De inrichting was mooi

The flat is wonderful, spacious and pleasantly furnished. There are two large rooms, one on the first floor that works as sitting room and kitchen and then there is a large bedroom on the second floor. It is just ten minutes to the station on foot. There are several restaurants and take aways in the area.

During the week I was there it was impossible to communicate with the property. Nobody answered calls/emails/messages through Booking.com. I was given a wrong network/password address for the wifi and there was no way to solve that problem. Booking.com customer service kindly tried to get in touch with the property with no success. The stairs to the first floor are very steep and with no handrail. Elderly persons or persons with disabilities may have problems to access this flat.

Smaakvolle inrichting

Heerlijk appartement! Heel compleet, ruim, mooi ingericht, fijn bed, airco op beide verdiepingen en dichtbij het centrum (kleine 10 min lopen). Deur openen met de sleutelkluis werkt prima. Auto parkeren voor de deur kan maar kost €3,30 per uur. Op 5 min lopen kun je gratis in een woonwijk parkeren.

Niets, fijn appartement. Aanrader!

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la comodidad y amplitud del propio apartamento pues dispone de 2 plantas separadas que dan una sensación muy confortable. La decoración está muy cuidada y tiene mucha luminosidad con ventanales que rodean todo el apartamento. Igualmente y aunque se encuentra cerca del centro es muy silencioso y se agradece a la hora de descansar.

Lo que no me gustó del alojamiento fue que el wifi no iba especialmente bien así que no recomiendo este apartamento para trabajar en remoto. Yo finalmente tuve que utilizar datos del teléfono móvil para conectarme a las reuniones que tenía ese día. Igualmente hay remates de ciertas esquinas del techo por humedad y el pomo de la puerta del baño que la dueña debería arreglar para la satisfacción de los siguientes huéspedes. Igualmente recomiendo que lá cocina disponga de tostador.

Great dutch living experience with large windows on Enschede roof panorama from bedroom and terrace. The location is very central and a good grocery store is near by plus some fast foods and a good restaurant.

Standard given pre-arrival information about internet was missleading as the WiFi-network was not available during my stay. Host responses on arrival only. The noises from cars passing by on the street are to hear at night.

Goede locatie op loopafstand van het het centrum.

Er misten wat ons betreft een paar dingen die het verblijf nog prettiger hadden kunnen maken: een kapstok, goede verlichting (sommige lampen deden het niet en de lamp in de badkamer geeft slecht licht), een goede (pas)spiegel. De hoeslaken die om het bed zat was veel te klein zodat de topper omhoog kwam, wat niet zo lekker sliep. We vonden het ook jammer dat het uitchecken al om 10.00 was op zondagochtend.

Die Dusche hatte keine Tür/Vorhang, so dass das Badezimmer nach dem Duschen nass war.

Tastefully decorated multilevel apartment with great views. If you're staying as an individual, lots of space! The layout in terms of kitchenette, lounge, and a large bedroom makes for a relaxing stay. The location in the city centre is ideal.

If you are with multiple people, I can envisage some practical issues to make sure you're not getting in each other's way. It would be nice to have more facilities to hang clothes up or store them. The shower is nice, however there is limited space to store your things in the bathroom and not risk getting them wet as the shower water can leak out into the rest of the bathroom. None of these are deal breakers, but little touches such these elevate the experience.

Het verblijf hebben we geboekt aan de hand van de ligging en de ruimte in de kamer. Beide bleken perfect voor een nachtje, weekendje of weekje weg naar Enschede. Bij binnenkomst schrokken we van de grootte van de kamer, want vanuit de foto's kon ik slecht beseffen dat de kamer uit twee verdiepingen bestond. Hier waren we zeer blij mee. Qua hygiëne zat het ook goed. Het belangrijkst is dan natuurlijk de badkamer, die er voortreffelijk bij lag. De keuken hebben we niet gebruikt.

Location is perfect. Apartment is cleans and has everything you might need

Een heerlijk appartement, dicht bij het centrum. Een fijne ruimte om even op adem te komen en te relaxen. De inrichting is smaakvol en het bed slaapt heerlijk. Je kunt op het terras je eerste kopje koffie drinken (er was ruim koffie aanwezig) en de koelkast vullen met ontbijt, of bij een van de vele horeca in de buurt of het centrum ontbijten.

Het enige minpuntje was het wifibereik boven. Daardoor was streamen niet mogelijk.

The stairs bit steep

Spacious apartment with decently equipped kitchen close to the city centre. Supermarket very close by. Tons of room and reasonably high standard.

Wi-fi kept disconnecting for a few days, communication with host was good at first but lacking near the end of our stay. Ran out of clean towels and tp, had to buy ourselves.

Really beautiful and so cosy. The staff was super helpful; I couldn’t find it in the beginning, but it got solved. I really enjoyed the stay.

The stair flights are pretty steep; if you have trouble walking this is not a place for you.

The location is nice, and in summer it would probably be fine as well, generally it is a nice apartment in terms of looks and quality.

It was freezing, like really, really cold. There are only air-con type heaters, and they take a very long time to warm up the flat. The walls, floors, etc, including the bathroom, were really cold, and a stream of warm air only partially helps. I had no working thermometer, but judging from the outside temperature I would guess it was 10-12 celsius when I arrived. Also the wifi technically connects, but it was not possible to have a zoom call with 3 people and video.

No closet for hanging clothes and no dressing mirror.

The place was nice, well decorated, very clean and well located.

Quite a spacious and modern two-story comfortable apartment with a big terrace. It had lots of sun lights thanks to the large windows. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use.

I would have preferred to have the bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. Perhaps the bathroom could have better lighting.

The property had everything you needed and was also very close to a supermarket and a quick walk you were already in the city
