We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed it! Such a lovely and welcoming family who made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the best we had during our trip. They were also super helpful with recommendations and organizing things around the area. Highly recommended!

Sehr nette Familie, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Fruchtshakes und verschiedenen spezialitäten aus Sri Lanka. Zimmer war sauber und an Ausstattung war alles da was man braucht.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The room was very comfortable, with both AC and a ceiling fan, so temperature was never an issue. The bathroom was functional and had reliable hot water. Breakfast was incredibly good — varied and very generous each morning, honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Our hosts were absolutely lovely, so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Another great plus: you can book excursions directly through the guest house. We booked the crocodile excursion through them, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Sri Lanka. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Les hôtes sont exceptionnelles, adorables et disponibles, vraiment très gentilles ! Petits déjeuners très bons, copieux et variés ! La chambre super avec tout ce qu il faut, literie confortable, eau chaude, clim, ... Terrasse extérieure agréable et à l ombre, surveillée par les singes du quartier ! L emplacement est au calme près du grand axe pour se déplacer en bus ou tuktuk.

The best stay in all Sri Lanka!! The rooms are huge and well taken care of. The family that runs it is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They will help you with everything you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the best ones we’ve had in the whole trip by far. The location is also great. Would definitely recommend!!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Όλη η οικογένεια μας καλωσόρισε, και μας πρόσφεραν καφέ και τσάι το απόγευμα που φτάσαμε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, είχε ανεμιστήρα και a/c και ζεστό νερό. Ενώ ήταν πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό δρόμο, ήταν μέσα στην φύση, χωρίς καθόλου θόρυβο. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, νομίζω το καλύτερο που δοκιμάσαμε στην ΣριΛάνκα, και στα δέντρα απέναντι υπήρχαν μαϊμουδάκια που έπαιζαν.

Страхотни домакини - усмихнати, мили, грижовни и сърдечни. Винаги откликват на всякакви молби по всяко време. Закуската беше обилна, най-добрата която сме имали в Шри Ланка. Стаите са чисти, просторни, с климатик. Достъпът до кухня и личен хладилник е супер предимство.

Няма нещо, което да не сме харесали. Очаровани сме от всичко!

I loved staying at their place! They took care of everything, starting with the whale watching boat excursion, and even offered me a late breakfast when I returned. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately it was fully booked, and they kindly took me to another guesthouse on the other side of town without any problem. Super kind, very clean, and an excellent, abundant breakfast. You can really see that they love what they do!

Rigtig fint lille familie sted. Familien der bor der er de sødeste og tager godt hånd om en. Vi fik Sri Lankans morgenmad hver dag hvor man skulle sige hvad tid man kom til morgenmaden. Morgenmaden skiftede lidt gennem vores ophold og der var altid en juice, te og kaffe til. (Se billedet af morgenmaden en af dagene). Sidste morgen under vores ophold fik vi morgenmad med en udsigt til aberne oppe i palmerne lige ved siden af. De var rigtig hjælpsomme og vi fik også vasket vores tøj. Beliggenheden var fin og 5 min gang fra coconut hill (se foto)

De eneste to minusser var at der ikke var så stort tryk i bruseren og at der ikke er et kold køleskab på værelset eller i “huset”

Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet: AC, Ventilator überm Bett, Heißes Wasser, Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, WLAN, eigene Küche… und das obwohl sie so günstig ist. Zudem war die Unterkunft sauber und hygienisch. Die Gastgeber waren super lieb, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben schon am zweiten Morgen angeboten unser Zimmer zu reinigen und uns auch frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche angeboten. Als es Probleme beim Ablaufen des Wassers im Waschbecken gab, haben sie es direkt repariert. Außerdem haben sie unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Wirklich ein ausgezeichneter Service! Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, ausgiebig und jeden Tag gibt es was anderes: Gemüse, Obst, Joghurt, Toast, Marmelade, Pancakes, Hopper, Omelett, Roti, Salat und frischer Saft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind total dankbar für diesen Aufenthalt. Wir können es hier wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Sri lankada 2 hafta geçirdik ve 6 farklı otelde kaldık, kesinlikle çalışanların en iyi olduğu ve en temiz oda burasıydı. Oda ve çarşaflar tertemizdi, kahvaltısı srilankada yaptığımız en iyi otel kahvaltısıydı, çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Otelleri kesinlikle kadınlar yönetmeli:) Konumu şehir merkezine ve sahile çok yakın. Kliması çok iyiydi.

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Gastgeberinnen sind unfassbar herzlich und umsorgend. In der letzten Nacht sind sie sogar um 3.00 Uhr morgens aufgestanden, nur um sich von uns zu verabschieden und haben den Kindern nachts sogar noch Popcorn für die Reise gemacht! Das Frühstück ist riesig und wirklich sehr gut :). Wir haben es sehr genossen! Die Zimmer selbst sind einfach gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend! Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und eine extra Küche mit Kühlschrank, die genutzt werden darf. Die Lage ist toll! Man ist nach kurzer Zeit am Coconut Tree Hill und am Turtle Beach. Genauso schnell ist man auch in der Innenstadt.

Colazione ottima e super abbondante (la migliore che abbiamo fatto qui in Sri Lanka), abbiamo fatto tre colazioni e ogni giorno è stata diversa. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. La posizione molto comoda e vicina a diversi ristoranti, vicina al Coconut Tree Hill e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Possibilità di usufruire della cucina. Offrono anche la possibilità di noleggiare Scooter e Motorini oltre che poter acquistare Acqua da 0,5-1-1,5 L a prezzi più che ragionevoli. Possibilità anche di fare la lavatrice. Wi-Fi funziona molto bene.

