شيء واحد ازعجني ولولا هذا السبب لرفعت تقييمة وهو نظافة الغرف بالرغم من نظافة المدخل ومنطقة البوفية الا ان نظافة الغرف سيئة والتنظيف اليومي سيء وقد اخبرت الريسبشن بان الغرفة ليست نظيفة وحتى لو تم التنظيف يكون ترتيب وليس تنظيف

The room was on the top floor and was very noisy. Sounded like some generator was running all the time even during the night. So one should avoid staying on the top 2 floors

There’s no place to wait in the lobby. It’s always full and to stand and wait until the room was allocated. Had to wait beyond 2 PM for the room to be allotted.

The staff behavior was disappointing. They appeared rude at times and did not seem well-trained or aware of their job responsibilities. Better training and customer service would greatly improve the guest experience

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen im "Republic of Noodles" war ausgezeichnet, der Chef ist an unseren Tisch gekommen und fragte nach, wie es uns geschmeckt hat. Unser Kellner Umesh war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns wunderbar bedient, auch in der Slounge Bar.

Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Nachfüllen und Tische abräumen hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Kleines Zimmer und praktisch keine Möglichkeit Kleider zu versorgen.

The location was convenient.

The hotel is decent in all aspects. Though the staff and room service can improve. My biggest pain was the price, I paid 11k for a night which doesn't justify the stay quality. Food can be much better.

Staff at reception are excellent and generally even restaurant manager is good. the room was lovely, clean, bright and spacious and met all my needs. shower space was excellent. I loved the cleanliness of the pool and the sun beds were really comfortable

Restaurant staff are a little slow. Music is too techno for a family environment and doesnt make sense. Is this an art concept hotel with a savvy music experience or a mish mash of experiences? On New years eve the music contained extremely explicit language which was disgusting as there were senior crowds and did not meet the requirements of a sophisticated experience. The hotel menu could do with some work and have more variety for the all day. Breakfast was tasty for vegetarians.

Neatness is what I liked.

Restaurant service is very slow. For a dinner (though tasty) had to wait for almost 45 mnts.

Excellent petit dejeuner. Piscine agréable. Personnel attentionné et honnête.

Room was very nice and netflix available.

We travelled with our two toddlers and checked into Lemon Tree for a day and we can't be more happier. The hotel manager Pradeep took particular interest in addressing our needs and also was kind enough to upgrade our room into a suite following a misunderstanding about the room we chose on Booking.com. The staff were exceptionally courteous and polite. The breakfast was amazing as well with a great spread. Will definitely recommend, especially for families.

روائح المجاري في الغرفة طلبت عدة مرات حل المشكلة وكانوا يحضروا ولم يحلوا المشكلة الى وقت المغادرة

فندق نظيف ومرتب والغرفه نظيفه كثير وانصح به بقوه

النوافذ لا تفتح من اجل التهويه وهذا بسبب الحمايه

I had a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant was a big plus, and the room was reasonably comfortable—overall a satisfying experience.

However, my room had some dust and the overall cleanliness felt average. For this level of quality, the price was higher than I expected, so the value for money felt relatively low.

We always stay at Lemon Tree when we visit Bangalore. The staff is great, the breakfast is awesome and the location is very convenient. Special call out to Noushin for making our stay great.

Our stay had a few hiccups but I commend management and staff for their responsiveness in dealing with any shortcomings. Pradeep the General Manager of the hotel is extremely welcoming, he recommended dinner at Republic of Noodles and the food was excellent prepared by chef Albert. The front office receptionists on night shift was excellent and she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay and will stay again at the Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor.
