Zeer fijn gelegen zeer dichtbij Negombo Beach en andere leuke plekken. De kinderen hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. We kregen direct een nieuwe kamer toen bleek dat de airco het niet meer deed. Er werd meegedacht over vervoer en andere praktische zaken.

De vloer rond het zwembad was zeer glad, de kinderen zijn meerdere keren uitgegleden.

Quite and friendly staff

Heerlijk verblijf met fantastisch personeel! Het hotel beschikt niet over een lift, dus het is wel iedere keer klimmen naar de tweede etage. We hadden een familiekamer geboekt, welke erg ruim is voor vijf personen met jonge kinderen. De kamer had alleen een glazen douchedeur die niet goed open en dicht ging, wat voor de kinderen wel een gedoe was. De dames van de receptie denken echt met je mee en geven goede adviezen. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld werden we direct netjes opgewacht door de chauffeur van het hotel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de luchthaven, wat het een ideale keuze maakt als eerste hotel van de vakantie. Het hotel heeft daarnaast een goed restaurant met veel lekkere gerechten op de kaart. In de straat vind je veel eetgelegenheden, maar hun eigen restaurant is absoluut aan te bevelen en zeker de moeite waard om te gaan eten. Tot slot was het zwembad groot genoeg voor de jonge kinderen.

Zwembad ruimte kan beetje opgeknapt worden. Verder fantastisch verblijf.

The bed was king size and super comfortable. Our rooms had balconies that overlooked the pool. We went for a swim in the pool and it was lovely. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. In particular the staff member named Jeewan was a very hard worker and accommodated all of our requests with a smile on his face, he was a standout! We loved the free airport shuttle too. We arrived at the Colombo airport late on a Saturday night and it was great to have a free ride to the hotel without needing to book our own transportation. It was super busy at the pick-up zone so we had to wait about 20 mins or so until the driver could get to us but all completely worth it. The driver's vehicle was clean and he was friendly and chatted with us during the trip.

The shower water pressure could have been better but it's likely due to Negombo not having great plumbing in general.

Die Unterkunft hat es gut gefallen. Das Abendessen war dort auch sehr gut. Am nächsten Morgen gab es Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war nett. Das Familienzimmer war groß. Das Hotel befindet sich zentral und man hat aus dem Fenster Meerblick. An der Seite Poolblick. Das Essen in dem Restaurant hat uns allen gut gefallen. Wir haben von Friedrice , Burger bis traditionelles Curry bestellt. Alles lecker.

Good amenities in a great location. Across the road from beach. Lots of eating options nearby. Airport pick up and breakfast were terrific.

Poor water pressure in shower

I really liked the friendly staff and the fact that they help take your backshop to the room

Property is quite run down. Quite a few things in room didn’t work toilet flushing not great, sink plug, safe, aircon leaked. Sheets in bed old holes and threadbare could have done with something besides just sheet on the bed.

The pick up was convenient and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed the stay.

There was an electricity issue because of which lights kept going off after every few minutes at night. Fan and ac would turn off too and we would have to keep calling the reception to ix it.at one point they even said it isn't in our control and we were scar3d the entire night about when would it just go off

Location and their guests treatment literally awesome.

Restaurant dishes really nice and prices literally feel expensive. At least can focus on that to give make some comfortable prices

Sind in unserem Urlaub hier bereits das 2. MAL eingekehrt. Personal super nett, hilfsbereit u. zuvorkommend. Es wird auch ein wenig deutsch gesprochen. Hier kann man Billiard spielen. Zentral gelegen, nahe am Strand. Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Guter Pool mit Aussicht zum Strand u. 5 Meter von unserem Zimmer entfernt. Flughafenservice. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ausstattung am Pool etwas veraltet.

The Seafood Embassy restaurant attached to the hotel is awful, AVOID - the food is inedible and we didn’t eat any of it. The service was also sooooo slow. The room is pretty tired and needs refreshing.

I stayed in this property for 2 nights with family. The location is very good with lots of restaurants around and few mins walk to the beach. The room was big and comfortable.

