No AC at the 3rd floor corridor, even the refregirator in my room 354 was off, and the bath was not well cleaned. And no one from the service reply to my call at 7:00 AM while I called Zero for some assistance and need.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Everything from the smooth check-in to the warm welcome made for an excellent stay. The secure parking was convenient, and the complimentary cookie at arrival was a lovely touch. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well equipped with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning with a remote. The hotel's location provides easy access to many of Riyadh's main attractions. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service—the staff promptly accommodated my request for a room change and even upgraded my room, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The only issue I experienced was that cigarette smoke entered my original non-smoking room through the ventilation system when a neighboring guest was smoking. However, the staff responded immediately to my request, moved me to another room, and even upgraded my room at no extra charge. Their professionalism and excellent customer service completely resolved the issue. Other than that, I have no complaints.

موقع الفندق كويس والموظفين كويسين في موظفه منقبه لابسه نظارات ياليت اعرف اسمها ماشاء الله ممتازه وتستحق الشكر. لكن الخدمه تعبانه في البدايه انتظرنا علشان تجهيز الغرف وعادي كثير فنادق كذا لكن من بعد التنظيف والدخول لقيتها غرفة مدخنين بالرغم ان حجزي مع طفل وغيروا لنا الغرفه مشكورين طلبت سرير اطفال بعد الموت جاني تقريبًا نص ساعه انتظار وكان ليل على الساعه 11:30 وعند النوم اكتشفنا ان الاسره وسخه فيها شعر يعني الشراشف مو نظيفه طلبناهم يغيرونها بمكالمات كثييير وماجاو الا بعد ساعه على الساعه 12 الا او 1 الليل والحمام (اكرمكم الله) مافيها ادوات ابدًا (فرش اسنان، شور كب، مشط…الخ) كنا حاجزين 4 غرف الغرفه الثانيه نفس المشكله الشراشف مو نظيفه وفيها بقع صفرا الغرفه الثالثه طلبتهم فرش اسنان ماجاو الا بعد 45 دقيقه. من اسوأ الخدمات الفندقية اللي مرت علي تجربه لا تُكرر ابدًا

اتمنى ان يكون تنظيف الغرف حسب الضوء الاخضر خارج الغرفه وليس عن طريق الطلب من الهاوس كيبينق .

It is unreasonable for the cleaning staff to come after dinner. Last night, they came at 9:30 PM just to clean, which is a sleeping time, not a cleaning time. The water is either cold or there is very little hot water available in the bathroom. Also, the room feels closed and stuffy because no sunlight enters it.

الغرفة قديمة وفيها رائحة .. المكيف فيه صوت والحمام فيه صوت ماء ما يوقف .. العزل دماااار الي يمشي بالسيب الخارجي تسمعه بالكامل .. وطفت الكهرباء من 11 الظهر اضطريت استخدم الفلاش عشان اشيل اغراضي.. تجربة سيئة لن تتكرر
