Excellent photographer made beautiful pictures such that the accommodation looks like a luxury apartment on Booking.com. Part of the staff was helpful, especially the fellow from Slovakia. The description of the apartment is formally (!) correct.

There is more than one apartment in the building - we have been unlucky to get one on the ground floor. Instead of having a nice view, our apartment (and its terrace) was adjacent to the quite busy street, see first picture. Thus, we kept the curtains always closed. Although the pictures on Booking.com have been made in the real apartments, there are misleading: We expected an elegant and stylish apartment, however, we found it sterile, see second and third picture. Further, it was very dirty, as an example, see fourth picture. We asked to clean the apartment - the staff was partially successful. Although we have stayed there for three days, we never cooked in the kitchen - it was too disgusting. Our advice is to rent car and get out of Tromso as quick as possible (bad cost-benefit ratio). We had a fantastic accommodation on Senja with gorgous landscapes and a wonderful host.

Nice and big room which locate not that far from the city and the ck in counter is in the hotel that so comfortable. Front staff were nice.

the Parking cost 350NOK, which quite expensive and the shower can not use proper so we used rain shower instead which I think it need to be fixed. Need a manual for check in as we spent time to find the room for a while.

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté. S dobrou dostupností do centra města, kousek autobusem na letiště. Personál milý, ochotný.

Mrzelo nás, že si nemůžeme otevřít balkon, byl zamčený. A chyběla nám lopatka se smetáčkem, ale paní uklizečka chodila každý den, tak to asi nevadilo.

Property is a comfortable serviced apartment nearby to a hotel. The property is spacious and well appointed.

I was disappointed that the photos in the listing did not match the reality. It was a ground floor apartment with no view. I did not feel like it represented value for money

Zentral gelegen. Gute Erreichbarkeit.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spärlich. Etwas mehr Geschirr/Besteck wäre nicht schlecht. Dann braucht man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit einen halb vollen Geschirrspüler anmachen. Die Bedienung des Fernsehers ist sehr speziell und bietet wenig Spielraum.

Het was nog wat vuil bij aankomst met name de keuken en de slaapkamer. Zou mooi zijn als er een 2e sleutel was geweest met 6 personen

The apartment was clean(when we arrived), location was good (10-15 minutes walk from the center of the town) , with amazing view and staff incredibly friendly.

However, even though the apartment was initially very clean, the cleaning service was basically non existent. The only thing they did was coming by every two days or so and taking put the trash (most of the times they only took out the trash from the kitchen and one bathroom, but not for the other) Also, the fireplace did not work at all, and even though we reported the issue and told us that someone will come over and fix it , they never did.

Really spacious for our group of 4 people. Great views from the living area, watching the dawn sun each morning and the sky changing colours was beautiful. Kitchen met our needs. Really liked the location, just a short walk into Tromsø centre.

Heel mooi en groot appartement. Heel proper. We hadden een mooi uitzicht en we konden zelfs het noorderlicht zien vanop het balkon en de slaapkamer. Alles in Tromsø is op wandeling dus de locatie is perfect.

The apartment is in a great location - less than a 10 min walk and you’re right in the centre of Tromso …. perfect! Fully functioning kitchen which has everything you need for a self catered stay. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of hanging and shelf space in the wardrobes. The beds felt a little small compared to other stays in Norway but they were perfectly adequate for our stay. The bathroom was huge - great shower and lots of space for toiletries. Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. You won’t go wrong with a stay here - it’s great!

We went as a group of friends and loved the living area to cook, sit and chat. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well maintained.

Could have done with 1 or 2 full size mirror outside the bathrooms. This would have helped others get ready when bathroom was occupied. Also some basic kitchen supplies like tea, coffee, salt, pepper would have been good to have.

we highly recommend this very lovely place. location is good which only takes you 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city center. the staffs are super friendly and we didn't expect our room was ready 3 hours before check-in time! they also responsed very quickly when we messaged them!

You can see the aurora when you just walk out of the house. Although it's not in the most popular area, you can have a better chance to catch the northern lights in a darker place. The house has full equipment you need. It's also pretty quiet and cozy.

The check-in counter is a bit difficult to find. I took a while to find it. But it's okay.

Aurora Homes, location is just 5-10 mins walk to central Tromso and nearby down the street is Kwik Supermarket. Very convenient. Home is clean and utensils good enough to cook. We didnt get exactly the apartment as the picture however, we had a good size 3 bedroom and living/dining area for 7 pax. Staff friendly and responsive to small issues we encountered in the unit which in the beginning was inconvenient. What is good is daily towel change and trash clearing and on request cleaning were great except on Sundays.

A little inconvenient is there is no in-house phone connected to Hotel reception (St Elisabeth) and we had to walk over to another street to speak on issues we encountered. Our challenge is our phone SIM does not seem to work in Norway. We discovered TV channels not working, toilet sinks water flow very slow and needed to be unclogged, the stove need manual intervention at the fuse box.

