Casa Cherish 2 BR Canggu Villa

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. During the night, we discovered a rat inside the villa, and at one point it even ran over my wife while she was lying down. We also found rat droppings in the living area, which obviously made us feel very uncomfortable staying there. The biggest problem was that there was nobody available during the night when this happened, so we had to deal with the situation ourselves until the next day. To be fair, once the staff/owner became aware of the situation, they did try to resolve it. They sent people to inspect the villa and addressed the open drain where the rat may have entered. They also offered to refund 3 out of our 4 nights as compensation, which we appreciated. I want to be fair because they did make an effort afterwards and handled the compensation reasonably. However, finding a rat inside your accommodation — especially one running over you during the night — is something that seriously affects your feeling of safety and comfort. For us, it unfortunately ruined the stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schön. War sehr groß und top Lage. Es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a lovely stay here, location was perfect for us. Very spacious for four of us in the two bedroom villa. The cleaners came every day and done an excellent job. Our flight was at night which the villa staff held our luggage for us until we were ready and we also checked out slightly later. There was construction opposite us but they weren’t very loud and it did not bother us at all, we ended up giving them a few beers and snacks from the mini Mart. They were lovely and said hello every day, beautiful people. We will definitely stay here again when we next come.

We don’t have anything that we dislike about this villa, this was the most perfect stay for us.

Such a Beautiful Stay, everything was amazing ! We enjoyed it so much and it’s an amazing location, right by shops and restaurants and about a 15-20min walk from the beach. Everything was perfect 🤩 The staff come everyday to clean if you want them too, and they are so kind.

Friendly staff and beautiful clean villa

Хорошое соотношение цены и качества, персонал старается помочь (помогли с хранением багажа и передачей ключей для перегона байка). На крыше удобно загорать (солнце есть всегда). Из того что можно было улучшить: добавить стиральную машину на виллу и добавить места хранения в комнаты для одежды (в одной комнате есть шкаф, в другой нет)

Everything was great.. wasn’t too busy where we were staying and I recommend the Dog Cafe which is just up the road!

First time in Bali and We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Bali. The location is very central and makes it easy to get around and explore the area. Everything was conveniently accessible, which made the experience even better. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm and professional service really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a convenient location and excellent hospitality.

It’s beautiful and completely picture perfect. From the small details, the finishes, the outdoor space, the sunken living room, it was just incredible! The location was also super convenient. I loved it so much. The staff were also incredibly helpful and organised another villa for me to extend my stay for another night with about 30 minutes notice.. if that! They moved me with no stress between the villas in such a short amount of time! and the second villa was just as beautiful. I will definitely be staying at Casa Cherish again, I can’t recommend it enough.

The environment is beautiful , The location is relatively secluded. You can see many stars from the rooftop at night. The kitchen design is beautiful, with a cactus wall.

The swimming pool is a bit too deep

Fantastic Villa. Stylish interior, very clean, comfortable beds & a great pool. Easy location to walk about to coffee, food etc. Friendly hosts.

My only problem was how slippery the floor was when a bit wet. We both slipped over & all the floors are hard marble with sharp edges. I would not recomend to people who are not confident on their feet. I do not know how to fix this, but figured it is worth a cautionary comment. Did not spoil our stay.

Nice, big 2 bedroom villa. Perfect location. On the moment of our stay, was going construction but still was quite end peaceful. All the villa is white colours. In villa is water vending machine and you all time have fresh cold water!

looks exactlt like the pictures! located strategically and really clean villa & well maintained. aircon was cold, had a water filter which helped a ton.

the stairs are pretty steep & narrow for u to carry the luggage upstairs. note that its in a dark alley and bigger cars cant enter - we had to drop off at the main road and drag our luggage through the bumpy concrete. night time was super dark & has construction people around - which may seem to be a little unsafe as we were female travellers. but all was fine!

That we didn’t stay longer! There was a little bit of construction over the road but honestly the crew were lovely and friendly - we barely noticed it.