The meals at their restaurant Seafood Embassy were of good quality.

Parking was arranged at a nearby roadside property, and even the grass there had not been trimmed, giving a poorly maintained impression. The swimming pool was very dirty and not in a usable condition. The bedroom facilities were also very basic and did not meet our expectations.

Está perfecto para pasar una noche antes de coger el avión del día siguiente. La ubicación en muy buena ya que hay muchísimas opciones en la calle principal. El personal es muy muy agradable y te sientes bienvenido.

Las instalaciones son bastante modestas para un 4 estrellas.

Staff muito prestável, principalmente na facilidade depois para transporte para o aeroporto onde tiveram o cuidado de preparar o pequeno almoço (3am) Quarto grande e cama super confortável.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży. W pobliżu dużo sklepów i restauracji. Pokój duży i przestronny. Darmowy transport na lotnisko w cenie pobytu.

Dużo komarów, zwłaszcza na korytarzu. Obiekt stara się stosować środki typu wkłady do kontaktu, spirale, ale nie zawsze to pomaga. Basen początkowo ok, ale w ciągu kilku dni naszego pobytu jego czystość była coraz gorsza, na tyle, że już nawet nie chcieliśmy wchodzić do wody. Nic się nie poprawiło pomimo zgłaszania tego problemu obsłudze. Internet działał słabo i często go rozłączało. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na śniadanie - nawet przy braku innych gości w restauracji nie dało się otrzymać śniadania i zjeść szybciej niż w godzinę. Sejf w pokoju nie działał.

Location is excellent 2 mins from the beach. Room was huge. Breakfast nice and staff friendly

My room was not cleaned during my stay. Electric was off for a couple of hours one day but other than this i had a really nice stay

*it's located in the happenings and busy road. Beach is in opposite side of hotel. Food and shop along the street. *In house restaurant offer 10% discount. The price compares to others restaurant is cheaper even without discount. but food taste average. Tom Yam Soup is too much salty, not a little bit as mentioned. *Room is big & clean. Bed is soft and comfortable to sleep. Strong water shower & air corn. Room has a ceiling fan, letting the room colder. *Staff is friendly and helpful. Always smiling. *I booked a room with free airport transfer, it's really convenient.

*Wifi not stable. Sometimes is slow. *Soundproofing need to improve. I can clearly hear people is talking and discussing in the corridor. Our room is behind the kitchen. Sometimes the worker is making quite loud noice, we can hear it clearly in the room, expecially in the bathroom.

Convenience to airport and free airport shuttle

Was not very clean , air conditioning didn’t work nor the tv , mentioned to staff who said they would investigate but did not hear back from them , bathroom not clean and smelled of urine.

La chambre était propre, la literie confortable, la climatisation était bonne, la piscine rafraîchissante et à quelques pas de la mer et des restaurants.

Rapport qualité prix c’était excellent et en plus le transport jusqu’à l’aéroport était compris dans le prix de la chambre ainsi qu’un très bon petit-déjeuner.

The room was very well prepared and spotlessly clean. Access to the property was easy, and they were flexible with parking arrangements. It offered excellent value for money. The caretaker was especially kind and even offered a glass of juice to our baby.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when interacting with guests—simple greetings would make a positive difference. The ceiling fan was quite noisy, and the TV was slow to operate.

They forgot the airport pickup! The local area and beach are not nice. Nothing to see or do really. The beach is strewn with trash and burned debris.

Great pool with plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant and bar downstairs was clean and tidy

Breakfast needs to commence earlier than 8am ! Especially if you need to leave for the airport early.

Didn't feel clean. The sheets smelt bad. Mattress had dips. But it was very cheap so ok for price. Maybe other rooms were cleaner so worth a go for convenience.

The employees were very kind an sweet. The hotel has an amazing swimming pool , is close to the beach and the area is amazing. You can walk and visits small shops. The food was also great! The service at the restaurant was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that want to spend the last few days in Sri Lanka, before travelling home.
