания оправдались на 100%. И ещё раз хочется сказать спасибо хозяевам за отзывчивость. С любым вопросом они всегда старались помочь - будь то помощь с экскурсиями по Шри-Ланке, организация трансфера до аэропорта или просто желание угостить нас кофе утром.

A lovely self-contained apartment with a very nice garden leading from it. A lovely owner and General ambience around the place. There are monkeys and lots of nature.

There are lots of mosquitoes. So although we had a lovely garden, we didn’t really use it not the owner’s fault probably however we hadn’t experienced that before.

We were impressed by the cleanliness in the apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and even get a cleaning during our stay. Also the jungle garden is superb, it was so cool to spend time there. It’s my husband’s favourite location in Sri Lanka. And he compares each next apartment with this one. And we had the best working places ever, the hosts even organized two tables for us. I will highly miss the garden, the monkeys and mongooses.

The only thing we didn’t like was mosquitoes outdoor. There were plenty of them. But this a usual thing for Sri Lanka.

Depandance molto bella, dotata di cucinino con vari elettrodomestici, aria condizionata e ventilatore. Casa spaziosa, luminosa, letto comodo, alto livello di pulizia. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona più centrale di Mirissa, però molto vicina alla spiaggia e vicina a Coconut Hill. Siamo stati soddisfatti!!

Beautiful, very clean spacious studio with Kitchen area in a quiet garden area with one other property. We saw Monkeys, chipmunks, birds and a tortoise in the jungle style peaceful garden area. Good location 5 min walk to Turtle bech and a little longer to Parot rock. 15 minute walk to Mirissa beach. Ran by a lovely couple who were very helpful.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Stay there you will be won't be disappointed. Fantastic hosts. . 2 separate large rooms , with own verandahs and kitchenette and secluded garden where can watch local wildlife. . Short walk off the busy main where you can find selection of restaurants, bars and the beach. Located in my view at better end of Mirissa.

Beautiful place for couples, very clean and the hosts went above and beyond

I had a wonderful experience at Villa nine84. Short walking distance to Turtle beach, restaurants and shops. The property was very clean and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The property itself is surrounding by nature and feels like being in the middle of a jungle. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay with this incredibly sweet and welcoming host couple. Their beautifully maintained garden was a joy to see every day, and they went above and beyond to help us when I needed medical attention. The accommodation was perfect, with a kitchen—something rare to find in Mirissa—and it made our stay even more comfortable. Don’t miss the amazing coffee at Loose Keys and yoga with Guily nearby, both highly recommended. We’re so grateful for the care and hospitality we received and would love to return!

Friendly hosts, beautiful garden full of amazing wildlife, birds, monkeys, peacocks....just amazing

I want to sincerely thank this wonderful couple for making our stay in their private villa truly unforgettable. The conditions were incredibly comfortable, and the villa was spotless, with every detail carefully thought out. The location was perfect, offering both peace and easy access to local attractions. Above all, the warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and cozy retreat!

Beautiful little house and garden. Great hosts!

The room was lovely and the owners were very warm and friendly. Room and bathroom were super clean. Soft mattress and pillows were wonderful to sleep on. Villa is really close to the beach, many nice restaurants, Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock are nearby.

I can highly recommend Villa Nine84. It’s a great place to stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The hosts are so very lovely and have offered us their help at all the time. Thank you so much for everything - I will miss you!

For the given price it was a very comfortable stay. They do have a modern architectural design in their rooms and also the facilities are awesome for the given price.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The location is great and close to everything. The hosts were amazing and even kindly dropped us at the bus stop and helped us with our onward journey. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Nine84 - it's in a beautiful quiet location a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock for surfing, with many restaurants nearby. The two villas are huge and brand new, with every comfort catered for. There is a kitchenette with fridge which is really convenient. The size of the room meant that I could comfortably work during the day in the air-con, which made a huge difference to having to work in a restaurant or co work space. The bed is super comfortable, with beautiful bed linen and bath towels, and the owners went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Thank you Manori and Sandun - we will be back!

Great place, super nice hosts.... We saw 3 types of monkeys, peacocks, varan, kingfisher, etc. felt very comfortable, spacious and safe, beach very close...thanks a lot.
