This is the third time i check in Kulai d'putra suites, was assigned to a poor unit (A111-03). Stay for 5days 4night but the thrash bag provided is poor quality and not enough (2pcs/day). The broom in the house is dirty too and the furniture in the house is low quality, coffee table stand is broken.

Especially on the carparks which is quite dark n lack of signage’s showing the direction to our designated carpark at B2.

The environment was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was comfortable for us throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little details and the effort put into making guests feel welcome. Definitely a place I would come back to again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Window beside the bed was opened & covered with curtain, if my kids step on the bed & lean against the curtain , I think tragedy will happen.

We could not find a trash bin in the kitchen nor any trash bags. Wondering why it could not be confirmed earlier about our request for the late checkout. Since we have committed to pay the late checkout fee, could the late checkout be confirmed at once? It could have affected our programme if it was informed on the day of checkout that we could not do a late checkout.

Not able to exceses to tv due interest probleam. Even call complain they also cant fix from 6pm to 8pm. Air cond probleam auto mode off room far. Request early check bcz traveling 68 yrs old mother sick never aloud me update 2.45pm to check in. Ask ic copy claim booking com dont provide full infomation during booking. Police reguest all lie Even ask pay deposit rm 100 told will return in 48 hours. After argument they never ask pay rm 100. Mention nothing update in booking.com dont simple ask. Honestly they many home stay same area attitude probleam only want chat in group many of them no idea who they are ?? What reply all 3 diffrent people. Claim guest check out 11.30pm till 2pm room not ready. Went check in cookerhoode its dirty still. Complain person come to check interest.
