Very convenient location in Negombo. Nice and comfortable room. Owner very friendly.

Great appartment, location is perfect. Host very nice, we could have a late checkout because of our evening flight. Would definetly recommend this stay.

Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig, het was schoon en had een goede locatie. Het bevond zich op de elfde verdieping in een groot complex.

De communicatie via whatsapp verliep goed. Ik wist eerst niet dat het een appartement van een particulier persoon was binnen een complex, waardoor ik eerst niet goed begreep waarom we van te voren appcontact nodig hadden. Later snapte ik dit pas.

Our host was so accomodating and readily available to contact at all times. We only had a short stopover so didn’t get to see much but she gave us some great recommendations anyway. The room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Also a bonus having a washing machine. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others :)

The mattress was a bit firm however I have found this to be the same everywhere I have stayed in Sri Lanka so far.

The studio apartment was amazing, a home from home. The bed and sofa was very comfy and a massive fridge to stock up on supplies

Loved everything about this apartment! The view was amazing, so close to the beach and in the touristy part of Negombo. Everything was clean.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach apartment during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, our host Ashini from The Breeze by Roshi made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. She surprised us with a thoughtful arrangement of cakes, flowers, and a hamper, which made our arrival extra special and memorable. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and you could truly see the attention to detail in everything. Communication with Ashini was excellent throughout our stay – always responsive, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere of the place is calm and relaxing, and the beach view is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made our honeymoon even more special. Thank you again to Ashini and The Breeze by Roshi for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and beautiful beachfront apartment.

Everything was clean , neat , cozy and modern , u find all what u need , including washing machine and cutlery with plates . I was pleased with a good mattress and fresh aromatic pillows , so I slept as a child 😆I enjoy our stay , thank u!

Great studio space to spend a few days at Negombo. Sunset views, good wifi and very accommodating host. Loved the rooftop pool.

Spacious bedsit with lounge, kitchen and balcony with views over the beach. Well equipped and very clean. We had an early flight and this provided a nice roomy base close to the airport with lots of eating options.

The room is very big and well equipped, with a full kitchen and even an iron with an ironing board. The view is really nice The rooftop pool is also really nice

A well situated apartment. Spacious. With all amenities.. including a washer/dryer. Fridge freezer and microwave. With an electrical hob.

Everything was great! Nice pool in the top, very nice staff, in front of the beach, they let me do the check in early.

The plumbing is not that good, there was a slight smell. Massive building.

The accommodation was nicely furnished and had all the facilities that you need, the location was good with views over the beach.

The condition of the rooftop pool was terrible but that isn't the accommodation owner's fault. There were lots of tiles off the pool and still in the water so you had to be careful where you stepped, plus there were very few sun loungers

Everything we wanted - excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shops, friendly owner, fantastic ocean views, spacious room and great hotel facilities.

The restaurant attached to it wasn't great and didn't have everything on the menu.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight home, but the price this was a perfect accommodation with everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing too I wasn’t expecting them to be so good! A very tidy and neat apartment and check in and out was very smooth too. The location is good, next to lots of restaurants and shops and the beach of course. I would definitely recommend to anybody!

This studio apartment is in an unbeatable location, right next to the beach with tons of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, super comfortable, and has everything you’d need—even a washing machine, which was a great bonus.

Clean and modern and host met us to show us around the building.

On the 10th floor of a large block of flats opposite the beach. Photos led us to believe it was actually on the beach…..and you could step out onto it.

The lift in the building is temporarily out of work while I stayed. The fire stairs have no balustrades or railings, not sure if that complies with local building construction codes.

View was great along with the amenities within the apartment. Overall was a great getaway for us.

Prime location near the beach, and super nice suprise that we could use all facilities in de building. Decoration of the appartement was also super cute.

I enjoyed every minute such a nice place which is so close to the beach and the stay was really nice with the luxury furnitures . Price is really reasonable.

You guys really need to look after the tea ,coffee packets and the hot water.

Very nice and clean apartment with beautiful sea view. It has all the facilities, especially what was important for us - hot water, washing machine, fan, plug adapters. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Only 20-30 mins by car from the airport.

Jenon the manager of the property was extremely helpful, efficient with great communication skills and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at breeze by roshi..! My husband and I,needed a quick getaway to unwind, and this place really delivered. From the moment we arrived, Jenon made us feel so welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, and they ensured we felt comfortable. Jenin was so helpful and made me feel like I was at home...he gave us 6 extra hours for check out Our room was spotless,100 % clean and felt like home and the view was stunning, it was the perfect place to relax. I also treated myself to a spa session, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was just what I needed! We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious, with great prices to match. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, I highly recommend The breeze by roshi ....
