Großer Pool, zwei getrennte Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Zwei Balkons. Gut Isoliert wenn es draußen mal was lauter war

Leider zu Zeit eine Bauteile direkt neben der Unterkunft. Hin und wieder bis spät lautere Musik durch andere Gäste. Es könnte an der einen oder anderen Ecke mal was ausgebessert werden aber schon alles vertretbar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence Lemon Spaces à El Gouna et nous la recommandons sans hésitation ! La résidence est au top et très sécurisée. L’appartement était très propre, extrêmement spacieux et vraiment magnifique. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée. Les piscines sont également magnifiques et constituent un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous souhaitons également faire une mention toute particulière au réceptionniste, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Il a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et demandes, à n’importe quelle heure, et a toujours fait son maximum pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons notamment eu un problème avec Uber le matin de notre départ pour l’aéroport. Il s’est vraiment démené pour nous trouver une solution et a fait tout son possible pour que nous puissions avoir un taxi à temps, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Un grand merci à lui pour son aide et son professionnalisme ! Une très belle expérience à El Gouna, avec un appartement superbe, une résidence agréable et surtout un accueil irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

I loved everything: a large, clean swimming pool, a private beach, a fast and efficient staff, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, cleanliness throughout the apartment, quick and easy procedures.

Seating options inside the apartment are limited.

The staff was amazing, the location is perfect.

The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only thing I would have preferred was a better view from the property, ideally a pool view. Since I was staying with kids, having a pool view would have been especially nice.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce superbe appartement à El Gouna ! L'appartement : vraiment grand et bien agencé. Deux belles terrasses agréables selon les moments de la journée. Belles chambres confortables. Très bon accueil à la fois par le personnel très souriant, discret et gentil (à la réception comme partout dans la résidence) et par la mise à disposition d'un petit plateau de courtoisie avec thé, café, sucre, snacks, soda et eau. Il manque un peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner mais on s'est débrouillés. Privilégiez Bestway comme supérette (moins cher et très bien) On nous a proposé un service de ménage gratuit pendant notre séjour et lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec la TV, l'agent d'entretien a pu nous le solutionner rapidement. Globalement la communication était très bonne avec l'équipe. La résidence : endroit exceptionnel de très belle architecture avec une immense piscine (200m ?) très agréable et la mer au bout ! Il faut marcher très loin pour avoir de l'eau à la taille mais l'endroit est absolument fabuleux. Transats et parasols à dispo gratuitement sur Marina Beach (je le dis car on pensait que c'était payant) La ville : El Gouna est ville très calme, familiale avec la petite marina d'Abu Tig un plus loin et quelques restaurants/magasins et même un club de plongée réputé (Orca). Nous avons apprécié en ce qui nous concerne. A noter que c'est une ville privée très sécurisée mais qui ne reflète pas l'Egypte réelle.

Le club privé de Zuni Beach, proche de la résidence, pratique un droit d'entrée prohibitif (17€/personne rien que pour entrer un jour de match !), nous y avons renoncé. Une carte de discount peut être obtenue à la réception mais finalement les transats de Marina Beach faisaient l'affaire.

Last time I stayed here , there was washing machine and Nespresso machine , both have been removed from apartments. I was very disappointed

ملحوظة صغيرة، احد الوحدات مفترض انها كانت مطلة على المسبح، و لعدم التوافر تم استبدالها بوحدة خلفية تم التواصل مع الموقع و مكان الإقامة لكن لم يتمكن من تعويض ذلك الخطأ الغير مقصود.

my only comment was that the apartments were a bit far from each other since we were a big group but it was still really nice.

The fact that any person on the beach is allowed to use their speaker to listen to their own music is super irritating, especially those who use party boxes. Mangroovy should put regulations to limit this noise.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect — right next to the pool and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea. The beach and the sea are absolutely beautiful and very clean, making it ideal for a family vacation and especially great for children. There is also a café and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. I also want to mention that I have rarely experienced such great service. The team is very easy to reach via WhatsApp and replies within just a few minutes. Whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. Excellent hospitality and customer service throughout our stay.

Lemon Spaces rented my 3bedroom apparentment that I paid for to another client. I had to struggle with Lemon Spaces until I was given a 1 bedroom apartment . They didn't even reimburse us the difference.

The rooftop, security and cleanliness

The staff was horrible, not professional at all and pretty rude. The pool guy was just disrespectful and came to us for a good 20min asking for our room number even though we showed him every proof of our stay here. Just disappointment and the beach club is a total scam and they’ll make fun of you in Arabic

Lemon spaces were very professional and helpful. The pictures were accurate. The apartment was clean. All the amenities added to our comfort. It was very easy collecting the keys and checking out. I would definitely rent an apaythrough them again

the bathroom of the master bedroom was very small and very difficult to use. while the second bathroom was of fine size

sehr gute Lage, schönes, zweckmässiges Appartement mit einer guten Waschmaschine. Apotheke, Shop sowie Restaurants in kurzer Gehdistanz und in 15-20 Gehminuten in der Marina, wo es viele feine Restaurants gibt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Gastgeber: freundlich und angenehm.

The windows definitely need wired aluminum frames to keep out insects . I suffered from mosquitoes at night and I couldn’t open the windows when I wanted to.

We had a very pleasant stay (4 nights) at the Mangroovy Residence in Elgouna. We enjoyed the clean and simple apartment that had all the needed ameneties. The surroundings were very peaceul and that added to our enjoyment. Mr. Ahmed at the front desk was SUPER helpful and he was always going out of his way to assist with anything needed. The extra mile with a smile. The service, in general, was very attentive which added to the comfort of our stay. BRAVO! keep up the good work; we'll come again. THANK YOU.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft und der Service klasse! Es gab aber Schimmel oder Feuchtigkeitsproblenne in der Unterkunft. Diese habe ich gemeldet und als Antwort erhalten, dass es darum gekümmert wird. Da der Service top war, würde ich diese Unterkunft dennoch immer wieder buchen.
