The room was smelly, the bed and sheets were very old and they smelled so bad that we left the room 1 day before out check out and went to another hotel. For the price yes its very close to everything but I cant compromise on hygiene. I request them to change the smelly bedsheets atleast. Also you have to go 3 floors by lift and 4th floor(the one we stayed) take the stairs and the stairs are very small and spiral so if you have bigger luggages its difficult carrying them. We couldn't even carry our small handluggage trolleys.

In the pictures everything looks great, but in reality it is quite far from wanting me to stay again. It is smaller than you'd think, and only superficially clean - door frames, corners, floor mats, etc. are all quite dirty still; the sort of dirt that's been there for many months/years. (Finding another guest's hair wasn't pleasant either.) Projector was a nice bonus, until I noticed the build - crooked and ducktaped together. And of very poor quality - the built-in speaker alone is enough to make you go outside and explore, instead of enjoying an evening in. Unit also has lots of mold, specifically in the bathroom. No hot water either and whole bathroom is drenched after a shower. I do now realize why there's no bathroom pics on the booking page though! For the price you pay, it's perhaps alright, but mostly due to the location. I travel to Vietnam 2-3x per month and am looking for a base, but unfortunately I wouldn't return here. Honestly not happy about the pictures versus the reality. Also, the constant push for reviews is a little annoying.

I asked for the extra mattress and the staff is willing to support. Good location to everywhere

I liked the size of the room, the big shower and bathtub. The projector was a fun add in and I spent a few nights watching my favorite shows (tho I have to say the projector was a little slow, but I figured him out). It wa since to have an elevator to transport luggage. The staff was also helpful on my last day and helped me get my luggage to the main street for a Grab pickup. The room is located with great access to the major sites in D1. You can walk to the War Remnants Museum and Independance palace in around 15 minutes. The Ben Thanh Markets are just around the corner. Lots of nice coffee shops and food options in the area. I would recommend this place for people that are in a lower budget but still want to treat themselves and have a nice space to retreat to after a long day out. It’s definitely simple but I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay.

I was expecting a balcony but only got a big windowfront. Not sure if I missed something in the room description there.

Booking dễ dàng. Vị trí thì không cần nói, đi bộ khoảng 3 - 5 phút ra đến chợ Bến Thành rồi. Trong quá trình liên lạc sau khi book cho đến khi check out tôi đều được hỗ trợ rất rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện từ MG. Kể cả khi tôi đột xuất muốn đổi/ nâng hạng phòng (trước khi check in), tôi cũng được hỗ trợ xử lý nhanh gọn. Phòng sạch (tất nhiên vẫn có chút bụi trên lá cây trong WC, hoặc phía ngoài ban công để đồ...) nhưng tổng thể HÀI LÒNG. Nước mạnh. Máy lạnh và Tủ lạnh cũng tốt, làm lạnh nhanh, không mùi (vì một số thiết bị cũ khi mở lên sẽ có mùi ẩm mốc). Đặc biệt thích cái màn hình, tha hồ xem Nexflix hoặc Youtube (bạn chưa quen thì khi mở máy lên đừng vội đánh giá là nó mờ tịt nhé, nó rõ đấy, nhưng phải đợi chút, và đèn cũng nên tắt, đóng rèm ban công, nếu không thì phòng sáng trưng, sẽ ko thấy gì trên màn hình đâu) 😅 . Chill hơn nữa thì bạn vừa ngâm bồn vừa mở Youtube lên nghe nhạc. Phòng có đủ loại đèn và nhiều ổ cắm nha, like!!!

Điều duy nhất chưa ưng lắm chỉ là phòng tầng trệt có cảm giác như phòng giặt, nếu nó được sạch sẽ và decor chút chút thì chắc xinh và thu hút ấn tượng hơn nhiều.

Hôtel agréable, situé en plein centre-ville tout en restant au calme. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant le check-in, ce qui était très appréciable. L’équipe est très réactive en cas de besoin et toujours disponible. La chambre est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Les employés sont souriants, accueillants et agréables.

Seul petit point à noter : le matelas est assez dur, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.

Staffs are very professional, polite and helpful, especially Henry ( Huy ). Room is clean and roomy in size. Hotel is closed to Bến Thành market and other amenities. Highly recommend this to everyone.

