The air-cond in the living room really need some maintenance since its not cold at all. One of the air-cond in the double bedroom is making noises and makes it really hard to get a good rest. The other master bedroom was good and I don't have any complain.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Apartment sgt luas.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026It got slide area for kids to play and enough beds for big family.
The wifi coverage is so bad. The mobile network also not good if you stay in the rooms. You only can get access to pool, but not to the gym. The agent should book the gym session, but when i chat the agent, only get reply from AI. So, if you plan to use gym here, i guess it is prohibited for the guest..

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Host was responsive. There was no internet on the wifi and host was able to resolve it before dinner.
The pool has green algae and the water looks greenish too. I am worried my young kids will fall sick after swimming in the pools. The living room aircon is not blowing cold air. The 2 bedrooms aircon is very noisy and the blower wheels seem to be stuck with dirt as the air flow was choppy.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The swimming pool is fun though the tiles were broken. My kid fell down after stepped on the broken tiles.
The unit was not well maintained. 1. The shower head holder in the master bedroom was missing, leaving no place to hang the shower head. 2. The Wi-Fi was not working. After we reported the issue, the owner asked us to use an alternative Wi-Fi network but the connection was very weak and unreliable. 3. The game machine was not functioning. 4.. Some of the balls in the ball pit were broken and had not been replaced. 5. The blanket in the master bedroom was pilled, making it very uncomfortable to use. The building was not well maintained. 1. Some of the tiles in the swimming pool were broken. My child even stepped into a hole while swimming. 2. During the daytime, the lights in the car park and lift lobby were switched off, making the environment very dark and unsafe. The unit was not clean. 1. The floor was sticky. 2.The carpet in the living room was dirty and had black stains. In addition, the listing on Booking.com stated that two of the three bedrooms were equipped with large double beds. However, the beds provided were only queen-size beds rather than king-size beds, which was misleading and did not match the description in the listing. Due to the poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and inaccurate listing information, I would not stay in this unit again and would not recommend it to others.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The unit is spacious, clean, and has some games and activities for children inside.
The main issue is the swimming pool, where many tiles have become loose and broken, resulting in sharp edges. During my visit, I observed three separate incidents of injuries caused by cuts from the damaged tiles.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The beds were comfy. Overall it was a satisfying stay.
The TV did not have WiFi connectivity. I believe this is the 2nd time I've experienced it. It's quite an inconvenience especially for families with young kids who heavily rely on YouTube to keep them occupied. Also, one of the bathrooms had leaky shower heads.
