bagus

location is good. Property is clean and comfortable.

At first, i was taken aback by the property staff when asking for deposit for Rm 100. However after checking the company background and reviews, it’s a trusted company. In the end company refunded the money back after end of the stay.

Horrible, DO NOT BOOK! They have lots of fake reviews from random Malaysian accounts that say “good” or “superb”. They require a deposit and customer service is horrible, and extremely hard to get in the hotel. I ended up cancelling my stay and they said they would give me full price back, but nothing at all given. Look at all western reviews, none are positive. Obviously fake reviews otherwise it would be rated 1/10 ONCE AGAIN: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

I likeeee

Location

I reserved this place for my brother, and I initially felt reassured knowing he arrived safely and would be able to catch his flight back to the Philippines without any issues. However, while I was at work, I received multiple calls and messages from him saying that someone was persistently banging on his door. He became so frightened that he had to move the fridge and his luggage against the door, fearing it might be forced open. The experience left him deeply shaken and traumatized. Given what happened, I believe it is reasonable to request a review of this incident and to seek compensation for the distress he went through.

the refund deposit take long time .. need to improve more