The service was also very poor. I was only informed about the payment requirements one hour before my arrival, including the fact that a 4% fee would be charged for credit card payments. At that time, I did not have enough cash with me, and since I could not access the apartment before making the payment, I ultimately had to pay by card. The property is located down an alley and does not look as good as it does in the photos. On the second day, when I returned to my room intending to take a bath, I suddenly found two earthworms in the bathtub—one was still alive and the other was dead. I contacted the apartment management, and they cleaned it, but only after I had waited for more than 30 minutes. First and second night stay a bit noisy at night and in the morning

The location was convenient

The unit is moldy, smells bad, and is much smaller than it looks in the photos. A lot of things were generally dirty and worn out. It’s fine if you’re looking for a place to sleep on a budget, but if you’re expecting something comfortable and clean, I don’t recommend it. Check in was made much more difficult than it needed to be. Communication was super inefficient—a huge inconvenience for a 1 night stay between flights. Despite the booking stating “cash on arrival,” the host messaged me to pressure me into paying in advance using a payment link (while being forced to pay an additional 3% for transaction fees). I told them I preferred to pay on arrival as it stated in my booking. They wanted me to message them on Zalo (which may be tricky for some that are not familiar with Vietnam) for check in. I did that, and advised them many hours in advance of what time approximately I expected to arrive at. I delivered multiple updates regarding my estimated time of arrival while I was on the way. Despite that, when I arrived, they were nowhere to be found. After 15 minutes of standing around, they again sent me the same payment link and asked me to pay before even seeing the room. They said they would give me the room code after I paid. I refused to do that and after a bit of back and forth, they agreed to provide the code and come to collect the payment later. I then had to wait 2 hours instead of just going to sleep right away, for them to show up so I could pay them in cash.

Постоянные мессенджер сообщения, предложения сделать за деньги визу, ни в одной гостинице у меня не просили выписку с банка, копию паспорта, копию чека подтверждения оплати за аренду жилья, копия оплаты гос услуг, раз 5 говорил, что бы меня не беспокойства, но им абсолютно плевать, пока перед носом не закрыл дверь, администратор слёзно просила, что бы не писал реальный отзыв так как ее за это оштрафуют, вместо того что бы создать комфорт и выставить реальные фото, а то что включатели включать страшно и пить с бутылки воду им всеравно.

The place is well located and easily accessible to most of the places we planned to visit and shop. I also liked the accommodation overall, it was clean, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the person I communicated with was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The projector's audio was somewhat distorted, sounding as if the speaker was damaged, which could be a bit irritating to the ears. This might be an issue for guests who plan to watch Netflix or other shows, but since we did not use it much, it was not a significant concern for us.

Mọi thứ đều khá ổn và mình có trải nghiệm tốt tại homestay. Tuy nhiên, phần nước uống trong phòng mình thấy chưa được vệ sinh và chỉn chu lắm. Nước được đựng trong bình để refill thêm khi hết, nhưng bình nước mình nhận lúc check-in vẫn còn dính vết son môi của khách trước. Điều này khiến mình hơi ngại và không thể sử dụng trực tiếp được. Hy vọng homestay có thể lưu ý hơn ở phần vệ sinh các vật dụng cá nhân để trải nghiệm của khách được tốt hơn nhé

I really liked how spacious the room was, there was so much space for luggage and getting ready. Also the self check is really great if you’re coming in late or checking out really early. Overall very lovely experience in a prime location.

Location is good. Quiet area to sleep. Room is not so small and has a small kitchen inside room. So you can cook your own food. There is laundry at the entrance of this place. (Not belongs to MG Daisy) Not need a search laundry around.

Bahttube is not in perfect condition. It seems ıt may be broken easily. Because it is separated from bathroom. It is located in the middle of the room. Bathroom (Toilet and shower) obviously under my expectation. Not good. I stay in many differents hostels which has more nice toilet/showers. And it is very strange to be asked to pay apartment money immediately after ı arrive. I have been asked many many times about when I pay money. Beh, we are not thieves. Because there is no reception in this place. No staff around. You just communication via whatsapp. Moreover, I spent half an hour to solve how to go inside place. I dont come again for sure.

Было грязно, ванная казалась только для антуража, входная дверь кажется очень хлипкой и пропускает все внешние звуки, так что если кто-то воспользовался лифтом вы будуте знать все о ваших соседях и лифте.

I stayed for about a week. Because the room didn't have windows, filling the bathtub created a strange humidity level that wouldn't go away. I started coughing badly. The air conditioner was leaking into the room. There were plumbing problems. The only good thing was the location.

The location was great! The host was super friendly and very flexible.

The bathroom was not like I expected. Given the glass door situation, the shower and the floors were a bit too old, and the layout didn't make sense as one side of the bed was so close to the bathroom entrance.

Tôi đi gia đình và căn có ban công thật sự thoải mái, rộng rãi. Bếp nhỏ đầy đủ tiện nghi nên chúng tôi khong phải ăn ngoài nhiều khi vợ nấu ăn như ở nhà. Bồn tắm trong phòng con tôi rất thích. Bạn nhân viên hõ trợ hướng dẫn nhiệt tình khi sử dụng các công tắc trong phòng, máy chiếu cũng như giới thiệu nơi để đi chơi và đi chợ.
