The room I got had issues with the AC dripping with water occasionally . Also most of the room service personnel didn't know English and the regional language .

The hotel was quite centrally located and easy to reach by car from the train station. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

The bed quality could be better, and the room is not as big as expected.

The plumbing fittings are in real bad shape in 401. The knob that switches from tap to the shower wasn't working...water flow had to be stopped by shutting off the main valve on the wall.

Location is good. The mini thali for lunch from room service was good.

We were not given buckets and when we asked they gave the one used for cleaning which is worst way of treating the customer and the guy in reception was senseless to provide one such bucket to customer very disappointed Request not go for this

One of the staff entered my room without even knocking. My door was locked from the inside, even though he entered with the master key. That was the most shocking incident. He said it was by mistake.

Nice, clean, comfortable, spacious and centrally located in an area that’s not too noisy or busy.

Not too many facilities in house or common areas but adequate facilities for the hotel type.

Room was too small, dirty, lots of mosquitoes, extra bed provided was filthy. Checked out within 10 mins due to this. Was not refunded the amount.

The room was very spacious and clean. The rooms met our expectations, and was a great value for money.

Bathroom fittings are still a problem. Room 208 the shower fitting was not working properly and there was no hot water in the tap. Reception is not manned most of the time.

My friend and I had booked a room and it was truly amazing. Clean spacious rooms, a great bathroom, the sweetest staff and decent food if you'd like to dine in as well.

I booked the base room category which was extremely compact.

I am happy to share my experience, as I stayed here for three days with my family. The stay was very comfortable, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Anugrahit, who was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and always ready to help. His hospitality made us feel truly valued and gave me the confidence to choose this place again on my next trip. Another highlight was the rooftop restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with delicious, high-quality food that gave us the comforting feeling of enjoying a home-cooked meal. Both the taste and quality of the food were very good. My only suggestion would be to install a dressing mirror inside the room. At present, the only mirror is in the bathroom, which makes it a little inconvenient for family members to get ready, as one has to wait if someone else is using the bathroom. Having an additional mirror in the room would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality.

Location suits my personal logistics , closed parking for car, well dispensed and hospitable receptionist and staff ,

Shower stall very small, no toiletries, not even a soap holder and towel rack provided Floor slippery not suitable for elderly and those with mobility challenged . Menu and food served in the cafeteria are poor .

We were expecting some thing like Bloom Rooms. Its only a lodge. Property Ratings for this place on Booking is misleading.

Bathroom is dirty. Room is dirty. Neighbourhood also not very decent.

We were given a room where the linens were dirty/not changed, which was the biggest disappointment especially when checking in with a family at night.However we were upgraded to another room the next night.

Filthy bathrooms, walls, bed linen, and towels. Bugs in the room. Asked for a change of towel, they said sure we’ll send someone and nobody showed up till I called again the next morning. Next day asked the receptionist to send some drinking water because I needed to take my meds. Nobody came. So I had to go down and buy water. Main reason I had booked the place was the location and the parking. But the parking was equally disappointing. On 2 nights, someone had moved my bike from its parked location and caused scratches on the bike. I wanted a place with parking so my bike could be safe. What’s the point if it’s just as safe as parking on the street?

The toilet was not clean. The handwash and show gel bottles were loose. Need to be replaced. Even the linen was dirty. I suggest the management to look into it to or else will loose repeat booking

quite new, very friendly staff, great location and nice room, perfectly suited my stay, close to everything and to public transport. Breakfast was good, was a bit slow on the morning I was there, but was fine..

only real minus point was the A/C was over noisy, so I used the fan which worked great, I did tell reception and they said they would fix it!.

Staff here is so wonderful! That was the best part for me. Every single person I spoke to was professional, helpful, and kind. In the room itself, I most appreciated the coziness of the bed and that the water pressure was strong. My two most basic needs were well met.

The halls of each floor have a major echo, which means that even small noises were amplified into big sounds. From inside of my room, I could hear every word being said by people standing at the opposite end of the hallway. And when someone closes a door? BOOM!! This is to say: If you’re only using Wandr for nighttime sleep (not also for daytime rest, or for workflow that requires calm and focus), then the above probably won’t matter for you. (And earplugs will help at night, if you’re a light sleeper; I used mine every night, to good effect.) *I would just suggest that the property create a “noise curfew,” with signs encouraging guests to be mindful of others during the late night hours. And maybe also add some padding to the door frames?

Nice little hotel perfect for a short stay. We didn’t try the rooftop restaurant but it looked nice.

Had an issue with the room key working when we checked in but this looked like it wasn’t just a problem with our room.
