Reviewed May 7, 2025we extended our stay for for a second night and they overcharged us for the second night (because we didn't book through booking.com) and then didn't want to give us a refund. Staff was really not helpful and just smirked and didn't care. Really shitty customer service. ⚠️⚠️I would not go there again. And if you go, check exactly what rhey charge you and only book through booking.com ⚠️⚠️

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024My partner and I had a fantastic stay. It was in an affluent part of town so we always felt very safe. The staff went above and beyond and everyone was incredibly friendly. They helped us arrange our transport to different excursions and they even had laundry service! The restaurant onsite provides delicious options and there's nice touches and decor all around. Will stay here again and again.

I was given a room that was close to the kitchen. This resulted on heavy noises untill almost midnight since the people in the kitchen had to clean it after the rooftop was closed. The noise was really loud and prevented me be able to fall asleep until midnight what was not ideal

I spent there one night , arrived at around 18:30-19:00 o’clock evening , there is a cross fit center down in the same building it was so noisy and I couldn’t fall asleep! * there are no lockers for saving belongings . * tried to have shower twice , and there was no warm water at all . * not so hygienic.

The Hostel itself is great! Very nice building with big rooms and very good facilities and chill areas. Its also in a perfect location that is safe, chill but near all the bars/restaurants/cafes/etc. 100% would recommend
