Le service

Las vistas son lo mejor del hotel, el desayuno es completo y la sala donde se sirve es muy agradable. La habitación amplia, luminosa y te ponen servicio de agua y refrescos a diario, así como café y té. Las cenas también son muy aconsejables, por la calidad y presentación de la comida, como por la atmósfera del restaurante. La terraza muy amplia y con vistas inmejorables. El trato y atención del personal del hotel, en general, es muy correcto.

No hay aire acondicionado. Al ir en el mes de agosto, sí que es un inconveniente. Antes no era necesario, pero con el cambio climático, en verano, es imprescindible. Si viajas en el resto de estaciones, este aspecto no será ningún problema.

Le parking parfois moins aisé

Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting looking over the town for great views. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed with all the amenities you could wish for such as coffee maker and and a few free soft drinks in the mini bar.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Un accueil parfait, une chambre rénovée et bien équipée avec vue sur la ville et le château fort. Une terrasse très agréable exposée soleil couchant. Très bonne literie et un restaurant avec un cuisinier qui s efforce de prendre des produits frais et locaux👍

Topontbijt met een grote keuze aan verse en regionale producten, fantastisch terras, zeer nette kamer en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Eén -zeer klein- aandachtspuntje: de hoofdkussens zijn iets te dik. :-) Gewoon twee (extra) dunnere hoofdkussens voorzien, zodat mensen kunnen kiezen, lijkt me geen slecht idee.

Dat de welness is gesloten en dit niet vermeld werd, ze hebben voor ons wel een alternatief geregeld in een hotel vlak bij, dus dat maakte het dan weer goed! top service

It was hot, and there was only a fan no AC. We needed to check out early but there was no one at reception. Would be good to have a drop off key box.

Het uitzicht op het centrum en het kasteel was voortreffelijk.

Helaas geen airco maar wel een voortreffelijke ventilator.

Het inchecken ging gemakkelijk en de receptionisten waren erg vriendelijk. Prima kamer en heerlijke douche producten in de badkamer.

The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular, the hotel truly lives up to its panoramic name. We enjoyed the spacious suite, the bed was great, the bathroom was very big, and the staff were very, very nice. It's a perfect location, too, because it's walking distance to the town center but on a bit quieter street.

I think it's ok for a hotel in the Ardennes not to feature air conditioning in its rooms, but I found it odd that neither of the five, west-facing windows of our suite had even a mosquito net fitted in. This meant that on hot evenings we had to just sit in the dark for a while or sleep with insects. Secondly, the booking.com page for this hotel says they offer parking, while in reality there isn't one—you just park on the street in front of the hotel. Not a huge deal, but may not be ideal for some, especially on busy weekends or if you have a big car. Finally, we had one dinner in the hotel restaurant and we found it inadequate and overpriced. Drinks were great though!

De locatie, het ligt mooi boven het dorp. Het bed was fijn, het ontbijt prima. Je kunt in het restaurant bij het hotel erg lekker eten.

Onze verwachting van 4 sterren is anders. Badslippers op de kamer, koffiefaciliteiten en een soort minibar met frisdrank maakt voor ons nog geen 4 sterren hotel. Met name op de gangen is e.e.a. gedateerd. De kamer (nr 38) was erg klein en het uitzicht niet mooi. Zie foto. Houd er rekening mee dat ook het dorp Bouillon (133 traptreden af) wat vergane glorie is. We hebben het absoluut fijn gehad, maar hadden wel iets andere verwachtingen.

De unge mennesker i resturanten havde ikke styr på det basale, men da vi fik mulighed for at tale med en "supervisor" fik vi en meget bedre oplevelse.

Room was large, comfy beds. Excellent views over the valley and town with the chateau in the distance. Large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the town - maybe next time. Good breakfast spread too.

Only gripe was no air con, so windows remained open in this hot spell.

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Hotel in Bouillon. The hotel is modern, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the terrace and restaurant offer a lovely view over the town. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent. Even though we arrived quite late, the staff made sure we could still order from the menu, which we really appreciated. They also arranged a smooth late check-in, making the whole experience completely stress-free. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. Finally, we loved that the hotel is dog-friendly. It’s not always easy to find a nice hotel that welcomes dogs, so this made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Hotel Panorama heeft zijn naam niet gestolen : fenomenaal uitzicht op het centrum en kasteel van Bouillon. Zeer gezellig en knus hotel. Alles straalt luxe en comfort uit. Grote kamers met zeer ruime badkamer (ligbad en aparte douche). Fantastische bedden en kussens. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren kan gewoon in de straat voor het hotel. Een aanrader.

De kamers waren toch ietwat rumoerig. Veel nevengeluiden van de aanpalende kamers.
