UrbanBay Hotel & Spa

Excellent hotel that follows for an unforgettable stay. The fascilitates exceeded our expectations and the staff was amazing - one of the friendliest and nicest people we have ever met. The locations is convinient with multiple public transport stops nearby, as well as multiple restaurants nearby. The hotel is also close to a nice beach, which is a big bonus.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Very clean and modern. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Beds were a little hard, but that is normal for Greece

Konforluydu fazlasıyla her odada klima tv askılık tatlı konsol ışıklandırması her detay düşünülmüş 👍🤗

New…clean…friendly staff

Konum olarak güzel yerde. Park sorunu yok. Oda gayet temizdi. Tüm mutfak ekipmanları mevcut. Ufak bir ücret karşılığında başka bir odada erken check in yapmamızı teklif ettiler. Kabul ettik. Çalışanlar güler güzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar gayet temizdi.

extremely nice staff and fantastic modern clean room.

it was all great

Friendly staff, very comfy rooms. If I visit Kavala again will definitely use the same hotel!

Everything was ok, hotel is clean, good and accessible location, stuff was awesome.

Struttura nuova, fatta con criterio, posizione eccellente, tranquillità

Odalat

The hotel itself is just a building, but what makes it special are the people operating it! I arrived with no expectations, just another regular vacation, but after my stay I left with warm feelings. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the manager but he was maybe one of the best managers I've ever met, he is a person that trusts his belly and that is a person I trust. It's the personnel that makes the hotel great and there's no other way around!🫶❤️

The stuff is incredibly friendly and direct. They make you feel welcomed.

The room was very hot and you could hear noises from the hotel and outside. Finally, in this price, I would expect at least a basic breakfast. I don't see the point of the "spa" without breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were also very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.

It was very clean. In good location. Near to the small port woth very good cafes and restaurants

No breakfast

The hotel is located down by the sea, but the nearest decent beach is a 10-15-minute walk away. The port and its waterfront cafes are not far from the hotel. It's very authentic.

The beach is far from the hotel and you need to walk in the sun.

Very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed

Mobilier nou, modern, servicii ireproșabile

Locatia cam departe de plajele populare

The apartment was new and clean

Its around a 30 minute walk from the city center even tho it has parking the problem is that there is a parking problem in the city center so we ended up walking everyday The good beaches were at least a 30 minute car ride away aswell

Çalışanlar çok yardımcı, balkonlu olması iyiydi. Yorgo (George) çok enerjik ve yardımcı idi.

Şehre biraz uzak, fiyat fayda dengesi biraz daha dikkatli hesaplanmalı.

Amazing hotel, have feee parking space in front of it. Staff were really friendly. Rooms are big and clean. We used the pool it was relaxing. Thank you for everything.

Nothing.

It was clean

The shower needed to be fixed The pool os,NOT a pool much smaller than showed on the illustration

Modern, minimalistic furnished with everything you need, relatively new hotel. Very clean. Helpful smiling pleasant staff. The hotel has a spa and an indoor pool. It looks good. There is parking, which is a big advantage and a charger for electric cars. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. I recommend it.

Our room didn't have a terrace and the windows were small and there was no place to spread out our wet towels and swimsuits. We were there for 2 days so it wasn't a problem. I saw that they have rooms with terraces which would be more comfortable.

Temizdi yatagi rahatti. Uzun yoldan geldigimiz icin odamiza erken giris yaptik. Arabamizi rahat rahat sarj ettik. Ve cok merkezi. Ayrica calisanlar ilgili ve kibardi. Tesekkur ediyoruz

Excellent hotel. Beautifully furnished room. Everything is super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The bay is very cliose with a huge selection of great reataurants. Place for a romantic evening.f If I ever return to Kavala, I will definitwly book this hotel. And I would suggest thesame for everubody.

Still no breakfast available, but they are working on it.

Kahavaltı yoktu, konum kötü. Fiyat performans kötü

Oda büyüklüğü Fiyat - hizmet

Very clean and everything was new.

Smell like new - It smells of new construction—paint and chemicals. Hot water didn't reach the lower floors at all. There is no breakfast option. It was very hot in the corridors. The quality did not match the price. There wasn't coffee and tea in the room. The view from our room was directly facing a space filled with broken old items and rubbish.

Sehr sauber und ein ganz nettes Personal

Camera curată, aproape de taverne, personal foarte dragut. A fost pe masura așteptărilor noastre. Mulțumim!

Since in bathroom was not working, but very clean and nice.

Tolles Hotel, Zimmer groß und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Kommen gerne wieder

Oda güzeldi. Temizdi.

Kavala merkeze yürüyüş yokuşlu yollar nedeniyle zordu.Arka sokaktaki inşaat yüzünden yollar tozluydu.

A brand-new, very clean property with well-equipped apartments and staff who are extremely helpful in offering suggestions and directions. A special thank you to Atina.

Location with small restaurants nearby, but within walking distance of the city center.

temizdi, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü yardımcı oldular, konumu ulaşılabilirdi,

tuvaletteler ve giriş engelliye çok uygun değildi

Temiz ve güzel otel. Ünlü restoranlara yakın konumda merkeze 1 km tekrar kalınır.

Konumu nispeten iyi. Temiz.

Odaları küçük. Kaldığınız oda loft idi. Lofta inip çıkmak ayrı bir problem yatıp kalkmak ayrı.

Great place, great location

There is some car noise from the main street and construction noises in the morning, but that’s normal and probably temporary

Herşey çok iyiydi.

Yok.

Yataklar be yastıklar çok rahattı.

Amazing. Plenty of parking spaces. Very very clean. Spacious. Water pressure at shower. I totally recomand this place.

We had a very bad experience in this accommodation. They gave us a room that we didn’t have booked. But the worst was that the room had a very bad smell from the air conditioner and the pipes in the bedroom. Unfortunately I can’t sleep all night.

I don’t like nothing, because I can’t live there.

Everything was perfect. The rooms verry clean. The personal very friendly and aleays ready to help. For sure we will go back

First of all, the cleanliness was excellent. The staff were very attentive.

Parking space was limited.

Bardzo czysto, wszystko nowe. Blisko plaży.

Brak balkonu. Wyposażenie minimum. Byliśmy w 5 osób, a naczynia, krzesła itp. były na 2-3 osoby.

Guleryuzlu personel. Cok yardimci oldular. Sahile markete pilaja yuruyerk gidebiluyorsunuz

Yok

Great hotel on good location in Kavala. The service was incredible. Extremely smiled lady that check us in, was gorgeous in her attitude and communication. The hotel is new and you can see this easy on the furniture, rooms and the common areas. There is EV charging station on the side of the hotel. Just one improvement opportunity: In the loft rooms there are very tall window covers that are extremely difficult to move. Due to this and the applied power the rails have started to fail. I would suggest to think about motorized solution, which for sure will bring safety and less maintenance in long term.

Nothing to say here.

Χρεώθηκε έξτρα το late check out.

Clean, very friendly staff, the pool was great,

We did not receive the bottle of wine as promised by the booking. But we did get coffee and tea machine and free water.

Brand new hotel, with a management ready to make it the best of the area Nice little swimming pool Quiet place, not far from the port

Genel olarak iyi sayışırdı