Esta perfecto. Piso comodo y amplio a 10 minutos andando del centro y tal como aparece en las fotos.

La cafetera y la chimenea no funcionaban. Vinieron para arreglarlo pero fue imposible y como compensacion nos regalaron a los 5 una sesion de spa en el Hotel St-Elisabeth

We have two reservations for three bedrooms two bathrooms,in total we are staying here for three nights ! But one of our apartments 302 bathroom shower handle is broken before we arrived ! We called them at first night and until we leave tromso 3days later, no one come and fix ! Really shocked about Norwegian working attitude and efficiency!

Großzügige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung die selbst auch sehr sauber waren. Lage und Aussicht des Apartments war gut, es gibt aber auch andere wo dies weniger gut war. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis für Tromsö. Kostenloses Netflix Angebot. Parken ist in Tromsö extrem teuer und eingeschränkt, der Unterkunftsbetreiber bietet hier eine gute Möglichkeit. Kommunikation war schnell und gut. Zentrale Lage zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen der Stadt.

Fenster und Gartenmöbel scheinen kein Bestandteil der Apartment Reinigung zu sein und waren sehr schmutzig.

Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum! Alles wat je nodig hebt , is aanwezig ! Je kan gebruik maken van het ontbijtbuffet dat bij het hotel hoort! Alsook het restaurant op de rooftop.

De toegang tot het appartement was heel vies en vuil! Er hing ook een indringende geur!

Lokalizacja miejsca fantastyczna - blisko do centrum miasta, dosłownie 7 minut piechotą. Bezpłatny parking po drugiej stronie ulicy, choć personel niezbyt zorientowany, że w weekendy są bezpłatne parkingi. Personel bardzo miły. W apartamencie wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy.

Brak jasnej informacji w trakcie bookowania oferty, że nie jest depozyt, jakie są zasady działalności apartamentu.

Nicely furnished apartment, equipment worked. Located walking distance to the city center. High end kichen equipment. More than sufficient supplies - cleaning materials, towels etc.

We were initially overcharged for parking - staff agreed to revert excess charges were reverted showing that parking rate published in the flyer is 100 NOK/day lower than what we were charged. Fridge door does not close properly. At the price charged for our stay, I expected parking to be included.

It was very hot. The door to the balcony was broken and secured with tape. The shower flooded very fast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault the service. The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. It was perfect for our needs. I would recommend staying here when in Tromso. The centre is a short walk.

We missed pillows as two of us sleep with two pillows. When asking the reception, one additional pillow was given, without pillow case. The pillow case was not brought any of the following days nor the additional pillow. The ventilation machine is extremely loud, the entire time. We had to sleep with earplugs due to the machine. The hot water runs out for the fourth person. So take quick showers.

House Is Huge, Modern and everything is tidy, and it’s a warm house.

Hot water supply wasn’t sufficient for 7 people, probably sufficient for 4 persons? And you need to wait for 1-2 hours to have another round of hot water.

The apartment is very spacious, as well as being modern and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could need (maybe the hairdryer could be better, but otherwise everything good). The location was fine, walking distance from the centre. We picked up the keys from a nearby hotel.

The shower is not done very well, so the water runs out onto the floor and we constantly needed to put towels there that would get soaked with every shower - so strange, considering the whole flat is otherwise done very well. Another thing was that there were no kitchen basic essential items such as salt, sugar, oil. Again, considering how you have a full kitchen, it would have been great just to have these. Lastly, the flat is advertised to have a balcony - but the door is locked! Why??

Excellent stay. Very nice apartment. Modern and convenient with all amenities. Would like to visit there in the near future. Got to see the aurora borealis during our visit in mid-september.

Because it was not clear where to pick up the keys, we contacted the owner by phone. We got three different phone numbers including one that was no longer connected. Finally found out that the apartment is rented by Hotel St. Elisabeth (they also own the place). So we got the keys there and paid for a private parking ticket at 200 NOK per day. This process should have been made clear much earlier so that we did not have to call 3 different phone numbers.

The apartments are located within 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (around $25 USD each way). You have to first stop at the main reception to pick up keys and the apartments are a short walk away (ask your taxi to wait while you pick up keys if you have a lot of luggage). You will get clear instructions from the host before arrival. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room/kitchen. The bathroom has a large sink, washer (no dryer), toilet and a large shower with doors (rare in Norway), but there is no place to put the soap or shampoo; Two bedrooms have a lot of space and full sized mattresses (not queen/king size), but pillows are too small and stubby. Wi-Fi is very fast (100 mbps) and there is a grocery store nearby along with a good Italian restaurant with pizza within a short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Tromso for a night or for a week.

Pillows are too small. Shower room can use a small tray to place the soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Bed in main room was very poor quality. Other room was tiny and very unsuitable for 2 people No air conditioning as advertised. No tv programmed for channels.
