Bali residence 12 SeaView 1-6 Pax WaterPark Jonker stadthuy famosa

Rumah bersih, luas dan host baik (boleh bawak bincang la if you need apa2). Pool also best and ada cafe nearby pool so nk beli makan also mudah.

Paling WORST, dari awal dekat parking signboard numbering mmg confused kan org...if you nk parking you kena turun tgk number baru you nk parking otherwise tersalah sia2 kena bayar. No 2. TERPALING WORST adalah lif, level ada 30 lebih lif each level 4 je...so bayangkan kalau tgh peak...masa sampai mmg menguji kesabaran sbb dah la parking susah...lif Pon nk naik berejam tunggu...blom cerita bahagian nk balik...ingat keluar awal sbb check out kul 11....tunggu lif almost 30 MINS!!!! semua penuh baik naik atau turun...last2 semua pakat turun TANGGA nasib this house level 12 tapi berpeluh gak la angkut barang nk turun...

To me I’m happy with everything. No complaint. Exactly like in the photo that the host provides on booking.com.

The house was dusty, there were cockroaches, the toiletries were of poor quality, and the furniture and fixtures were old and worn. Most importantly, they accused me of damaging the furniture while ignoring the fact that the poor condition of the furniture nearly caused an accident involving my parent. They deducted money from my security deposit despite my objections and explanation. I am filing an official complaint, as I will not tolerate this kind of unfair treatment and bullying. They will create a WhatsApp group to communicate with guests. Please be aware that the group's administrators have the ability to keep or unkeep messages. As a result, they can selectively retain messages that are favourable to them.

Superb stay

Bagus dan selesa

Tiada

Very nice and accommodating owners making check in process easy also exceptionally easy to regain our deposit on the room as an overseas customer

Semuanya okey dan mudah berurusan..

Tiada..

Be prepared if you book this stay as you have to go through a very lengthy process to self check in and check out. To make things worse there’s no cell phone network in the building. It’s very difficult to communicate with the host for checking in and check out. You have to take videos of the room to check in and check out in order to get your deposit back, we merely missed our boss because it’s hard to communicate with the host during checkout process. I would suggest to avoid this place if you want to save yourself much trouble.

Nice

Homestay ini memang sangat bagus, bersih dan selesa. Staff pula peramah, info yang diberikan jelas dan membantu. Memang tidur pun lena, semua kemudahan lengkap. Sangat recommended🥰🥰🥰

Highly recommend! The house was clean and well-maintained. The host provided clear and detailed information. Maybe the owner can add a mirror outside the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!👍

位置方便，环境安静

卫生方面需要改进，入住期间在房间的床头柜里发现了两三只小蟑螂

I had such a great stay here! The house was super clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed—there’s an iron, working aircond, fast WiFi, Netflix, and even a swimming pool! Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, everything else made up for it. Free parking is a big plus, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of the city, so everything is nearby and easy to access. Definitely recommended and would love to come back again!

Good location, around 10 min drive to Jonker Street. Host is very attentive & responsive. Received detailed instructions and had a smooth check-in. Property is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Host also included amenities like water dispenser, TV. Stable wifi and Netflix are plus points to me as my partner was busy with work during the trip.

1)When sleeping at night, even though the room door is closed, but due to strong wind, the door vibrates and make noice. 2)The extra blankets quite smelly, maybe no change

Host is very helpful in assisting customers. Refund process is very quick. All facilities is good. We are very satisfied with our stay. Pool and gym also have an easy access. Recommended! ❤️
