Neela Waters - Beach Home

It starts with an amazing view from the balcony and the location of the property is a 10/10 , right in front of the beach that provides you easy access to the beach and nearby cafes also. The atmosphere is really safe and you can find literally everything nearby, be it cafes,rental 2/4 wheelers,souvenir shops and what not. The host and caretaker has been really welcoming with us during our stay, especially Mr. omanakuttan(caretaker) was really helpful and co-operative throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and literally felt at home with in house breakfast options with scenic morning beach views at the covered terrace having an island kitchen is worthy of every penny you spend here. You can also get beach chairs for free from the property.

Great location and a great host. We enjoyed our stay at neela waters since the stay is right at the beach and the morning breakfast with a view was lovely.

The electricity was a nuisance every once in a while, but the host assured us that it will be taken care of on priority.

There were narrow steps to reach the room, the location had a bad stench and the beach was dirty.

We stayed in the room with a beautiful sea view. It was awesome to watch the sunset from the room balcony even though it just takes a few steps to watch from the beach itself. Not to be missed is the views from the breakfast area at the 2nd level and the terrace at the 3rd level.

The furniture is slightly jaded though it adds to the home feeling. There is a flight of stairs to get to the homestay rooms at the 1st level. Would have loved to have a mini fridge to get cold water / drinks

I chose this place based on reviews, thanks to all who took the time. Neela Waters did not disappoint. The room is spacious, loved the natural light from beautiful large windows. Bathroom is clean. Comfortable bed, lovely linen. Rooftop breakfast delicious. Om is a super host, informative and attentive. Enjoyed hearing the ocean from my room, lovely quiet area, walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants. Laundry was no problem. I booked for 3 days and stayed for 10. Thanks Alleppey

We had an amazing stay! The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. Considering the breathtaking view, the spotless cleanliness, the excellent service, and the delicious breakfast, the price was unbelievably affordable.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and pretty. Perfect place to stay near the beach.

A beautiful home overlooking the beach and a wonderful host who had all bases covered: met us on arrival and carried our bags up the stairs, a tuktuk driver on demand at reasonable prices with no need to negotiate, details in our room of places to visit and to eat, and also checked our train schedule to check if it was on time. Certainly made for a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

The hot water in the bathroom was limited, but given the warm climate, using a bucket and jug to bathe was suitable.

Sehr gemütlich und entspannte Atmosphäre. Hatten ein hübsches kleines Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind im erst Obergeschoss und wundervoll. Europäischer Standard, aber in der Umsetzung typisch indisch. Für den Preis unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Besitzer-Familie wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein kleines Frühstück aus frischem Obst der Saison und einer typischen lokalen Speise. Mehr braucht man auch nicht bei wundervollem Meerblick. Wem das nicht genügt, gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse. Der Strand ist ein indischer Strand, genau vor der Tür. Zum Baden und Sonnen eher ungeeignet, das macht hier auch niemand.

Eine tolle Unterkunft an der Küste, etwas abseits gelegen in Alleppey. Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war super und man hat tolle Ausblicke aufs Meer.

Neela water is awesome in terms of location, room size, terrace , amenities, decoration, food everything. It is beyond my expectations. Thanks to the owner for his wonderful taste for giving facilities to The guests. I definitely recommend this place for my stay.

Ubytování je na dobrém místě hned u plaže. Ma krásnou střešní terasu, kde se podávaly i snídaně. Snídaně byly výborné Keralského typu plus čerstvé ovoce, fresh džus, kafe/čaj. Pokoj byl čistý, měl nádhernou obrovskou koupelnu (nejhezčí, kterou jsme v indii potkali). Toaletní potřeby byly k dispozici. Klimatizace a wifi fungovali na 100 %. Pan majitel byl milý, usměvavý, ochotný, poradil s jízdenkama na vlak/bus. Díky

Z venku byl hodně slyšet hluk a psi, ale chápu, že tohle člověk úplně neovlivní.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and we had great views of the beach and sea. The staff are very friendly, and we particularly welcomed the tea/coffee and filter water 'station' in the lobby. Breakfast was very good, with every table set up so that you have a view of the sea. The roof terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location is excellent if you’re a beach lover. It has an impeccable view of the beach. The terrace is beautiful. The caretaker Mr omakuttan is a huge help.