Het verblijf was top. Super mooie gezellige inrichting. Privé zwembadje op gelijksvloer. Op de rooftop een zonneterras met ligstoelen. De locatie was in een steegje, lekker rustig maar iets minder toegankelijk voor een grote auto, maar toch gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar vanaf de gewone straat. Op wandelafstand van de vele winkeltjes, de zee is eveneens op wandelafstand bereikbaar. Slaapkamers en badkamers voldoende groot. Mooie zithoek met TV. Wifi werkt perfect. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken. Er is ook gekoeld drinkbaar water voorzien, echt gemakkelijk. Er is ook hotelservice voorzien, zoals vervanging van de handdoeken en badhanddoeken, opmaken van de bedden en de vloer even dweilen. Je ontvangt vóór aankomst een mail van de manager van Casa Cherish met de nodige uitleg over het sleutelkastje en de routebeschrijving. Bij vragen kan je steeds bij haar terecht en krijg je via Whatsapp ook altijd onmiddellijk antwoord, ontzettend goede service. Op de dag van vertrek is er na het uitchecken een ruimte voorzien waarin je je koffers kunt achterlaten, werkt ook met een sleutelhuisje. Er gewoon naar vragen en alles wordt je haarfijn uitgelegd.

Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen maar een aanrader zou zijn : Misschien een keukenhanddoek voorzien en iets om zelf koffie of thee te zetten zou fijn zijn.

This is truly one of the nicest places I have stayed in . So clean and comfortable and the pool was the perfect temperature. I would definitely recommend it and be happy to stay there again. Easy walking distance to great cafes and restaurants like Crate, Shady Shack, Yema, Yuki and La Baracca. I prefer to walk to places than get on a bike or catch a car so this was great .

There are people working on building other villas but the host was great and asked them to stop when they worked past 5 pm . It’s a very peaceful area so relaxing .

The staff were absolutely wonderful — they were very attentive, helped arrange flexible check-in and check-out times, and kindly listened to all our requests even before our stay. The villa itself was perfect in every way and gave us unforgettable memories. I already miss it!

Villa was perfect for girls vacay, was in a great area with everything only minutes away with a lot of things right around it too…Villa looks just like the photos provided, it’s stunning. A lot of reviews are complaining about construction noise but we didn’t even notice it and when they start construction it’s during the day when you’re about anyways….. Ressy is an angel, she was so helpful and is the sweetest ever, was there for us immediately if we ever needed anything. 💕

L’emplacement et le personnel

La manager de local te ayuda y contesta rápido. Muy bonito decorado.

El lugar un poco apartado en un callejón oscuro que está en obras. Mucho ruido desde las 8 de la mañana por obras. Cojines y camas no muy muy cómodas. No estaba del todo limpio (fundas de sofá de dentro y piscina sucios) aunque si lo decías venían rápidamente a limpiar.

The villa was beautiful and exactly as shown. The area/location felt safe, the place is clean and comfortable. The host/villa manager was very responsive and made check in and out smooth and easy. Even though there were construction going on nearby, the noise was not bad at all. The drive into the villa was narrow but most cars will be able to get in with no issue at all. Just try not to book a big car/van. Truly enjoyed the place and had a pleasant stay. Will definitely book and stay again!

Water ran out very quickly and location is surrounded by new buildings and locals street to get there. Pool dosent get sun so it’s very fresh!!

Das Design ist wunderschön, wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war perfekt.

Leider werden gegenüber neue Vilen gebaut, der Baulärm beginnt aber erst um 8 Uhr. Da sind wir sowieso aufgestanden 🤭

The villa was clean and tidy with all that you need to have an enjoyable stay. Top area is an added bonus to soak up the sun and see what’s around you. Really good value for money!

The only thing I would suggest improving is more cushions in the lounge to make it more comfortable.

The location is quite hidden inside a small street which some of my gojek car can’t enter and we have to walk inside but it’s a short distance only.
