Boa localização, ganhamos upgrade para um quarto família amplo e confortável, banheiro era enorme e tinha até um pequeno espaço kids.

O café da manhã opcional é servido em outro local, então poderia ter uma pequena cozinha para fazer/aquecer alimento.

Rapporto qualità prezzo super! Nulla da dire, buona posizione, ampia e spaziosa la camera, puliza discreta. Ma considerando il prezzo, non credo si potesse fare di meglio

Pulizia della camera non eccellente, ma nulla di grave

Ci tornerei sicuramente. Staff troppo gentile e disponibile! Posizione perfetta per visitare xi'an, mezzi pubblici vicini, camera GIGANTE. Avrei trascorso qui più tempo. Lavanderia interna comodissima. Ottimo prezzo e possibilità di fare colazione(non in loco, ma a due passi)

La struttura è molto ben organizzata, accogliente, le stanze sono molto belle e si possono chiudere i propri oggetti personali negli armadietti

Vicinanza alla metro, al quartiere musulmano, che ti permette di visitare la città al meglio. Ci sono tanti negozi e ristoranti con un cibo

La mappa di booking non rispecchia per niente la posizione indicata infatti ci siamo dovuti affidare all App cinese per trovarlo.la foto dell ingresso di booking non rispecchia per nulla la realtà

Amazing! We were so shocked at how great it was for the price! They have free laundry services and the rooms are so big with huge windows. They even had gym equipment in the room.

Great Hostel, nice facilities in the room, nice bed and comfy. Friendly staff , very welcoming very helpful . Just next door there's a little supermarket and a convenient store. 5 min walking distance to Bell Tower.. and many shops and food locations. If I go next time to Xian I'll definitely consider this Hostel again.

The laundry area could have been a bit more clean. I had to clean the washing machine inside a bit with some tissue paper before I put my clothes in . I even found a cigarette inside :( .

La disponibilidad del personal, la amplitud, dotación y limpieza de la habitación, la calidad-precio. Tienen servicio de lavandería gratuito (usas las maquinas y tiendes tu), el barrio en el que está (con supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina, restaurantes, metro, bicicletas) y está en pleno centro, lo que te permite llegar a pie a todos los monumentos y barrios dentro de las murallas. Cuando vuelva a Xi’an volveré a quedarme aquí.

Alguna toalla estaba raída. En todo caso estaban completamente limpias.

La ubicacion es excelente. Y el personal amable. Habia un mini gymnasio en la habitacion

La limpieza no cumplia con los minimos. Puertas del baño rotas. El poco gel que habia en los baños estaba relleno con agua. Las toallas eran trapos desilachados y alguno manchado

Hotel correct avec des chambres spacieuses mais avzc des équipements un peu vétuste. L’emplacement est correct mais un peu éloigné du métro.

Номер большой, все как на фото. Воду ставят каждый день. Шапочки для душа, расчестка,тапки, зубные щетки ложат каждый день. На этом все плюсы закончились.

Очень грязно. За три дня проживания в номере ни разу не убирались. Заселились в грязный номер. Только постельное было поменено. Полотенца все рванные. Но постельное белоснежное. Хотя на пододеяльнике плесневелые пятна. Вся мебель грязная до ужаса, паутина в углах комнаты и в туалете. Полы вообще не подметают и не моют. Не понимаю, откуда такие положительные отзывы.Воняет канализацией из душевой кабинки просто невыносимо.Я закрывала сливные дыры пакетами и резиновыми тапками. Но все равно воняет. Мебель поломанная, в умывальнике просто сломанную переднею часть ящика вставили, когда заселились дочь стала мыть руки, она упала ей на ногу, пробила ногу. Это просто ужасный хостел .

Location. Walkable distance to Zhonglou station. Lots of food stall, shops around the station to enjoy. Free washing machine to wash clothes. Love it

La atención era muy pasiva, la chica siempre estaba cansada. La habitación con las paredes muy muy sucias, los muebles rotos, toallas rotas, mucha mugre... todo muy desaliñado.

Nice staff and room

Literie très confortable, emplacement idéal à proximité du métro et des principaux sites touristiques (Bell et Drum Towers, quartier musulman).

Comme la salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvent dans la chambre, le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement. La propreté laisse donc un peu à désirer. De même pour le sol et les lavabos.

Ruime bedden en ruime kamers. Alle faciliteiten zitten in de kamer en daarnaast is het allemaal ook super schoon. Direct om de hoek zitten supermarkten en restaurantjes. De metro is een klein stukje lopen, maar dat is goed te doen!

Gute Lage. Komfortable Zimmer.

