Large and confortable room in ancient building

Parking the car was a problem. Port Police is very present and active, we had some problems with them, but solved also thanks to the help of the hotel staff (thanks !). Entrance of the hotel and drop in parking slot not so easy to find...

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Ms. Niki Petridou.

Epicure Suites’ten gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Odalar geniş, ferah ve tertemiz; banyodaki şampuan, duş jeli ve diğer bakım ürünleri oldukça kaliteli. Odada kahve makinesine kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Odaya girdiğimizde bizi karşılayan küçük hediyeler de çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Otelin terası mükemmel, kahvaltısı ise kesinlikle ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor. Ürünler çok kaliteli ve çeşitli; taze sıkılmış portakal suyuna kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Ayrıca isteğinize göre omlet ve farklı sıcak kahvaltı seçenekleri de taze olarak hazırlanıyor. Personelin tamamı son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve işlerini gerçekten çok iyi yapıyor. Kavala’ya tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğimiz otel kesinlikle Epicure Suites olacak. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. ❤️

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a lovely view of the city.

A slightly larger bathroom would have been preferred but it was still fine.

Şıklığı ön plana alacağım derken bazı altyapı sorunlarına çözüm bulmakta zorlanıyorlar. Örneğin bizim konaklamadan bir-iki gün evvel galiba fırtına nedeniyle çatıdaki anten zarar görmüş, iki gün boyunca teknik ekipleri sorunu çözemedi ve televizyon çalışmadı. Başka bir örnek de güvenlikle ilgili (başımıza bir şey gelmedi ama tutarsız olduğu için yazıyorum), resepsiyon geç saatte binaya güvenle görebilmeniz için size bina kapısını açacak anahtar veriyor ama çatı katında geç saate kadar hizmet veren lüks lokantaya da erişim aynı yerden olduğu için binanın kapısı zaten gece boyu herkese açık kalıyor. Yine de genel olarak güzel, tavsiye edilir.

Property is centrally located in Kavala. Great access to everywhere. It was a bit pricey on the dates we stayed, but it was worth every penny. A “boutique Hotel” indeed. Very clean, modern rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Everyone was helpful and anxious to serve us including finding a parking spot for us in the front of the hotel.

Hôtel bien situé au centre et proche de tout. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins pour s'assurer que vous ne manquiez de rien.

Pour écrire quand même quelque chose ici, le café du petit déjeuner pas top pour un hôtel de ce standing.

The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the center of Kavala. The suite was very clean, comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience.

There was nothing significant that we disliked.

Bu kadar kalite ve güzellik içinde kahvaltı bir fiyaskoydu sıcaklar yoktu peynir vs. Gibi ana kahvaltı malzemeleri yoktu sadece süt gevrek kruvasan reçel falan vardı aşırı derecede yetersiz bir kahvaltı yaptık. Birde otelin otoparkı olmaması çok kötü.

Beautiful room, spacious, fantastic design and a spectacular view! Personnel excellent, welcomed on a very hot day with pomegranate juice! Advised of authentic restaurants with delicious food, having fallen into an expensive and not tasty tourist trap. Breakfast staff very helpful and kind.

Parking in Kavala in the summer is a challenge but the hotel have an agreement with a nearby multi-storey parking above a supermarket.

We came here for two days and extended to five,Epicure suits is one of the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed.Location is perfect,cleanless if further than perfect and the staff is very kind.

I couldn't be happier with this hotel!!!Everything was top notch!The room was large, with high sealing, bathroom was fantastic,decorated with elegance , bathrobes,high quality towels and linens, super comfortable bed, nice views, and lastly the breakfast,oh that breakfast on the top roof was just unbelievable with all high quality products.At the end of my stay i felt like I didn't pay enough for this room.Thanks to the elegant lady at the reception too, she was so nice!I would definitely stay at this place next time i visit Kavala.

