L'alcôve de Ide

Mooie ruime kamer met alles er op en er aan. Perfecte ligging, makkelijk parkeren zowel voor de deur als beneden aan het water. Direct aan de steeg naar het huisje.

Bad is altijd heerlijk, maar voor douchen alleen is dat niet handig. Persoonlijke vond ik het bed iets te zacht, maar uiteraard is dat ieders persoonlijke smaak.

Tout étais parfait

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! De accommodatie was netjes, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie was ideaal om Bouillon en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Alles verliep vlot en de communicatie met de verhuurder was heel aangenaam. We zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven en raden deze plek dan ook graag aan!

Emplacement idéal au pied du château. Possibilité de stationner devant le logement. Chambre vaste, bien isolée, bien aménagée, équipée avec le nécessaire. L'emplacement de la baignoire et le coin salon apportent du charme à l'ensemble. Alain est très accueillant, et de bon conseil sur la région.

Ligging, inrichting

Cet établissement est bien plus spacieux qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Idéalement situé au pied du château, en plein cœur de Bouillon, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. La décoration est magnifique, les équipements sont de qualité et la climatisation est un vrai plus. Il est également possible de stationner juste en face, ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pied pendant notre séjour. Nous avons enfin été accueillis par Alain, véritable passionné du château, aussi sympathique que cultivé, avec qui nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à échanger. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Very comfortable and cosy

Très confortable, déco raffinée, tout est présent pour passer un agréable séjour. Situé en plein centre aux pieds de l'entrée des escaliers du château. Stationnement sécurisé proposé par le propriétaire.

Tout est bien pensé difficile de trouver des points négatifs. En constante amélioration. Propriétaire à l'ecoute et de bons conseils.

It was beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed and a great living area.

Śniadanie jest w obiekcie niedostępne. Ale to bardzo dobrze, ponieważ w pobliżu jest mnóstwo możliwości. Odwiedzić najbliższą restaurację lub można samemu sobie zrobić śniadanie w pokoju. Wszystko dostępne : lodówka, czajnik, kubki, talerze, herbata... Bułeczki i produkty kupić można w sklepie i przechować w lodówce. Lokalizacja obiektu znakomita!!!!! U podnóża skały na ktorej stoi zamek Gotfryda!!! Pokój pięknie urządzony, z ogromnym łóżkiem, duży telewizor, sofy, oddzielna toaleta, a hitem i wisienką na torcie była wielka wanna "prawie" na środku pokoju. Coś wspaniałego!!!!! Gospodarz uprzejmy, sympatyczny, bardzo gościnny, rozmawia po angielsku. Przywitał nas z otwartymi rękami, a pożegnał nas ze smutkiem w oczach i czekał na ulicy, aż odjedziemy. Nawet pomachał nam na "do widzenia". Zaproponował nocne zwiedzanie zamku, ale nie skorzystaliśmy. Sam chyba jest rycerzem z tamtej epoki, bardzo honorowy jak na rycerza przystało. Z całego serca polecam ten obiekt!!! Jeżeli miałbym wrócić do Bouillon, na pewno tutaj!!!!

Nic, ale chcialbym zobaczyć, jak będzie wyglądał ten obiekt po pełnej renowacji, o której mówił gospodarz.

Rien tout était parfait

Ruim en comfortabel, zeer proper. Onze kamer was bijna een volwaardig appartement. Vlotte communicatie met de uitbater.

Magnifique séjour de 2 nuits à Bouillon. Et dans le logement, nous sommes senties comme des reines! Monsieur Alain nous a fourni les infos très utiles pour notre séjour (promenades, restos,...)

You feel that you are a king in this place with the castle next to you.

Just the landlord could be more responsive on the whatsapp , but he was nice :).

Huisbaas die terugkomt op afspraken die gemaakt werden bij het overhandigen van de sleutels aan de aankomst en hierover nogal ongepast en impulsief reageert. Blijkbaar een vrij slechte of ontbrekende communicatie tussen eigenaar en poetsvrouw die ons mocht ontvangen. Hier ook factuur gevraagd maar niet mogen ontvangen :-(

Geweldig comfortabel!!

Tout était simplement parfait, de la prise de contact au séjour en lui-même. Déjà un effet "waouh" tellement l'hébergement est beau, super bien équipé, confortable et propre. Une localisation juste parfaite au pied du château et proche du centre. Je ne peux que recommander.

Tout était parfait, donc cette section est simplement non applicable.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : emplacement (parfait dans Bouillon), confort de l’appartement et la literie, les petites attentions de l’hôte. Nous recommandons à 200%!

Erg mooi appartement op de zolder van een woning op een centrale plek in Bouillon; zowel ten opzichte van het chateau als restaurants. Vriendelijke eigenaar!

Het bad in dezelfde ruimte is leuk maar, omdat er geen aparte douche is, niet persé heel comfortabel.

Prachtige accommodatie met leuke accenten en leuke details. Zeer aangenaam en makkelijk contact met de eigenaar.

Location is fantastic, there is a staircase up to the castle and another going down to restaurants on the street below. Too many lovely touches to count but a few include color changing lights beside the bed, moveable magnetic night lights, 2 robes, black out shades for nighttime.

Bed was a bit soft for our desires but that is an individual preference thing.

Wow, what an unforgettable experience. L’alcôve de Ide is the perfect place to relax and escape from the big cities and be swept away by the charming town of Bouillon and its stunning surroundings. The room is even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Alan is an exceptional host! He was kind enough to do a load of laundry for us after we had travelled around Europe for multiple weeks and even drove us to the train station to save us the long bus ride. Don’t hesitate to book here! We just wish that we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, Alan!

Alain was a fantastic and kind host, and the location was great! We could easily access the castle and our hike. The room was very comfortable, warm and nicely decorated! You have everything you need for a nice stay in Bouillon :)

Nothing really - I prefer softer / smaller pillows, but thats just a preference that could maybe be added for the future to satisfy all guests!

In fact, we would have difficulties to find a thing we did not like, no matter what we talk about - the host and his approach to his guests, check-in and check-out, the apartment and its location, the comfort we were enjoying...

A ventilation or at least a small fan in the toilet would highlight the comfort of the stay, in particular for fresh couples who have just started living together (was not our case :-))

Amazing host. Very warm welcome. Always supportive. Any questions or issues, just text him, and it will be sorted. Feel like being at home. Great appartement. Very comfy bed. Best accommodation experience we ever had. He also offered secure storage for our road bikes

There is nothing we missed. He planned his appartement to perfection. Only very very minor issue. There was a small gap at the door and we dropped our key. But we could reach the key and get it back. But this should be already fixed. Otherwise, the host would be available quickly.

Wonderfull, large and very beautiful Attic room with more then all comfort you need and views on the River and castle ❤️ Fantastic large Bath, 65inch television, big fridge and wonderful bed. Parking in front of the house. The most friendly host ever!