Niemand hat Englisch gesprochen. Unsere Zimmerkarte hat nicht funktioniert - war ein bisschen Drama. Aus irgendwelchen Gründen hat es im Bad permanent nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Handtücher waren total zerschlissen.

Хороший отель. Очень понравился номер, было чисто, номер убирался, все принадлежности и вода предоставляются. Так же приятный и большой плюс - это бесплатная прачечная Персонал хороший. Сначала заселили не в тот номер, что я выбрал в приложении, но сразу исправили ошибку и тысячу раз извинились. В последний день прибывания девушка на ресепшене даже помогла мне разменять деньги. В плане соотношение цена-качество-расположение(отель расположен в самом центре, плюс удобно добираться на метро) наверное лучший вариант который можно найти в Сиане

Las habitaciones son excelentes, totalmente equipadas. Lockers individuales con cerradura que se abre con la misma tarjeta de la puerta. Toilet y shower dentro de la habitación.

Brilliantly central but loved the buzzing area for food and market stalls around the hostel. Was great to share a room and also meet others in the communal areas downstairs.

Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa porque, siendo dos personas, nos dieron una habitación pensada para cuatro. Estaban de obras en el hotel y tuvimos suerte :). Era amplia, muy cómoda y con un baño moderno y espacioso. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo, y el personal muy atento. Para el precio que tiene, es un alojamiento perfecto y 100% recomendable.

En nuestro caso, no encontramos nada negativo.

O quarto era bem grande! Se não fosse pela limpeza que deixou um pouco a desejar, mereceria nota 10!

Las habitaciones son muy grandes, con sofá y zona de comedor. El baño es muy grande también..la ubicación bien.

Hostel is easily accessible by metro, bus and taxis. Room was very clean and spacious (we had a private room). The exercise equipment in the room was a good idea and I was able to use at anytime. We were able to try on traditional clothes offered by the hotel. The staff was also very helpful.

The signage at the front was hidden and the hostel reception is accessed by entering a short alley which did not look very safe when first seen.

The staff were professional and agreed to move us to a new room after the first night. Location is fine.

The whole place feels like the owners acquired what was a nice hotel 15 years ago and stopped looking after it. The ceiling of our first room was covered in black mould. The bathroom had barely been cleaned since the last occupant (complete with gross hairball stuck to the wall). The building is dark, dingy and smells of damp and cigarettes. The centralised air-con did not work in either room so just a fan moving stale air around. Pretty grimy

De kamer stonk naar rook en de receptie wist ons niet de juiste tijd te vertellen wanneer de lichtshow bij de pagode begon.

Hotel colman una habitación grande a 10 min del metro andando. Bien relación calidad precio. No se desayuna ahí. Está metiéndote a través de una galería.

Spacious room and well equipped Hosts are really lovely

The doors to the bathroom are tinted glass but you can easily see through especially when the light is on. Not great when directly opposite the beds and you are not a couple!

Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione principale e alle vie del centro (torre della campana e quartiere musulmano) Colazione fornita in hotel vicino veramente ottima

La stanza puzzava di fumo veramente sgradevole, l’ingresso della struttura non era molto accogliente. La zona lavanderia era abbastanza degradata e quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire di questo servizio

Ho avuto quello per il quale ho pagato: un letto. Non di più.

Lavandino in camera non separato così che di notte o la mattina uno deve lavarsi alla penombra. Stanze buie, la zona bagno andrebbe pulita di più ed evitare di mettere un anti igienico copri water. Non c'è l'asciugatrice. Nessun servizio particolare, ma per la cifra capisco che non fosse possibile offrire di più.

La habitación era enorme y tenía de todo, hasta una maquina de gimnasio. Estaba muy bien ubicado y las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables.

L'accueil était chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin. L'hôtel est très facile à trouver et se trouve à peine à une dizaine de minutes. Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre était top. Je recommande vivement pour découvrir cette ville incroyable.

Ubicación

Staff were friendly, the room was a decent size, soft bed and very comfortable. Location wasn't bad, about 20 minutes walk to Xi'an sights. Free wash and dryer. Convince store next door and many restaurants to choose from.

Smoking in the rooms and building.

The location is perfect, it was super easy to get around the city. We loved the place (and their hidden garden terrace!) so much that we decided to extend our stay. The staff is incredibly helpful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They even have a kitchen. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Good price. The accommodation in the alley seems to be rare, but it's not difficult because the staff is very observant. Just walk in and drag the bag, they know that we are customers. Easy to talk to. The entrance may look a little old compared to the cover. But the room is like the picture, so don't worry.