The location, the view, the equipment, the cleanliness and the very kind staff. The rooftop bar was really top! We would have stayed longer.

Our stay at Epicure Suites was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Even before our arrival, the staff contacted us, helped us with the online check-in process, and answered all of our questions quickly and kindly. Their excellent communication made us feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and every detail in the suite was thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and the beautiful harbor. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed here for one night on our way back to Türkiye, but the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We would definitely choose Epicure Suites again on our next visit to Kavala and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant, and welcoming place to stay. Tek sevmediğim şey, girişini çok zor bulduk. Yönlendirici bir şey maalesef yoktu.

yeni ve cok temiz bir otel, kavalada bu kadar şık bir otelle karşılacagımı düşünmemiştim. Odalar cok geniş ve ferah, banyolar yeni ve cok güzel. Tam limanın önünde bir otel sehir merkezi olması cok iyiydi.

Außerordentliche Sauberkeit, staubfrei und perfekt gereinigter Zimmer. Es ist wirklich eines der saubersten Unterkünfte die ich je besucht habe. Sei Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals verdienen auch definitiv eine 10/10

Die Zimmergröße ist beim Namen von Suites nicht so passend. Der Zugang ist nicht Barrierefrei und der Aufzug ist erst nach Treppensteigen im höher gelegenen Erdgeschoss zu erreichen.

The rooms are clean, modern, right in the center of town so convenient to restaurants or whatever you need! The staff is amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone is so kind and helpful. And the rooftop restaurant is a haven for dinner. Especially after being in Greece for a week and wanting a change in cuisine! If I find myself back in Kavala, this is where I will stay again.

Locatia langa centrul vechi.In rest nu mi-a placut nimic.

Nu mi-a placut lipsa parcarii si atitudinea personalului in legatura cu aceasta.Existau 3 locuri in fata hotelului,dar acestea se dau dupa cum viseaza personalul.Din necesitate,intr-o seara a trebuit sa parchez pe unul din cele trei locuri.Nu au tinut cont ca era tarziu si dormeam,ca au inceput sa sune pe mobil si apoi pe telefonul din camera.Foarte urat din partea lor.Apoi locurile au fost ocupate mereu de alte masini,pe care le-au lasat sa parcheze acolo.Daca vrei parcare, iti ofera contra cost,10 euro/loc intr-o parcare privata,unde daca ai o masina putin mai mare ,ai toate sansele sa lovesti plafonul. Micul dejun pentru pretul platit,este saracie,doar oua,niste firimituri de branza si cateva felii de salam.Nici unt nu aveau. In fiecare seara sunt petreceri pe terasa,nu facute de cei cazati,probabil se inchiriaza terasa.Este un zgomot foarte mare,pana tarziu. Seara in jurul usii de la camera se vede lumina din hol,sa nu mai vorbim de zgomot. In concluzie,am fost dezamagit.

Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli değildi daha önce konakdığımızda kahvaltı daha güzeldi ancak bu seferki konaklamamızda kahvaltı miktarları ve çeşitleri yeterli değildi.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, wunderschöne Zimmer teils mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ein wunderbares geräumiges Bad. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle top. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein / das Frühstück selbst aber sehr gut.

Kalan 2 gunumu agustos ayina ertelemistim once kabul ettiler sonra iyi yorum yaparsaniz kabul ederiz dediler. Banyodaki kapi kitlenmiyor, yikanma suyu basinci cok dusuk. Kahvaltisi berbat otesi. Disarida borek yemek daha mantikli. Resepsiyonda birini bulmak imkansiz. Otelin giris kapisi kilitli zile basinca aciliyor eger biri oradaysa. Bir daha asla gitmem bu turk dusmani otele

Perfect spot at the center of the city. The staff amazing. Polite and helpful. The rooms perfect, with attention at any detail , like a 5-star hotel. The breakfast top. The sushi bar at the roof with amazing view, very tasteful food. Total 10!

