Reviewed Mar 18, 2025The location was decent with laundry, grocery shop and some restaurants around.
Be careful while booking this property. There are several misleading information in their listing. Bedroom: The room is dark. The curtains you see can’t be moved around. There is no natural sunlight. And room size is not 60sqm. It’s half than that. It’s not at all soundproof because road is next to rooms and it’s extremely noise. I could not get any sleep due to noise. Kitchen: kitchen sink was filthy. There were no plates, spoons or forks. Just two cups and glasses. So it’s pretty much useless as you end up eating food with disposable ones. Bathroom: it had constant sewage smell. The water was not draining properly and one has to stop shower and wait for the water to drain before continuing to take shower. Towels provided were disposable ones and they don’t offer normal towels. There is no hair dryer so I wonder what female guests are expected to do with their wet hair? These are such basic things that not providing it to travels is just unbelievable. Customer service: I had problem with the apartment and communicated to the owner who takes hours to reply. About my noise complaint they refused to change any unit and insisted that I am sensitive one. No hair dryer or towels were provided despite requesting. When I requested to shorten my 7 nights to 4 nights, they told me to contact booking.com but then after I checked out, they refused to approve the changes. There was constant deceit by the owner. Never in my 20 years of traveling I have had any listing being so deceitful about amenities. These experiences are the reasons why I will stick to hotels and not book any apartments anymore.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024Great appartement, excellent fast service and a really prime location near ever needed facility, made it a truly exceptional accommodation. The place is very neat and hotel-like. Everything you need is available from coffee, tea, new towels, and all kinds of personal hygiene supplies. The sheets are new and fragrant, and the worker serves you 24 hours a day. The host's treatment is very comfortable, distinctive, and elegant. He was always responsive at any time. Self-entry with a secret number is very convenient. For me, the place has been approved for my next times. THANK YOU!
