Generally clean, but can be cleaner. Curtains have mold, please change it. Bathroom is a little slippery, provide proper bath towels. Kitchen lacks drinking mugs and cleaning rags/cloth.

Small bathroom. Upon our request, they act immediately to buy the stick on hanger for us to hang cloths in the bathroom. If not, we have to put our clean clothes on a chair right outside the bathroom. There is no place for us to keep or put our facial cleaser, tooth brush, etc. The floor is sticky and my auntie has to mop the floor. Overall good location, new apartment, worthy for short stay.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Location was neat to IOI Mall. Room was properly furnish and well maintained. Aircon and water heater was pretty new. Water pressure was great. Bedding was a proper queen size bed and not Ikea type.
Unfortunately when i check , the water dispenser was not functioning and leaking. Carpark was at B2 and not being maintain. Host strictly only allowed for check in at 3pm and anything earlier will be extra charges.

Bedsheets are significant dusty, dining table cannot used for work unless you keep and move all the plates away. The shower area for both washrooms are stucked, flood during shower.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2024The interior deco of this unit was nice! It was cosy and clean. Besides, the directions to key collection and carpark were clear enough and we could easily maneuver over. The security guards were helpful and it was right next to IOI Mall, Kulai Jaya. Starbucks was just some 30 steps away too! It's very convenient!
The carpark can be a bit challenging for a new driver or those who are driving a big car as there are many pillars and sharp turnings. Water pressure is on the low side in the shower and bathing could be a long process if you have more than 4 pax.
