It will be good to have fan in the bedroom as the bedroom aircon is not working very well. I would like to recommend others to bring your own bath towel, shower and shampoo as what is provided is extremely basic.

The unit is spacious and clean. towels are provided. Owner is responsive and helpful.

The homeowner has a very good attitude and responds promptly. Overall, the experience has been great.

Superb location. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Karaoke too. A 24hr convenient shop right opposite. Beds are comfortable Very clear check in n key collection instructions, and prompt replies from host. Security guards are helpful too

The apartment is spotless, even the windows are perfectly clean. Can tell the operator put an effort to upkeep the condition of the apartment for the comfort of its guests. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, check in was a breeze and one thing i like is 12pm check out time. Some of the operator only extent to 11am.

Carpark is very narrow.

The location is quite ideal as there are tons of eateries just around the neighbourhood. The owner is responsive & clear in the instruction in getting the keys & all. Room is spacious for 6 as there are 2 double beds & 2 single mattress. Hub likes the security of the building, will consider stay again

Just a little hipcup on checking as only managed to checked in around 4.30pm instead of 3pm reason being peak season (but that shouldn't be the excuse). It would be good to inform us earlier as we were there really early but went for movie as know that we can't have early check in. Nevertheless, owner is fast in responding & offer a late check out as an apology (just that we do not nd late check out)

Great location walking distance to restaurants, Jaya grocer, massage, nail salon. Good mattresses, pillows, blankets, towels. One towel was stained but they brought me a new one in 1h. Good layout of furniture.

Only grill gate can be locked from the outside and only 1 key provided. Better than the other place that required 2 padlocks that were on the inside of the grill gate (hard to get to). If we were not all going out together, we'd either have to be locked out (front door only locks from the inside and cannot be unlocked from the outside) or locked in (grill locked from the outside). Not great. My husband had anxiety about being locked out.

The location is great and the rooms are very clean

The apartment seems worn down

Owner text me after my booking done. She is so kind and helpful. The instructions to car parking clear and details. It is very convenient for food and entertainment, as well as beauty. The unit was so spacious and clean. My family can enjoy the TV show and sleep well . Will come again.

Host is very friendly and share all useful information upon check in and allowed us for 1 hour delay check out as my baby still sleeping.

- i think, idk if i didnt read thru or i got tricked, it says 2 bedroom but honestly and actually it just one bedroom, another bed are being put in the living room ( so no privacy ) - not really suitable for muslim ( surrounded by chinese shops so not sure if the shops is halal or not ) - got 2 bed but not ' bunk bed '
