Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Intissar who cleaned the apartment was really very good and the apartment was really very good and comfortable and clean
Intissar did everything she could to get rid of the ants, but unfortunately, they kept coming back and were always present in the apartment. I was also very disappointed with the beach in front of the apartment. It was dirty and the water was not as clear or blue as Mansoura Beach. The road leading to the apartment was also in very poor condition, which made getting there difficult.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Nothing was good, the only redeeming feature was the beach, a beauty provided entirely by nature.
This was the worst experience I have had in 5 years of traveling to Tunisia. Everything was disappointing: Misleading Listing: The photos on the listing are highly ambiguous and do not reflect reality. They are clearly touched-up shots (or even AI-generated) taken from the best possible angles. Cleanliness and Comfort: There was an unbearable odor throughout the accommodation. The bed frames are built directly out of concrete, with very dirty mattresses and pillows. Furthermore, the bathroom is tiny (barely 1 m²) and combined with the toilet. Amenities and Outages: A power outage led to a complete loss of water, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The single air conditioner in the entire place was not working properly anyway. The small backup generator provided was only enough to power the lights, and even that kept shutting off every 2 to 3 minutes. Given these conditions, I was forced to cut my stay short and abandon the accommodation. Please refer to the attached photos to get a clearer picture.

Frigo ne marchait pas le congélateur sa allait on a appelé le propriétaire qui et venu voir le frigo il nous pas donné de réponse il et partie on plus eu de nouvelles odeur désagréable au toilette odeur d égout pourtant on était au deuxième étage

Pour un logement avec deux chambres parental il y a que un ventilateur et c'est un ventilateur non adapté à un logement c'est un ventilateur industrielle gros qui fait trop de bruit et même quand j'ai demandé un deuxième ventilateur pour la deuxième chambre pour avoir un peu d'intimité j'ai pas de réponse. Il y a un climatiseur dans le séjour mais vu que la taille de 6 jours elle est grande il n'est pas suffisant et avec une mauvaise électricité qui empêche le bon fonctionnement.

Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables. La literie tachée. La propreté devrait être améliorée à l’intérieur ainsi qu’à l’extérieur sur la plage. La réservation de notre appartement n’était pas compatible avec notre réservation. Les photos sur Booking portaient à confusion.

L’établissement au RDC est très bien situé mais vieillot. Salle de bain relativement étroite et très vétuste .

The flat had everything you needed, the only downside is that it is far from the centre, there are no supermarkets nor restaurant nearby. No taxi facilities too. From the centre, many taxi drivers did not want to take you or did not know the place, not easy. Small shop to buy few things but not much. The caretaker was polite, available and helpful. He gave us a number to call for takeaway and that was helpful. Thank you Wejden!
We had ants at times so we had to hide all the food in the fridge and clean frequently. But it wasn’t too bad. Countryside, far from the centre. Ideal if you rent a car. Far to reach from Tunis, about 2 hours by taxi.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2023Great location and place to stay. Right on the shore and with not too many people. Water was very warm and clear. We definitely recommend it. Very caring host helped us a lot and in general all people around were very welcoming. Close to city to get food and etc. and the fruits are really great! Kitchen is fully equipped, we were not missing anything during 10 days of staying there.
I would recommend to have your own towels.