Located in Bandramulla , 8km to Matara town. It’s calm and quiet place run by a lovely family.. english or Sri lankan breakfast will be given on your choice. Clean linen, towel, spacious bathroom and even a small kitchen is outside with cutleries, gas cooker with gas if needed. The owner and her daughter are very kind and helpful..

Piyumi and her mother was so nice and helpful. They tried to make us comfortable during our stay. Her mom cooked every morning different Sri Lankan dishes for us. She was super nice. Location also close to the markets, shops and restaurants.

We had to pay RS 1000 for AC if we want to use it and the kitchenware was not clean enough. Lots of mosquitoes and flies in kitchen area. Better market is Cargills and it’s about 25min walk from the hotel. 300Rs by tuktuk.

The breakfast was very delicious. We were also served with a welcome drink and snacks. Also it's calm and not too near to the street.

My stay at coco mount was a beautiful one. I stayed for 4days, and felt like home. Piyumi and her family are very wellcoming, and kind. They help you in everything they can, giving you references about almost anything you may need. Bike rentals, transfers, massage places… they keep checking up on you making sure everything is ok. Rooms are good, with powerful fan, and also aircon. Have cold and hot shower option. There is an upper area, all open, facing palm trees, with some tables, and where you have breakfast. Which everyday was made fresh, more than enough food and delicious. I was lucky enough to take a cooking class with Piyumi and her mom, they showed me how to cook from scratch Sri Lankan famous rice and curry, and was a beautiful experience. Thank you so much for making my stay so special.

The hosts were so sweet, they made delicious breakfast for us in the morning, spacious rooms and sweet kitchen area. we felt safe and at home. Beach was 5 mins away by foot. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend !

Probably the cleanest place we stayed in Sri Lanka, with the most beautiful and kind hosts, a delicious and generous free breakfast, just a 5-minute walk to Coconut Tree Hill, and many restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, we found it too warm in the family room and didn’t sleep well as the heat was uncomfortable. I would also recommend not using the pink bedding, as it is very itchy on the skin. Everything else was great, but adding AC in the room would improve the whole experience! Thank you🤩

This place is spotless! It’s cozy, feels safe and the family is so helpful and kind. It’s close to a mellow beach. When we pulled up there were purple faced monkeys right in the front. It was so cool. The breakfast was delicious and they even hung us a clothes line to dry our towels and laundry on!! They have a perfect shared kitchen are that is supplied with everything you need, a fridge and even a washer. Close to all the restaurants and an easy walk to Marissa and many other great spots.

We had a wonderful stay here ! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with tea and biscuits, such a thoughtful touch. The room was great, the bed was confortable, there was hot water and a mosquito net. The hosts were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay special. They made us a delicious breakfast with fruits, coconut pancakes, eggs, tea, juice.. everything you dream for. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made our experience unforgettable.

An exceptional stay, everything about this place was just great and exceeded our expectations. The place, amenities and location ( it was a stone's throw away from the beach) were spot on. The hosts were one of the warmest we have encountered in Sri Lanka and the food was home cooked and absolutely delicious. The hosts also helped us arrange snorkeling trips, logistics and other activities. We recommend this place without reservations, absolute value for money and we had a great time!

Fantastic accomodation with the kindest and most friendly family! Very close to the beach, coconut hill and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka in our 2 week trip. All for an extremely affordable price! It is also very close to a bus stop which is very convenient! When we come back to Sri Lanka, we will definetly stay here again.

The host was incredibly generous. Gave us option to choose between Sri Lankan and English breakfast. Allowed us to check out late without charging extra, as we had a mid-night flight. Even served coffee during evening out of package. The host always responded to any question or service, even managed extra add on facilities within split of second without any hassle.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace with green and flowery surroundings. Perfect location, out of all busyness.If you like to hike, you can walk from Coconut Tree Hill, which is just a few min away, to Mirissa beach, it will take you around 25 min, we did it every morning and evening, with a pleasure, otherwise take a tuk tuk. Big compliments to the host family, very sweet and helpful people, all the best for them.

We stayed for 5 nights in the AC room and this was from far away the cosiest stay in Sri Lanka for us, in a month tour! The family that hosted us are so kind and friendly and it was a real pleasure to meet them. They cooked for us amazing breakfasts, different every day(top!)The room was very clean and also had hot water at the shower! They also have a shared kitchen with washing machine. Location is very convenient, 10-15 min away from Coconut Tree Hill/Turtle Beach! You can also use the local bus, in case you don’t feel like walking! The station is just on the main street!

We had the most delightful stay at Coco Mount Mirissa. We were warmly welcomed by Piumi who graciously showed us to our lovely room. The room was clean with beautiful wooden furniture and four poster bed, and a Mosquito net. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with hot water. There were fresh towels and linen. There was an air-conditioning unit and a ceiling fan, the fan was enough for us. I slept incredibly well. The guest house is located in a quiet side road, walking distance to Coconut Tree Hill, the main beach, convience stores, and restaurants. We had a very early departure at 6am, but it was no trouble for Piumi, and her mother Pushpa, to make us breakfast before we left. We enjoyed fresh eggs, sausage and fruits. We felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay. Thank you, we would definitely recommend to anyone stopping in the area.

The host family was super friendly. I feel welcomed. Every time I backed Herr, the hostess offered tea or coffee to me. And the room was clean and tidy. Also, hot bath is available. It not very close to Mirissa Beach. But very close to Coconut tree Hill and Turtle point. That's even better for me.
