El Gouna Cyan Villa with pool n lagoon by BFG Beit Fel Gouna

The manager was top. Always responded within minutes.

The house has a certain age. Loose cables, dish washer is NOK. Everything a bit old. Lots of things need to be replaced/renewed. Within 18 days we never got offered a clean up.

The villa itself was good, clean, and quite spacious. It is well-maintained and equipped with nice welcoming touches like bottled water, snacks, and olive oil. The kitchen has all the necessary tableware if you want to cook. The daily pool cleaning service in El Gouna was excellent, and the local assistant was very polite and helpful (he quickly replaced a broken iron for us). The only downside of the villa itself was that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and reception area.

In 15 years on Booking.com, I have never faced such incompetence. I booked 2 days before arrival and sent passport details at 10 PM the night before. Next day We arrived late at 4:30 PM, but our QR entry codes were not ready. When my Egyptian friend called the host, he spoke to her very rudely, saying: "It’s your problem. If you have to wait 3 to 5 hours, then wait." Yet, when speaking to the head of security, he changed his tone completely and promised to send codes in 5 minutes—but he lied and sent nothing. When I called him back, he told me: "This is your problem," and when I emotionally asked for his name, he replied: "It’s none of your business." Meanwhile, another representative messaged us saying: "Sorry, but this is your problem, wait." We spent over an hour stranded at the gate with a toddler with no restrooms, forcing us to drive back to a highway gas station. Since we live in Egypt and have connections, my husband managed to get us guest codes through local villa owners. The host, Sherif, completely abandoned us, never checked if we successfully checked in, and ignored the fact that my husband was joining us 3 days later and needed his QR code (which Sherif knew about but never sent). Sherif only messaged late on our last day to ask if we "enjoyed the service." When my husband called him to discuss this, Sherif began inventing absurd lies. First, he claimed he was in Italy (even though his phone was not in roaming). When my husband raised his voice, Sherif tried to intimidate him, claiming: "Don't raise your voice, I am a politician," before changing his story again to claim he is the owner of the villa rental company. Once he realized none of his threats worked, he started offering us various favors and compensations just to get us to calm down and change our mind.

Schöne und geräumige Villa mit Pool direkt an der Lagune. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Leben bzw. Kochen braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und das Bettzubehör von guter Qualität. Der Vermieter war äusserst freundlich, kompetent und immer erreichbar. Alle Anliegen und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet umd erledigt. Shokran!

Proximity to the marina and the shops, less than 5 minutes drive to all the restaurants, the shops and the grocery shops. The property was very beautiful with a beautiful views over the lagoon and the sun. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, and comfortable furniture in the sitting room and the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need. All you need is there and the host is very friendly and nice. Very helpful and checked at the beginning if everything was good and if we needed anything else. Recommend this place very much.

La maison est superbe. On s’y sent bien et tout est à notre portée. Il y a un bon équipement de base en recouvrant les lieux, la villa et l’extérieur sont très propres et bien aménagés La vue est magnifique à différents moments de la journée. Le contact y est assez facile avec un numéro whatsapp, on a pu reculer l’heure de notre Check out sans payer de supplément ce qui n’est pas habituel.

Problème avec la wifi en arrivant cela nous a bloqué puisque nous n’avions pas encore nos puces : aucune communication possible, ni de carnet d’adresses sur place avec le numéro des tuktuk par exemple. La piscine était très froide en décembre, dommage, beaucoup de piscines voisines sont chauffées, ce détail nous aurait permis de mieux profiter. Autour de la piscine et à l’intérieur même, il y a des espaces très glissants, je me suis ouvert l’orteil en nageant au niveau de la pente de la piscine. Le lave-vaisselle n’était pas fonctionnel, dommage nous avions acheté le produit puis finalement problème technique non réglé même après le passage d’un technicien : je me serai bien passée de faire la vaisselle à la main pendant mes vacances à El Gouna :)

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Es war ein Traum. Top ausgestattete Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Beste war für uns natürlich der Außenbereich. Schöne Lounge am Pool und Grillecke. Zur Marina oder nach Downtown nur 4 Minuten mit dem TukTuk. Gute Betreuung und der Pool wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir 3 haben den Urlaub dort genossen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Grüße, Rick, Frank und Nadine

The place was very nice. Comfortable, clean and has a very nice view. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the utensils you might need if you would like to cook. I highly recommend it.

El Gouna is my favorite location . It is a new build , property had a private pool , airconditioned and nicely decorated . The owner was kind and responsive , and allowed for an early checkin . There were also 3 bottles of water in the fridge for our arrival .

Missing fixtures with exposed wiring , no oven vent , back door and downstairs bedroom outside door didn’t lock . Outdoor pergola lighting didn’t work :(

This villa is truly stunning. Set in a quiet part of El Gouna next to ancient sands golf course the villa is finished to high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the beds were comfortable with more than enough storage in the wardrobes. The living room and kitchen were finished really nicely and felt very homely which was such a nice touch and there was plenty of currently and plates to enjoy a meal. Waking up in the morning to the view out to the lagoon is just utterly beautiful. The villa also have two 1st floor balconies where you can enjoy the sun rise and sunset. The pool guy came at 10am every day to ensure the pool was clean so we could enjoy it all day. Overall, loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

Honestly nothing but if I was being super critical I would say there were some areas of the villa which do look a little unfinished but this I imagine is because of how new the villa is which didn’t bother us.
