L'Hirondelle de Kelibia : Chez Amou

Proprietari disponibili, simpatici e gentili. Persone di cuore che ci hanno fatto apprezzare ancora di più il soggiorno. Ambiente genuino e vero, per chi non ama troppi fronzoli. Colazione buona, varia ed abbondante. Vicinanza al mare e a poche decine di minuti dalle migliori spiagge della Tunisia.

Se si chiama l'hirondelle è perchè ci sono rondini che hanno nidificato all'"interno" della struttura il che vuol dire escrementi ovunque. E' fuori dal centro quindi il posto è tranquillo ma bisogna avere a disposizione l'auto per andare in centro o alla spiaggia di Kelibia, veramente molto bella. La vista della nostra stanza dava sul pollaio e sul balcone c'erano escrementi di topi che fortunatamente non abbiamo visto.. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione visto che tanti bar offrono colazioni a prezzi veramente bassi. Se vi basta un letto e la doccia, è perfetto (anche se il prezzo è un tantino alto!) ma la camera era pulita e grande.

Accueil au top. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et les échanges ont été très agréables. Les équipements sont simples mais suffisants pour quelques jours. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Emplacement très proche de la plage. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage.

Struttura molto semplice, pulita nelle stanze.

La posizione in mezzo al nulla ma era vicinissima al mare.

Résidence familiale, le personnel à l’écoute et sympatique. Bon petit déjeuner.

On se sent comme à la maison, un petit déjeuner est également proposé. La proximité avec la plage est un plus, l'éloignement de l'agitation de la ville aussi.

L'emplacement à proximité de Kélibia est bien et au calme. Proche de la plage. Stationnement facile (et pas mal de places à l'ombre).

2 chambres avec grand lit prévues au contrat. Nous avons eu une chambre avec grand lit ; comme 2ème chambre, la grande entrée qui distribue aussi la salle de bain/WC et pas de grand lit mais une banquette <190cm

L'accoglienza del signor Amou e della sua famiglia fa la differenza! L'appartamento (due stanze più un soggiorno e terrazzino) è curato e pulito e il clima è molto sereno anche con gli ospiti con cui si condividono la sala comune e il terrazzo. La colazione è buona, varia e abbondante e i gestori sono disponibili e premurosi nell'accogliere ogni richiesta. L'Hirondelle è a pochi minuti di auto da Kelibia, la spiaggia vicina è ampia e poco affollata, in auto si raggiungono in poco tempo le spiaggie davvero mozzafiato di Kelibia (Mansoura e Sidi Mansour). Se volete apprezzare l'ospitalità tunisina l'Hirondelle è il posto giusto! Gatti: tanti, discreti e tranquilli.

L informazione, la struttura si trova fuori kelibia di circa 3km,soltanto chi ha un auto a disposizione si può muovere,taxi problematici.ma il vero problema è che il nome è una garanzia.non avevo compreso che le rondini ci vivono nella struttura ,alle finestre ci sono reti per impedire ai volatili di circolare liberamente.per mia moglie che è allergica ha significato fuggire via.zona ancora in costruzione.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Amo Rafik und seine Frau Naima sind herzensliebe Leute. Sehr gastfreundlich und haben eine natürliche Freundlichkeit. Das besondere an den Zimmern ist die traditionelle Ausstattung und die tolle Dekorationen. Für die Gäste steht ein zusätzliches gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und größerer Kühlschrank. Der Strand ist sehr toll. Wir waren zum Vergleich im hochgelobten „Plage du Petit de Paris“ dieser war bei weitem nicht so toll wie der Strand in der Nähe des L‘Hirondelle de Kelibia. Die Ruhe, die türkise Farbe, klares Wasser, keine Felsen,wenig Leute. Einfach nur toll und zum entspannen. Das Frühstück ist teilweise aus eigener Herstellung. Die Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Das Obst teilweise aus eigenem Anbau. Wer mehr Aktion braucht, fährt 4 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Da gibt es u. a. einen kleinen Vergnügungspark für die Kinder.

L emplacement près d une plage. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. La literie est confortable. Le logement était propre.

L insonorisation n est pas top. On entend les voitures en bas de l hôtel et les chiens aboyer. Il manque également de quoi accrocher les serviettes et vêtements. De plus c est dommage qu il y avait qu une seule climatisation alors que nous avions 2 chambres et que la clim se trouvait dans celle des enfants.

Je fréquente l'établissement depuis 3 ans maintenant et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Nos hôtes sont devenus une famille pour nous, toujours aux petits soins , plein d'attentions. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse qui est à deux pas d'une plage.peu fréquentée.

Madame Naima is very nice, welcoming and friendly. She let us choose the room we preferred, and treated us like we were family. She offered us fresh eggs on our way out. The place is simple but clean. 1 min walk from boutique hotels, restaurants and pristine beach.

They do raise some farm animals there, so the sound of chickens, birds and dogs will start at sun rise. The rooms have the essentials, nothing luxurious, but kept clean and well maintained.

Our staying in L' Hirondelle didn't meet our expectations. Our communication was very difficult, because the stuff didn't speak english at all. The room was so old and unrenovated that the key hardly opened the room's door and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The stuff refused to prepare us breakfast and in the area there was no shop to buy water or something to eat. 45 euros per day is for sure not a fair price for this poor service and accomodation.

The staff and management were excellent! Very lovely and welcoming people. It’s an old style house and if you are looking for an authentic Tunisian breakfast then I would definitely recommend it!
