Loved the cleanliness, the promptness and friendliness of service, comfortable space and of course the view

The location is great in that it is close to many places but it feels a bit daunting to walk around at night. We still just took a grab wherever we went, day or night.

The location was perfect. The apartment was perfect. Will definitely be staying there again because I am a regular visitor to the Philippines. The owner was always contactable and so helpful.

Le 4eme lit n’existe quasiment pas… c’est un tiroir de lit dans le passage et on ne peut pas le tirer entièrement donc on n’a pas un vrai lit. Pas de place pour ouvrir les valises et les ranger sans monter dessus.

very clean and the host is easy to talk to... I can recommend this homestay though I should suggest that the main room have the air-conditioning more.

This apartment was perfect for our needs and the host was excellent. Like all apartments in Manila it is small, but contained everything we needed while we attended a conference at PICC and was wayyyyy cheaper than hotels close by. We were always able to get a Grab very quickly. One of our group used the pool facilities and rated them highly. Wifi was great.

The shower can be a bit confusing for foreigners, but if you have any questions or problems I highly recommend messaging Josephine.

Having been told we would have to pay to use the pool. Being told we had extra guest staying, on thursday the 18th of january and would have to pay 750 peso, When in fact we didnt arrive at the apartment till 830 pm on Friday19th january our start date. Very upsetting by the owner interfering all the time, also being told we weren't allowed to have visitors. Iam 76 years old my wife is 71 we came to Manila for a wedding and this spoilt the occasion been to many hotels ,thru out the world never been treated like this by an owner. Owner is a disgrace, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Fabulous place to stay. On the 40th floor overlooking Manila Bay and the metro Manila. Excellent facilities,even a washing machine. I loved it here, and highly recommend the Cozy Penthouse!

People in the lobby are so annoyingly noisy.

This condo unit has a very space efficient layout, is clean, cozy, comfortable...and has a spectacular view of Pasay and beyond. It has a TV room with a day-bed which is super comfy for watching TV; and, below it there’s a pull-out drawer bed... so, if needed, you have TWO full-size beds in the TV room; and the TV room has a sliding door, which you can close, in order to have the privacy of a bedroom. Then, there’s a separate master bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed, and a quiet, breezy, ceiling fan. The kitchen is very useable, with microwave, electric coffee pot, rice cooker, cookware, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, and spare trash bags. There are two different tables, for eating. One table is taller, with bar stools, and is next to a huge window with beautiful, unending, views of Manila... and the other is a round glass-top table, with seating for two, nearby. You will love sitting at the taller table, observing the city lights. Small note-tags are placed, here-and-there, to give instructions how to operate appliances (washing machine, shower hot water, etc.). It’s a corner unit; so you have a wide view of the city. From the balcony, you can see Star City, and it’s within walking distance. The air-conditioning unit which works well, with no issues; the host has decorated the unit in a way that gives a homey, comfortable, and welcoming, ambiance. My group stayed here for 5 days; and with each new day, we were increasingly glad that we chose to stay here. We tried to protect the marble floor from scratches, by not wearing our outdoor shoes inside the unit. We could see that the owner has tried hard to keep this condo unit in pristine condition; so we tried hard to avoid leaving scratches on hard surfaces, or stains on fabric surfaces; and we removed our trash, frequently, and dropped it at “the trash room” down-the-hall across from room 4019. Convenience store and restaurants are in the building, at ground level.

We didn’t like being facially photographed, upon initial check-in, by the security guards at the front desk. In a digital world, with evil governments spying on their citizens, for all the wrong reasons, it’s very important for all people to avoid being tracked and scrutinized by internet-connected surveillance cameras.

Host is available for queries all the time, very polite and thoughtful.

The pull out bed does not open fully. We had a group of 3 singles, so 2 of us had to bunk up together in the double bed - as the pull out bed is basically unusable.