The sea view right from our bed, the food in the nearby cafe’s, accessibility to all major locations, breakfast on the terrace with sea view cooked in the terrace kitchen, the staff and above all the host Mr. Om. Great person and an amazing host! Would come back again. Highly recommend!

Just add some non veg items like eggs for breakfast. Nevertheless food was made with love ❤️

The location is by the sea, but the beach is very noisy. It was possible to pay by card. The bathroom is fairly spacious.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay here before going on a houseboat. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty, rooms were comfortable. Great location overlooking the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Tuktuk drivers always outside to take where you needed to go. They also helped arrange a Kochi airport pick up for me at a reasonable price so that was appreciated.

Relaxed home stay with a large balcony room overlooking the beach - make sure you book beach view. Om is a helpful and welcoming host. Excellent fruit and Indian breakfast on the roof terrace. Great value for the price.

Right on the beach with a sea view from our room. Room as was the property super clean and great amenities, water was hot and shower had great pressure. Om was super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a lovely feast a fresh. A definite 10 out of 10 from us.

Our stay at Neela Waters was a wonderful experience. It’s a relaxed and welcoming place, and our host was generous in sharing his local knowledge and insights, which made our stay especially memorable. The size and layout of the accommodation encourage easy interaction with other guests, which we really enjoyed. The location was ideal for spending a few restful days.

The terrace has a good view and is fine for relaxing, a/c works well and the beds are comfortable.

The stuff has very bad mood , kinda angry and unfriendly. Breakfast was so minimal and just vegetarian. In total this place is not suitable for families, specially with luggage; they had a sandy backyard with a rocky road and lots of narrow stairs.

La struttura si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Om è stato eccezionale, molto premuroso e disponibile. Camera carina, delle giuste dimensioni. Bagno grande. Colazione ottima servita sulla terrazza vista mare.

La spiaggia è piena di immondizia. Purtroppo ci vorranno anni per un cambio di mentalità che porti alla salvaguardia dell' ambiente e della natura. Un vero peccato

Cet hôtel offre beaucoup d'avantages, décoré avec goût, les lieux sont propres soignés. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur la plage et la mer. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Diese Unterkunft können wir jede nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist wirklich so schön, wie auf den Bildern. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand und das Meer und die Zimmer selbst sind sehr groß und edel. Das Frühstück, welches man mit Meerblick genießt, wird selbstgemacht und ist sehr lecker. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Allepey sind zudem nur eine Viertelstunde mit dem Tuk Tuk entfernt. Außerdem besitzt das Haus noch eine Terrasse ganz oben, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick über den Strand hat.

The location of the property, the rooms, the food, and most importantly the service from the host, Mr. Om, were all excellent. The beach is just in front of the property, making it very easy to access at any time. Most importantly, the beach is not very crowded and feels safe. There are excellent restaurants and cafeterias nearby, offering a great ambiance and delicious food.

Liked everything.

Everything was perfect. I can say that I found a friend in Om (the host) and a marvelous place for my next time in India. Position is perfect, exactly in front of the sea and in the middle of bars and restaurants open until late. You can take a little walk on the beach and you'll find two different reality, fisherman from one side and the main beach to the other side but I prefer the part in front Neela Waters because there are nice people (travelers and not) walking and playing volleyball, frisbee, or paramotor. I booked for the room in front of the garden but Om made me an upgrade and change me in the seaview room and it was marvelous. He really takes care of me and all the other costumers, helping to book tour or simply just a suggest about food or anything else. Breakfast it's tasty and original with a lot of fruit and classical Kerala plates (and also the view... perfect way to start a day!) It's definitely the best place I stayed in 20 days in India and now I have to come back for sure because I felt like home :)

Very nice,clean and comfortable accommodation. The Location is perfect because it's directly on the beach. There are good restaurant just a few steps from the accomodation. The breakfast in the morning was very good and and with sea view. We just can recommend going there you won't regret it.
