2 of the double beds were not really big enough for 2 adult people. They weren’t comfortable enough as a result.

The two rooms on the top floor were not great. The smallest room is only suitable for a small child and the other room was large but extremely cold and had a number of beds in it - this would only work if lots of children maybe? Very low ceilings and we hit our heads many times! Beds pretty poor quality in all rooms. Also the gas hob didn’t really work as gas so low that we had to abandon using it. Did report it.

No clear guidelines to operate TV. Walk up 3 floors to 3 bedrooms.

Provide clear directions on how to check in to the apartment . Instead of having to call the land line to be told that we need to go to the enter tromso viking hotel which is 2 min away to collect keys. No clear indication on where to park the car before we arrived. Parked opposite the apartment and got chase out by the neighbours.

Upstairs bedroom ceilings sloped and quite low. No bathroom on that uppermost floor. Otherwise a lovely place!

The property was a little cold but the fire soon fixed it