Clădirea se află în centrul orașului, pe malul mării. Camera mare, curata, personalul amabil. Există aparat de calcat in dulap, produse cosmetice de buna calitate. Terasa de sus foarte frumoasă.

Clădirea nu este izolată fonic foarte bine. Canalizarea nu funcționează tocmai corect. La bufetul suedez de la micul dejun, câteva dimineți la rând nu au existat deloc legume (roșii,castraveți, ardei), nici măcar măsline(!!!) ori brânză. Dacă vrei lapte pt cafea ori unt, trebuie să ceri, nu există la liber, și e dezagreabil să soliciți așa ceva zilnic. Preparatele a la carte sunt bune. In camera, foarte multe lumini deranjante noaptea, EXIT cu litere luminoase deasupra ușii, panoul termostatului cu luminițe, ecranul telefonului sta aprins (eu l-am scos din priză!). Ușa nu se închidea corect așa că se vedea permanent și lumina de pe hol.

To understand the deficiencies of this hotel, a short introduction is necessary. The hotel is located in a building listed as preservable, that in the past hosted the Commercial Bank of Greece, and uses (for the time being) only the upper 3 floors of the building (probably the private residence of the bank director). As a listed building, no modifications are allowed, and, thus, to reach the lift one has to climb a marble staircase (8 steps) without handrail. The same situation (no lift access) occurs for the roof-garden. This makes the hotel not suitable for impaired persons, something that is not mentioned in the hotel description. Because of the scarcity of space, breakfast is served in a tiny room adjacent to the hotel suites (which, given their size and arrangement, should be offered as junior suites, again something missing in the hotel description) or in the (not easily accessible) roof-garden. As a result, and probably in order not to disturb the guests with the breakfast noises, breakfast is served after 9:00 am, something not adequate for people needing to check out early. Finally, parking is offered at the municipal parking building situated 350 meters from the hotel, uphill, against a fee of 10 € per day. No valet service is offered. All this has to be seen against the price asked for a junior suite with harbor view: 400 € per night.

Hotel situado num edifício antigo remodelado, em pleno centro de Kavala. Quarto amplo e confortável. Bom pequeno-almoço. O estacionamento é possível num parque público a 200 metros.

Excesso de fontes de luz no quarto durante a noite: no comando de parede do ar condicionado, no telefone, no interruptor geral, etc.

Konum mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı genel Avrupa standartlarında yeterliydi. Omletler özellikle çok başarılıydı.

Kahvaltı salonu sonderece temiz ve şıktı ancak o konumda bulunan bir otal için, salonun daha manzaralı bir alana konumlandırılmasını bekleyebilirdim.

A place hard to leave! The staff is so caring and truly making the visit something extraordinary. The room was beautiful, breakfast tasty with plenty of options and it couldn’t be better located as it’s right next to the harbour with a beautiful view. I liked the possibility to be able to park in the garage as the city is quite busy and it’s difficult finding a spot to park.

Great location with kind staff and a great breakfast! The room was lovely with all the extras!

Çok konforlu ve merkeze yakındı. Herşeyi çok sevdık

Konum, temizlik, personel ve hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi.

Kahvaltı alanı, henüz havalar soğuk olduğu ve teras kapalı olduğu için kapalı alandaydı ve çok küçüktü. Yaz aylarında teras kullanılıyormuş.

Tertemiz , havalandırılmış bir oda , pırıl pırıl çarşaflar, taze çiçekler ,yüksek tavanlı ferah bir oda ilk girdiğinizde göze çarpanlar. Sabah akşam günde iki kez oda temizleniyor , dolan çöpler boşaltılıp , biten kahve, havlu .. eksilenler varsa yenileniyor. Biz çok beğendik , tekrar geldiğimizde burada kalacağız. Yeri zaten güzel. Otopark işini otelin önünde yer varsa oraya yoksa biraz ilerde sağda solda yer bakarak hallediyorsunuz.
