Misschien een bord hangen op de hoek van de straat, ingang is zijstraat en niet op de hoofdweg. Was er voorbij zonder dat het me opviel

I liked the location and the room

Staff was very nice, they were helpful every time. The location is great, very close to the main tourist attractions.

The room smelled of cigarettes and it was very unpleasant. The breakfast wasn’t great and it lacked options.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et la chambre est pratique et confortable. Nous sommes arrivées tôt pour déposer nos bagages, mais le personnel a eu la gentillesse de nous donner notre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait plusieurs options occidentales, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, et des bouteilles d’eau étaient disponibles en libre-service. Une adresse très pratique à Xi’an !

The location is superb and the breakfast is varied and abundant. The staff are quite friendly and there's the chance to book yours at the hotel.

The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom was a little run down (black silicone, mould between the tiles). We asked the staff to dust and it was done in a timely manner.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum, nahe an der Metro, Zimmer war groß und praktisch. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal war hilfsbereit, auch fast ohne Englischkenntnisse.

Excellent location -- just 2 min walk to exit 3 of the train station and the Muslim quarters was at exit 1. Spacious family room too -- very comfortable beds.

It was unhygienic that there were fresh moles everywhere even on the toiletries tray for fresh toothbrushes. We got ill while staying there. Staff not friendly and breakfast standard below average so we skipped breakfast for few days even though we paid for it.

La posizione dell'albergo è in pieno centro (un bellissimo caos, caratteristico della città) a pochi passi dal quartiere mussulmano. Colazione molto buona. Lavanderia comoda, con lavatrici e asciugatrici. Bevande a disposizione.

Avevo prenotato una camera diversa da quella che mi è stata assegnata (molto più piccola) quando gliel'ho fatto presente mi hanno risposto che era la stessa, ma la foto descriveva una stanza molto più grande.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar lo más importante de Xi'an. Puedes ir andando a todo. El desayuno es muy completo, cocina continental y asiática de buena calidad. Las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables.

We got a 2nd floor room; hoping (and requested) a high-floor room. But generally, very very good incl nice hot coffee ☕️ at breakfast. Most IHG coffee machines are making only lukewarm temp coffee.

Location is great. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom size were great. Plenty of water in bottles available for guests.

Laundry facilities could be improved with more washing / drying units. Wifi connection was poor.

Emplacement excellent ! Proche des visites, de la vie nocturne, des restaurants. La chambre, le lit, la douche et la laverie! Petit déjeuner correct. Concierge à valise le jour de départ. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Xi’an’s main attractions. However, the breakfast was quite basic and did not offer many options.

Good hotel from a well-known hotel chain. Service is good, the room is comfortable. In the very center, close to metro station. Bell and Drum Towers are 5 minutes walk.

Pude fazer check in antecipado porque o quarto já estava liberado. Isso foi iniciativa proposta pelo staff, o que me surpreendeu muito!! Camas confortáveis e toalhas grossas e grandes. Laundry bem equipado.

Great location.

The rooms are quite dated, and the breakfast wasn’t particularly good. However, the most frustrating part of the stay was the housekeeping. On the first morning, a member of the cleaning staff entered my room at 8 am, shouting in Chinese, which was extremely disruptive. The next day, I made sure to lock the room, but from around 7 am she was shouting loudly in the corridor. The early-morning noise made it very difficult to sleep and was one of the biggest negatives of my stay.

The WiFi and signal for our esims were poor. (As a foreigner) Alipay and mini apps on the WiFi were quick.

La posizione centralissima, a pochi metri dalla Torre del Tamburo e della Campana. A una breve passeggiata anche dal quartiere musulmano. La colazione era abbastanza ricca soprattutto quella salata, mentre il dolce scarseggiava.

Das Hotel bietet die absolute beste Lage. Man ist überall wo man will sehr schnell... Es ist am Anfang etwas schwer zu finden, du musst aber einfach von der Hauptstraße in die Gasse laufen damit du es siehst. Das Personal war nett, haben aber keine weiteren Info über das Hotel etc erhalten, denk der Sprachbarriere geschuldet.

Проверенный годами сервис известного сетевого отеля. Все отлично. В номерах чисто. Завтраки неплози. Месторасположение хорошее, даже принимая во внимание, что в Сиане все достопримечательности разбросаны в разных концах))

The room was not clean, even after the daily cleaning a dead fly remained on the floor, and the bathroom was very dirty.

Our room and especially bathroom were a little bit worn out, with some unpleasant smells. Bathroom badly needed some refreshment.

Kostenloses Wasser überall und das frühstücksbuffet Große Zimmer- wir hatten mit 4 Personen und 3 Koffer gut Platz

Zimmer könnte sauberer sein- unter dem Bett war noch Müll von früheren Gästen und die Fugen im Bad bzw vorallem vor der Dusche müssten dringend neu gemacht werden Das WC hatte Flecken und sämtliche „Polstermöbel“ im Zimmer ebenfalls. Und leider waren beide Trockner im 2. Stock kaputt- es gab somit nur 2 weitere für das ganze Hotel was viel zu wenig ist

Не сразу нашли вход в гостиницу. Вход с торца. Нет указателя входа.

Удобство в номере, чистота, хорошие завтраки. В целом это Holiday Inn, держат марку. Цена полностью соответствует.

Не сразу получилось найти вход, не хватает указателей, что вход сбоку здания, а не впереди, где вывеска.

Posizione super centrale, a 5 minuti dalla torre della campana e dalla Metro. A piedi ci si muoveva ovunque nelle vicinanze (dal quartiere mussulmano alle antiche mura della città). La colazione era piccola ma curata in ogni dettaglio.

I ragazzi alla reception non sanno una parola di inglese. Purtroppo anche le minime richieste o indicazioni richiedevano il traduttore.

Habitación y baños grandes con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas, personal que habla inglés lo cual se agradece en China y en general lo que uno puede esperar de un hotel de cadena internacional. Отличный отель в своем ценовом сегменте. Шикарное местоположение: слева колокольная башня, справа городская стена, через дорогу ТРЦ. Очень отзывчивый персонал как на ресепшене, на завтраках, так и при обслуживании номеров.. Обслужиивание номеров своевременно, быстро и качественно.
